This article provides a survey of the demands placed by the labor market in relation to the profile of business administration professionals. It describes the characteristics of such profile and analyzes how UNESP/Tupa´s administration students fare in relation to such questions. The points raised show that the labor market is interested not only in technical-academic knowledge but also in knowledge and interpersonal and extracurricular skills. These points were identified through studies of the pertinent literature study and based on consultation of apprenticeship and employment forms of UNESP/Tupa´s job extension project for Internships and Jobs. The comparison between these sources made it possible to identify the main skills sought by companies when searching for an administrator. With the characterization of the object of study it was possible to compare the stage level in which the student was placed (3rd , 5th and 7th semesters), in regard to both day and night shifts, verifying whether these skills evolved with the student´s trajectory through the program. The study also concludes that it is not enough for administration students to restrict their training to academic knowledge. An appropriate profile demands the development of extracurricular activities that enhance competencies such as computer skills and languages. Relevant findings demonstrated that the education of students and how they react to demands are strongly connected to market demands.

Educational practices, behavior problems and children's social skills have been more studied in family context than in school context. This study aimed to compare, from the verbal report, educational practices of regular and special teacher in relation to children's behavior, concerning groups differentiated by reference indication of behavior problems in the classroom by the teacher and sex of the children. This study surveyed fifteen teachers and twenty-eight students (6-9 years), who were grouped in regular teaching (n = 18, kindergarten, elementary) and especial teaching (n = 10). The assessment with teachers was proceeded by using a questionnaire (Q-RSH-Pr) and a semi-structured interview (RE-HSE-Pr). The present work aimed to evaluate the volumetric distribution profiles, droplet spectra, surface tension, contact angle of droplet and the spraying liquid deposition over the peanut leaves (Arachis hypogaea L.), under artificial rain, in comparison with deposition without rain, using two hydraulic nozzle models of plain fan and insecticide spraying liquids with and without adjuvants addition. It were used a patternator for volumetric distribution analysis, a laser particles analyzer to evaluate droplet spectra produced by SF 110015 and XR 110015 nozzles and tensiometer for droplet tension and contact angle. The spraying liquids evaluated were: water, lambda-cialotrina, lambda-cialotrina + nitrogen fertilizer and lambda-cialotrina + mineral oil. All experiments followed a completely randomized design. Data were submitted to variance analysis by F test and the means comparisons by Scott-Knott test at 5% of probability. According to the results, it must be considered the maximum spacing in spray boom usage of 50 and 90 cm between the nozzles SF110015 and XR110015, respectively. The adjuvants effects on droplet spectra have shown addicted to the nozzle and the product used, and the adjuvants addition to the spraying liquid affected the potential risk of drift; The Volumetric Median Diameter (VMD) of produced droplets by nozzles filled into thin class and were not influenced by the adjuvants. The nitrogen fertilizer adjuvant may be indicated to promote improvements on coverage and droplet deposition on target.
