Auto-organização e autonomia em Hegel: uma abordagem a partir das linhas fundamentais da filosofia do direito

The German philosopher G.W.F. Hegel (1770-1831) had as one of his thesis in the doctorate the affirmation that philosophy can only be properly taken as a system. He intends with that to point out the identity between thinking and being. This is, for Hegel, the task of philosophy, i. e., to bring together all that was set apart. This position can be recognized in all his works and it is tried here to exemplify it in The Philosophy of Right and in special in the section dedicated to the abstract right. This one is the first moment of the text in question that begins with the statement of the dignity of the person confirmed in the property. The following moments make evident that the formal ones are also results. It becomes clear in this way that the all the moments create together an ongoing organization, disorganization and reorganization. This process reveals the relation as a constitutive element of thinking and being exemplified in the abstract right. Each moment overcomes the preceding one and comes out as a much more complex one. In the case of the abstract right what appears is the realization of a free subject in all that he does as the making of himself.

Experiências de estágio curricular supervisionado e portfólios de aprendizagem

This article portrays Supervised Curricular Training experiences in Paulistas Universities by means of learning portfolios. The reflections presented indicate the pathways of experiences with this feature didactic-pedagogical motivator of qualitative advances in cultural formation of students and teachers of the Pedagogy Course. The methodological approach was chosen for consistent in the defense of necessary joints of dialogical, reflexive and emancipatory dimensions in training teachers for Early Childhood Education, and to contribute in the mediation of the activities carried out by undergraduates, with individualized follow in the formation of each one of them. The experience, stand out learnings regarding limits of this practice and the significant advances realized in each student, by means of their written work, sharing of knowledge, the interlocution between them and the teachers and the link with theory and practice through the Internship Supervised and the use of learning portfolios.

Problemas éticos em representação do conhecimento: uma abordagem teórica

Considering that knowledge representation consists in a constant decision-making and that its products must be reliable, this paper highlights the existence of ethical problems in this context with undeniable damage to the user. Thefore, from a theorethical excerpt of the international literature regarding the ethical aspects involved in knowledge organization and representation, this study gets to the reflection of: a) the biases in knowledge representation; and b) non-neutrality of its processes, instruments and products, as subsidies to the outlining of possible ethical problems regarding the user as well as the role of information professional.

Abordagem cirúrgico-ortodôntica de dentes não irrompidos

The understanding of the etiology and the determination of the position of the unerupted teeth turn safer the surgical planning of the cases. By the number of techniques proposed to the orthodontic traction of unerupted teeth, the particularities of each one must be understood to select the most appropriate technique and control the unwanted effects. Based on literature and comparing results obtained with the most used surgical techniques, this article describes different ways of accesses for the orthodontic traction of unerupted teeth, detailing interest aspects to the orthodontist. The authors concluded that the surgical techniques present particularities worthy of the orthodontists´ knowledge - once they will be executed in agreement with the preference or experience of the involved professionals.

Métodos da eletrorresistividade e polarização induzida aplicados nos estudos da captação e contaminação de águas subterrâneas: uma abordagem metodológica e prática

A pesquisa teve como objetivos gerais à aplicação dos métodos geoelétricos na hidrogeologia, visando: (1) estudos para captação de águas subterrâneas para abastecimento em geral; e, (2) estudos das contaminações de solos, rochas e águas subterrâneas, envolvendo as fases de investigação preventiva, confirmatória, remediação e monitoramento. Como objetivos específicos, através da aplicação dos métodos da eletrorresistividade e polarização induzida, utilizando-se das técnicas de campo da sondagem elétrica vertical - arranjo Schlumberger e caminhamento elétrico - arranjo dipolo-dipolo, e dos parâmetros de Dar Zarrouk, tem-se uma discussão e proposição metodológica e prática, em função da geologia local, sobre os produtos obtidos por essa metodologia, tais como: caracterização geológica na identificação de aqüíferos promissores e investigação de áreas contaminadas e/ou sujeitas à contaminação. Portanto, esse trabalho procurou apresentar uma discussão sobre os principais métodos e técnicas de campo dos métodos geoelétricos aplicados em estudos hidrogeológicos, com destaque na captação para abastecimento e diagnóstico de solos, rochas e águas subterrâneas frente a poluentes. A proposição metodológica apresentada, procurou aplicar uma relação entre a resolução de métodos e técnicas com custos e prazos adequados a um trabalho envolvendo a Geofísica Aplicada em estudos hidrogeológicos. O emprego da eletrorresistividade, com as técnicas da SEV e CE, por si só, revela-se decisivo para atingir os mais variados fins envolvendo esses tipos de estudos. A resistividade elétrica dos materiais geológicos, é definida, principalmente, em função de seus constituintes mineralógicos e o tipo de fluido presente, sendo, portanto, ideal para os estudos hidrogeológicos de maneira geral. Protrusion of the intervertebral disc can cause chronic progressive compression of the spinal cord, and the neurological associated signs vary according to anatomical location, duration and dynamic force of compression. The type II disc disease is not fully understood, and there are many controversies about is clinical significance and best form of treatment. The most important aspect of conservative treatment is rest and physiotherapy associated with mild exercise, and use of corticosteroids to reduce vasogenic edema. The spinal decompression by surgery for removal of disc material from within the medullary canal is the surgical treatment of choice in type I disc disease, but has technical limitations in the type II disc disease. The purpose of this paper is to review the pathophysiology and treatment of chronic intervertebral disc disease and discuss the controversies in medical treatment and the use of some traditional and new surgical techniques.

Uma análise dialógica de crônicas de Josué Machado: discursos em conflito

This coursework aims the dialogical analysis of discourses that constitute the statements given by Josué Machado, a journalist in the magazine Língua Portuguesa, publishing Segmento. The research aims to observe the ideologies that mark the statements in question, regarding to the values of the standard language and the quality of a text. Methodologically, we seek the understanding of how the discourse of analyzed chronic , publicized during the stated period from number 32 to number 70, dialogues with purist discourse and the discourse of sociolinguistics. The methodological theoretical support covers Bakhtinian studies of the discourse. The results show that the subject who enunciates in the analyzed chronicles shows in his speech a purist voice, in which the discourse of clarity takes emphasis. The values that define his discourse about language are those that prevail in the sphere of journalism

Contaminação das águas subterrâneas por resíduos de postos de combustíveis: uma abordagem no município de Rio Claro

The contamination of underground waters is a subject of great importance, since a lot of people use this kind of source for public supply. This paperwork manages with how gas stations can contaminate these waters and what are some remediation techniques, used nowadays to solve this problem. The contamination caused by the gas stations can have its origin in the underground storage tanks when they suffer corrosion and show leaking problems. It’s a topic of great relevance, because the hydrocarbons derivated from petroleum present in the fuels can stay for a long time in the environment. Besides that, an analyses of the risk of contamination by gas stations in the city of Rio Claro was made based on three parameters: density of the gas stations, depth of the underground water and hydraulic conductivity. To achieve such goal, maps were elaborated considering those parameters individually and considering the three of them together. Analyzing those maps, it was concluded see that the spots that represent the biggest risks of contamination in Rio Claro are located southeast and center-west.

Cartas do leitor em Nova Escola e Veja: uma análise dialógica

Ce travail vise à etudier le genre lettre de lecteur publiés dans deux magazines. La lettre de lecteur est un texte publié dans une section spécifique du jornal et du magazine à travers lequel les lecteures dialoguent avec les éditeures du magazine et avec les autres lecteures, généralement ayant comme thème les textes du maganize publié dans les éditions précédentes. Pour Bakhtine (1997, p.302), “ nous apprenons à mouler notre discours aux formes du genre ». En reliant les genres de discours à l’activité sociale, à l’interaction, Bakhtine affirme que c’est la situation sociale e les participants immédiats qui déterminent la forme e le style de l’énoncé. Compte tenu de la nécessaire présence des genres de discours dans des actvités langagières des sujets, justifie l’importance de l’étude des genres dans les diverses pratiques sociales. À partir des questions soulevées par Circle de Bakthine, en particulier ceux par rapport à genre de discours, ce travail a pour but discuter, dans une perspective dialogique bakhtinienne, les différentes destinataires des magazines Veja et Nova Escola conduirait à des changements du genre lettre de lecteur, principalement en ce qui concerne les aspects stylistiques. Ainsi, nous avons l’intention de discuter le genre lettre de lecteur e de sa ralation à la sphère de l’activité journalistique dans le but de réfléchir sur la stabilité et l’instabilité du genre. Le corpus se compose des lettres de lecteurs tirés de quatre éditions des magazines Veja et Nova Escola, a été diffusé en 2011. La recherche montre qu’il y a une instabilité dans le genre lettre de lecteur dans la sphère journalistique, affecté par d’autres genres comme genres de la sphère pédagogique, didactiques et de instruction. Les lettres aussi dialoguent avec le genre confessionnel et de confidence
