A arte do teatro na educação durante a infância: a percepção dos professores acerca de suas contribuições

Seeking new ways to be used in the process of teaching and learning, he turned a look at alternative lines of research, going to value the arts in education, and inside, there has been a major focus of the relationship to both the theater and education. Currently, the theater has been the subject of research in education and has been also widely used as an educational resource, and its adoption by professionals is based on studies showing the contributions of the theater to child development. The theater, while playing, artistic expression and involves imagination, creation and sociability.This paper presents child development in all its phases, the importance of games, especially the symbolic games, during this process, through the perspective of Jean Piaget, a brief history of the theater within the education and the contributions actuallyits use as methodology of teaching and learning brings to children's development of the early years of elementary school, bringing the discussion as teachers' perception about the real possibility of its use in schools as a way of teaching and learning. Since prehistoric man seeks to dominate play scenes and images of their daily lives, to understand them or dominate. In the theater, the man tried to represent hunting scenes and deities. O conto de Rubens Figueiredo em As palavras secretas: conto contemporâneo

We work with the storybook, As Palavras Secretas, written by carioca Rubens Figueiredo. We treat, then, the Brazilian contemporary tale. For we study the writer’s fiction, first we met a critical bibliography about the narrative and a set of diverse texts: reports, articles, press releases, interviews and essays about the author’s work. We discourse characteristics and the compositional elements of each story and noticed that they are full of symbolism and various elements that they are recurrent. Some of these narratives deal with fragmentation of the man who, indeed, is a very striking feature in the actual Brazilian tale. We meet, then, with characters who feel the need to simulate an identity and that, therefore, coexist with a strong inner conflict. Three of the tales include the unlikelihood of that work, and present, therefore, elements that escape from reality. Finally, Rubens Figueiredo, in As Palavras Secretas, presented us narratives rather elongated, unlike what was ordinary in the category of the tale, which it usually consists of a short extension narrative

Imagem e comportamento do vampiro contemporâneo: uma análise semiótica

O presente trabalho propõe discutir as produções literárias contemporâneas sobre a temática do vampirismo. Este estudo se fundamenta em análises de textos por meio da observação das práticas discursivas que os constituem. Tomando como corpus os romances Crepúsculo e Lua Nova de Stephenie Meyer, as observações partem dos pressupostos teóricos da Semiótica Discursiva e da Análise do Discurso, aos quais são incorporados estudos sobre cultura, sociologia e identidade. Parte-se do princípio de que o discurso é produto da cultura e, desse modo, incorporam-se a ele fatores históricos e sociais. Por essa razão, torna-se importante examinar os elementos dialógicos e intertextuais dos textos anteriormente apontados em relação às outras produções que tratam do mesmo tema e de outros possíveis, encontrados no corpus. Assim, busca-se compreender primordialmente os mecanismos fundamentais que tornam o texto um objeto de comunicação e de significação

Teatro, cinema e literatura: confluências

Esta coletânea traz 14 estudos apresentados durante dois encontros acadêmicos realizados na Faculdade de Ciências e Letras da Unesp, em Araraquara, em 2011. Os artigos, produzidos por especialistas de diversas áreas, tiveram como foco principal, o tema proposto para os eventos: as confluências entre teatro, cinema e literatura. Na primeira parte do livro, os estudos têm por denominador comum as relações entre peças de teatro, obras cinematográficas e textos literários. Entre os artigos, há uma análise comparativa das características literárias-políticas do alemão Bertold Brecht, a partir de duas de suas peças, e de um filme, de cujo roteiro foi autor, além de uma reflexão sobre o peta e romancista francês Jules Romains, com foco naquilo que o poeta tomou de empréstimo à arte do cinematógrafo, e um texto sobre a técnica cinematográfica do close-up no filme Vagas estrelas da Ursa, de Luchino Visconti, que tem a personagem principal baseada em Electra. “Ato II – Peças, pessoas, personagens”, a segunda parte do livro, tem seu foco no teatro. Entre os artigos, estão uma análise de duas coletâneas de ensaios do crítico teatral Décio de Almeida Prado, um estudo sobre a peça Esperando Godot, de Samuel Beckett, que aborda uma estética do absurdo, modernamente trágica, uma representação critica da ideologia norte-americana em peças de Tennessee Wiliams e uma discussão sobre a religiosidade católica na peça A Revolução dos Beatos, de Dias Gomes.

Educação e modos de subjetivação no capitalismo contemporâneo: reflexões a partir de Zygmunt Bauman

The article aims to give a brief reflection about education in the context of consumer society from the contemporary society analyzes performed by polish sociologist Zygmunt Bauman. It’s highlighted the relationship between the educational institution and the discourse of the market and consumption that building practices that feedback into the practices and values defended by contemporary capitalism. Also it is indicated the effects produced by this relationship on the question of teaching and learning and teacher training. Finally, the article analyzes the dilemmas of the current school in the face of the weakening of human relations and their role in addressing of the problems identified.
