L'estudi es centra sobre alguns dels frameworks que podem trobar al mercat. A més, agrupa els frameworks en funció de la part de l'aplicació sobre la qual centra el seu suport, presentació, lògica de negoci, persistència de dades, seguretat ..., oferint una visió dels seus aspectes més rellevants. A continuació es realitza una comparació entre alguns dels frameworks estudiats per facilitar la seva elecció segons les necessitats de l'aplicació a construir.

En aquest treball es realitza una descripció dels llenguatges que constitueixen la base de la construcció de la Web Semàntica: l'XML, l'RDF i l'OWL. En concret, es realitza un estudi de la base de dades lèxica WordNet. Finalment, es presenta el disseny i la implementació d'una ontologia per representar les relacions lèxiques dels mots del català. A partir d'aquesta ontologia es crea una petita base de dades basada en la temàtica dels animals de companyia. Aquest cas pràctic permet extreure conclusions sobre els avantatges d'introduir metadades en els documents electrònics, i sobre les facilitats que ofereixen les aplicacions actuals pel desenvolupament d'aquest tipus de documents.

En este trabajo final de carrera se ha desarrollado una aplicación Web para el seguimiento vía Internet del proceso académico de los alumnos, tanto por ellos mismos como por parte de sus padres. La aplicación se ha implementado usando la arquitectura .NET de Microsoft para el desarrollo y la tecnología ADO para el acceso a datos.

he Food Focus Community Food Initiative promotes healthy eating through a variety of co-ordinated, strategic activities that offer people a way to engage in a positive approach to food. It is creating one community, one message about healthy eating and ensure the ability to achieve a healthy diet through building a variety of sustainable, engaging food activities. Food Focus is a set of community based structures dedicated to addressing the risk and instances of food poverty in the Knocknaheeny area and intends to act as a model for similar work across other RAPID/Health Area Zone areas on the North side of Cork. It offers participants the chance to grow their own food, sign up to the food charter, learn about budgeting and planning or volunteer. The Community Food Charter was developed by local people and other stakeholders supported by the Community Dietician and will reflect the kind of food experiences they want for themselves, their families, within projects and public outlets. They are currently developing a large community garden in Knocknaheeny. The Food Garden Project is unique in bringing these two community groups together to work towards enhancing the participants' understanding of nutrition, healthy eating and self-sufficiency through growing fruit and vegetables and developing cookery skills. The Food Garden Projectâ?Ts aim is to support participants to grow, prepare and cook a range of fruit and vegetables throughout the year. There is also an emphasis on transferring these skills to their home life. The aim of the Food Garden Project is to support very marginalised and vulnerable individuals to grow, prepare and cook a range of healthy organic fruit and vegetables throughout the year. There is an emphasis on transferring these skills to their home life.
