We can see a current increase in individuals' body care in our society. What happened predominantly with the female audience, today also affects the male one. This increase has recently been linked to the required and exposed standards of beauty by the consumer's culture. The media reinforce this ideology by exhibiting non-fat, Strong bodies. This huge appreciation of beauty in our time has generated numerous disorders related to body image. The vigorexia is one of these disorders and it is predominantly characterized in men, and it has defined in the literature as muscle dysmorphic disorder. Such disorder is generated through a self-distorted perception of the body in which the individual sees his body smaller than it really is, and thereby creates various strategies to increase their body size. One of these strategies has been the use of anabolic androgenic steroids, such substances assist in muscle protein synthesis, thus leading to hypertrophy. Thus, the subjects are released for use with the sense to accelerate his path to the perfect body. Warning that the rampant use of anabolic-androgenic steroids can lead to serious health problems. So, this study is justified by the investigation of the mechanisms that act directly in the construction of body image and by the understanding of the aspects that guide the vigorexia and also how it's related to the use of androgenic anabolic steroids

Influência de aspectos psicológicos nos praticantes de musculação

This paper deals with psychological aspects involving bodybuilders nowadays, through their interests, motivations, factors that favor them to practice physical activity, frequent body image disorders, and major benefits that can be acquired when weight training the right way, whether physical or psychological. During the work is addressed to the Theory of Self-Determination and its characteristics, and behavioral aspects of the individual. We explore the types of motivation, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and their regulatory mechanisms. Did the relationship with weight training and the environment that surrounds it as the interaction between those involved in practice between the student and teacher performance and results and the effects that this interference can have on motivation and individual behavior. Also we relate body image factors, the perception of bodybuilders in relation to his own body, and the possible disorders that can promote. Describe the Vigorexia and their characteristics, we made a list of body image and self-esteem, approach standards set by society, the aesthetic influence and media disclosure. Finally, we explore the key benefits that well-directed physical activity can provide its practitioners. Physical, mental and social beneficial, improved self-esteem and in one's relationship skills. Pesticids are chemical products used to control plagues (animal and vegetable) and plant diseases. Due to the process of automation occurred in the agriculture in 1960-1970, the agrotoxics began to be largely used in Brazil. Their physical-chemical proprieties, as well as the frequency of use, form of application, environmental biotic and abiotic characteristics and climatic conditions will determine their environmental destination. These variables will define the spectrum of environmental impacts and human health problems caused by the agrotoxics. The human health impacts might be acute or chronic, mainly upon neurological, reproductive and respiratory process. In the environment, the agrotoxics cause transformations and modifications in biota, water, soil and other ecosystems. To make farmworkers aware of alternatives to massive use of agrotoxics is the guarantee for an agriculture development more sustainable, without disorders in human health and in environment

Reflexões a respeito da educação a distância: a visão de professores em formação continuada

The study aimed to analyze the vision of teachers in conducting a continuing education course in level of expertise in the field of special education, focusing on Global Development Disorders, through the modality of distance education. The current study was provided by the Network Program São Paulo Teacher Training - REDEFOR in partnership with Universidade Estadual Paulista-UNESP, for teachers of the state of São Paulo. The survey went through some steps, namely: a) literature review a brief history of Distance Education in Brazil and in the world thus seeking to understand their development to the present day, including legislation that regulates; b) study and survey of potential and limiting factors for distance education in teacher training. Was observed of initial and continuing teacher education in the distance mode, focusing on education and training policies implemented by the state of São Paulo, in recent years; c) data collection with 33 teachers in the continuing education process, e-mail and performed with the use of Google Drive tool that enabled the creation of online search form; d) organization, analysis and interpretation of data and its consequences. Through the results it observed that distance education is considered a favorable mode of education for the continuing education of teachers. The course was offered via Moodle and tools were considered easy to assimilate and elaborate activities in general, favored the construction of knowledge, and some questioned for its effectiveness. It follows therefore, that distance education provides continuing education for teachers, but it is necessary in the preparation of these courses is taken into consideration the tools and resources available in their construction, contributing to a dynamic and interactive model between all participants in which the exchange of experiences, questions, doubts, can effectively contribute to the construction of knowledge and possible developments in..
