Anatomia floral de espécies de Bulbophyllum sect. Micranthae (Orchidaceae, Asparagales)

Bulbophyllum, which comprises 1876 species, is considered the second largest genus of angiosperms, with a pantropical distribution. The morphological and anatomical floral studies in the genus are incipient, with data restricted to the gynostemium and lip of some species. Based on molecular data, six sections were recognized within Bulbophyllum at the Neotropics, amongst them Bulbophyllum sect. Micranthae, which comprises 12 species distributed in central South America. We aimed to study the floral anatomy of six species of Bulbophyllum sect. Micranthae, in order to determine useful characters to differentiate them and contribute to the anatomical characterization of the section as a whole. Floral anatomy was assessed through usual techniques of light microscopy. The data found here for B. adiamantinum, B. chloroglossum, B. epiphytum, B. mentosum, B. micranthum and B. rupicolum allowed to identificate the presence of glandular trichomes and the possible presence of a secretory region on the lip, which might produce substances used as a reward to pollinators. The most significant anatomical characters to the species characterization were the shape and ornamentation of the outer periclinal walls of the epidermal cells, as well as the number of vascular bundles in dorsal and lateral sepals and at the lip. The data also allowed the differentiation between B. epiphytum and B. rupicolum, species very similar in morphology and phylogenetically related. Besides that, the data also allowed the discussion regarding the maintenance of B. mentosum within the section: although its inclusion is supported by molecular studies, the anatomical data here presented shows greater differences compared to the other species, not supporting its maintenance in Bulbophyllum sect. Esta monografia é resultado da pesquisa de iniciação científica “A imprensa em Avaí: a cidade e o urbano no AVAHY-JORNAL, 1927 – 1931”, e tem por objetivo fazer um levantamento e mapeamento de temas sobre as dinâmicas e transformações urbanas da cidade de Avaí - localizada na região oeste paulista -, presentes no periódico “AVAHY-JORNAL” no período compreendido entre novembro de 1927 a dezembro de 1931. Por meio da articulação entre a leitura e fichamento do jornal, documentação específica sobre o município e fontes bibliográficas das temáticas acerca da Cidade e do Urbano, História da Imprensa, História de Avaí, da região e do estado de São Paulo, este trabalho também pretende esboçar uma problematização sobre a questão social, política e econômica de Avaí do final dos anos 1920 e início dos anos 1930, além de analisar o veículo pesquisado

In order to assure the maintenance of foods integrity and quality, for avoiding chemical, physical or biological contamination, it is essential to follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Among the techniques used for evaluating GMP there is the observational analysis carried out by means of a check-list form application. The present study evaluated the suitability of GMP in a dairy industry producer of Minas fresh and ricotta cheeses, located in São José do Rio Preto, SP, by applying a check-list form. A significant improvement in conformity was evidenced, increasing from 43% to 78%. Neither the blocks related to the handlers nor the existing documentation in the company showed any improvements, as poor conditions unchanged. All of the other evaluated blocks showed significant improvement after applying the GMPrelated corrective measures. Based on these findings, the observance of corrective measures by the dairy industry on dairy products, physical environment, GMP, and handlers training was crucial for assuring the improvements and to increase the product quality and consumers safety.

This work is a study on the Technical Service Library and Documentation Prof. Carlos Alberto de Buarque Borges , on the Faculdade de Engenharia de Guaratinguetá , regarding to the service user , aiming to detect and analyze the current problems and suggesting improvements that could result in optimization of care and increased quality of services. For this, was chosen the methodology of Business Processes Modeling, which enabled the detailing of the processes implemented in the library and the identification the critical points , as low investment and short number of employees, which made possible suggest ways to improve the quality of service to users, as awareness campaigns and the implementation of an system to input the literature needed for each course
