Análise do sistema de medição em uma linha produtiva de radar

In this work, we analyze a measurement system that will be implanted in a wheels production line, in order to use those wheels for buses and trucks. The measurement device has to be approved according to the MSA study, due to the fact that the mentioned industry is an automobilistic supplier, so that it has to be conform with the ISO/TS 16949 standards. We showed the MSA studies, as well as some concepts for the work understanding. The airlock wheels systematic production is also broached, that is to say, wheels that use airlock tyres, with a better attention given to the rim production, where the device must be implanted. We analyze and assess the data’s acceptance according to the guidelines showed in this study, along with this, improvement proposals are elaborated and their analysis is made, in order to check the obtained results. Finally, we survey the analyzed measurement system, and new studies are suggested, with the intention of improving it

Proposta de diretrizes embasadoras para introdução de sistemas de medição de desempenho em empresas de projetos de instalações prediais

The civil construction in Brazil has grown a lotover the last years. This has caused a greater competition between companies of the sector. A little difference in quality in service or product a company offers can determine their success in the market. There is a growing demand for tools that optimize processes and bring greater quality to each activity in these companies. Performance measurement systems make it possible to control process efficiency and effectiveness using performance indicators. Considering this need, the paper before you has the objective of creating basic guidelines to introduce performance measurement systems inbuilding installations project companies. A theoretical reference is presented to describe organizational aspects of project companies along with performance measurement systems characteristics. Using a qualitative research methodology, a study case was executed with interviews, observation and document analysis as evidence sources. In the study case, limitations where identified, such as, high degree of product and process flexibility, dependence on subjective analysis for decision making and lack of specialized information systems. Considering the theoretical reference and the study case,the proposed guidelines intend to ease and guarantee greater chances of success when implanting one of these systems

Análise ergonômica de equipamentos odontológicos

This is study proposes to evaluate the ergonomic aspects of dental equipments. Based on the characteristics proposed by ISO/FDI, on the existing literature and related researches an evaluating system was devised. Thirty nine dental clinics were examined using the 165 pointssystem proposed, distributed in 12 criteria. None of the dental clinics examined showed a bad ergonomics level, 41% were good and 59% reached excellent levels. The point-supported evaluation system proposed is effective in the analysis of the ergonomic conditions of dental equipments, allowing a quantification of their characteristics. Using this system, the dentist can also know the level of ergonomic satisfaction existing in his equipment, and identify the conditions to be improved. It was concluded that the equipment belonging to dental workplaces evaluated had excellent level of compliance, however corrective measures are needed since even the presence of a few non-conforming items is a sufficient condition to cause injury to users, decreased efficiency and comfort and loss quality of service

Zoneamento acústico urbano e mapeamento de níveis sonoros na zona central de Rio Claro (SP): diretrizes para o gerenciamento do ruído integrado ao planejamento ambiental urbano

Considering the growing degradation of the urban environmental quality resulting from the progressive sound pollution increase, as well as the consequent harmful effects about the human health, the present study had its central objective the argument and management tools implementation of the urban noise that can be integrated to the environmental planning in the city of Rio Claro (SP). Therefore, normative and bibliographical revisions were developed, that made feasible the directives of control argument and prevention of the urban noise, as well as the technical procedures of sound levels and evaluation’s definition and especially about the criteria applicable for the elaboration of an urban acoustic zoning methodology. Among the main results obtained detach: (1) the applicable legislation to the management of urban noise’s synthesis and argument; (2) the methodology of urban acoustic zoning development and (3) its implementation to determined areas of Rio Claro (SP) with the (4) respective cartography representation; (5) the mapping of sound levels in the central zone of Rio Claro (SP), (6) the obtaining and analysis of noise describers (LAeq, Lmáx, L10, L50, L90, Lmin and TNI) and the subsequent (7) acoustic maps elaboration for the main describers.

O grupo escolar de São Luiz do Paraitinga: contexto histórico (décadas de 1930 a 1970)

The present work has as its theme the group of St. Louis School of Paraitinga: historical context (the 1930 to 1970). This work has the distinction the subject rarely addressed in academic, school groups in the region of Vale do Paraiba, these schools are not constant theme of research, making this differentiation materials present little used, but extremely important for understanding of education present in the region of Vale do Paraíba. For the realization was made to read the legislation in the period 1930 to 1970, the documentation provided by the Department of Education, reading and analysis of documentation presented, one can understand the historical context of the school group to be targeted by the study: School Group Colonel Domingues de Castro. Objective of this study was to understand how the group of the school of St. Louis was shaping up Paraitinga laws and guidelines in the historical context of the decades from 1930 to 1970, contextualizing historical events general and the specific events of São Luiz do Paraitinga. The methodology used is studies of educational phenomena along with the narrative-biographical study of respondents to this survey

Análise da ABNT NBR ISO 14005:2012 como instrumento de implementação de sistemas de gestão ambiental em pequenas e médias empresas

The use of environmental management systems - EMS has shown to be a key tool for addressing the environmental aspects and impacts of an organization. The vast majority of EMS based on the requirements of ISO 14001:2004, as it is a globally recognized standard and adopt its recommendations is considered to be a guarantee of fulfilling the basic requirements of an EMS. Despite all the benefits that the system provides, we still find many problems in the implementation of EMS, especially in small and medium enterprises or SME. Most of the difficulties of implementation is related to intrinsic factors that companies of this size have, and issues related to the models and methods used to implement an EMS. Thus, this work aimed to assess whether the guidelines of ISO 14005:2012 meet the needs of SMEs for the effective implementation of an environmental management system. For it has been identified in the relation between SMEs and EMS the majof intrinsic problems of SMEs to implement (PII), such as lack of financial and human resources, and lack of commitment from top management to the SGA. Also was also pointed the main implementation issues related to ISO 14001 (ABNT, 2004) or the models or methods (PIM), highlighting the lack of environmental performance criteria, and the need for a path or sequence of steps for implementation. The study of ISO 14005 (ABNT, 2012) showed that the standard guidelines and implementation examples proposed, include solutions for all problems related to EMS implementation SMEs

Aplicação de sistema de gestão da qualidade na execução de obras de pavimentação asfáltica, baseado nas diretrizes da ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2008

This work brings to its content proposed deployment of a system of quality management in paving asphalt based on the elaboration of a basic training to meet those entering this area of civil engineering at a technical manual for the implementation of major services running on paving of roads. The training was designed to serve both those entering the field of asphalt paving, synthesizing the complex processes involved in paving services and providing an overview of the steps in implementation thereof, as well as entrants must meet the enterprise user of this system, providing them an idea of the method used by the company designing the paving of roads. The technical manual presented in turn, has 8 (eight) of the main services components of a work of paving, which are: Mobilization and Maintenance of construction site, Regularization and subfloor preparation, execution or sub-base BGS base (graded gravel plain), Execution of sub-base or base BGTC (graded gravel treated with cement), Implementation of subbase or base Macadam hydraulic Priming bituminous waterproofing, asphalt binder Priming and finally the execution flexible pavement - HMA (hot milled asphalt concrete). These services are presented in the form of IT-Education work, this seven items are presented that guide the performance of services, thus providing overall guidelines to perform the services described in it. The development of IT's was based on experiences in day-to-day paving near the theoretical precepts presented in the literature, so the conditions specified in these documents aim to always guide the implementation of services in general, giving the process a versatility major operation, as this work takes into account the dynamics of such services, as well as the variety of their execution according to local conditions and specified in the project. Reflexões e observações sobre as novas diretrizes curriculares e a sua influência na formação inicial do professor na universidade

With reference to curricular changes proposed by the CNE Resolution 1 /2002 and CNE 2/2002 on Teacher Education in Basic Education teaching degree - this study aims to analyze the new professional profile proposed in curriculum pedagogy , Physical Education , Science Biology , Mathematics , Physics and Geography . Within the curriculum guidelines was observed in a more normative articulated curriculum, focused on action-reflection- action. A guided design in practical rationality and the skills set without breaking the commitment of the public university with emancipation and quality education . Although there is this understanding we must also attend to the care that must be given to the new guidelines , based on the same reveal great concern with vocational training , with its instrumentation , with the pragmatic and utilitarian dimension of the training process . Estudo de impacto de vizinhança: diretrizes para elaboração

This scientific research focus on the “Estudo de Impacto de Vizinhança” (EIV, Neighborhood Impact Study), a legal instrument instituted by federal law, and regulated by municipal law, that aims to evaluate the impacts in the neighborhood caused by the implantation or expansion of ventures within the urban zone. The main objective of this research was the formulation of general guidelines for EIV elaboration. Therefore, the following steps were considered: review of the legislation and literature on the theme; assessment of existing municipal legislation about this theme; assessment of EIVs elaborated within Rio Claro (SP); elaboration of the general guidelines for EIV elaboration, which were summarized in a flowchart

Diretrizes para execução dos estudos geológico-geotécnicos e ambientais voltados à implantação de dutovias

Due to the new discoveries of oil and gas reservoirs, and also the increasing production of bio-fuels, the brazilian general pipeline system is being vertiginously extended. On the other hand, there is a lack of clear parameters that would allow a better utilization of the geological-geotechnical studies in the process of environmental licensing of pipeline systems. Therefore, this paper presents guidelines that would orientate the environmental licensing procedures to build pipeline systems, and also the geological-geotechnical studies that would support the characterization of the physical context. The method applied in this study consisted in the existing data survey and in their organization, analysis and review. In doing so, there is a well-subsidy integration of the many steps of the pipeline system implementation, the required environmental licenses and the investigation methods of the correlated physical context. As a result, it’s presented a flowchart of the guidelines, detailing the interaction between the environmental licensing, the geological-geotechnical studies and the phases of the pipeline’s project.
