Contextualização deposicional da formação Rio Claro no município de Paulínia/SP empregando simulações estocásticas

The Rio Claro Formation, Tertiary-Quaternary age, is composed of unconsolidated sediments deposited by fluvial systems. In Paulínia (SP) region geological studies comprising sedimentological, structural and geomorphological aspects indicate that the Rio Claro Formation is constituted by deposits of a meandering fluvial system. Data from SPT drillings were used to obtain sedimentary textural information in order to generate stochastic stratigraphic models. Particle size analysis was carried with the core samples which resulted in the distinction of five litofacies, three of which can be grouped into only one mudstone unit. The other two facies represent channel belt facies, being clayey sands and medium to coarse sands. Geostatistical modeling of the stratigraphic architecture followed together with correlation of analogue outcrop data and conceptual models for this type of depositional system. 100 models were generated with the SPT drillings and 50 models were generated with data from an analogue outcrop, which allowed constraining of both simulation sets to the depositional model given for the region. T-PROGS methodology has good applicability in simulating stratigraphic frameworks and its inherent limitations may be approached with parallel studies, such as stochastic modeling of analogue outcrops or geophysical methods

To understand this, it was necessary to rescue the local historic process, report their specificities, thus, drawing a parallel with the geographical theories. Estudo geofísico em um depósito de manganês supergênico no município de Itapira - SP

The mining research is a complex activity, which should preferably involve the combination of direct and indirect techniques of geological research. The increasing demand for base metals in domestic and international markets provide the revaluation of mineral occurrences, which can be converted into deposits and mines. This paper presents the results of the application of geophysical methods of electric resistivity and induced polarization in main foliation parallel to the arrangement of the area, in a deposit of oxides and hydroxides in massive and disseminated ores, docked in gneisses and quartzites, located in the municipality of Itapira, in the North of the State of São Paulo in Brazil. Inversion models indicate the predominance of high cargabilidade that partially coincide with low resistivity values. Integration of geophysical data made possible the drafting of sections of electric walking with cross-checking distance x depth, for detailing your target. This study has the objective of presenting a new suggestion to the public relations professional into the Brazilian fashion business, seeing that, besides promising and little explored, presents social-economic conditions that allow the profession actuation. For this, it has been deeply analyzed the social character of fashion history e its development parallel to the society historical and economic transformations, basing, then, the study of fashion history in Brazil. To understand contemporaneity and the relations which interlace on it, there were used two analyzes about nowadays social order, liquid pos-modernity, from Bauman; and the hypermodernity, from Lipovetsky. In this context, it‟s approached new ways of relating with marks and with products which, since their consumption, are prepared to posterior discard. In the accelerated scenario of marks and consumption, the human relations, more liquids and tenuous, create the urgent possibility of action from on communication professional, who knows to identify the consumers desires and foresee their needs, rendering the tenuous laces stronger and the relationships more solid. This is when the profession of public relations presents itself as a new proposal to create experiences and to tight the loose laces on the consumption era

Educação física e meio ambiente: uma proposta de sistematização dos conteúdos

As concepções sobre a importância do ensino da educação física escolar sofreram inúmeras mudanças desde a sua implementação como matéria no currículo da escola. Segundo SOARES (1994), a cultura corporal de movimento, é o conhecimento que constitui o conteúdo da educação física, esta é representada pela ginástica, esportes, lutas, capoeira, atividades físicas de aventura, práticas corporais alternativas, jogos, circo e dança. Os PCNs trazem uma proposta de problematizar os conteúdos de ensino, elencando alguns dos principais problemas que a sociedade deve se atentar para se manter equilibrada, estes são denominados Temas Transversais. Este estudo tem como propósito é investigar as relações entre o Meio Ambiente e a Educação Física na perspectiva da cultura corporal de movimento, mostrando que é possível o trabalho de ambas temáticas em conjunto. Em paralelo a isso, o estudo também tem como objetivo a elaboração de uma proposta de organização dos conteúdos que relacionam algumas temáticas do Meio Ambiente com os alguns conteúdos da Educação Física. Para o (PCN/BRASIL 1998), o papel da educação em relação ao meio ambiente é proporcionar para o aluno a possibilidade da construção de um mundo socialmente justo e ecologicamente equilibrado. O que requer responsabilidade coletiva e individual de qualquer individuo planetário, interferindo no modo como a sociedade programa as prioridades no seu cotidiano. Esta interferência só será possível se houver a construção dos conceitos gerando uma assimilação de valores. Para isso, propomos uma organização curricular dos conteúdos da educação física juntamente com as temáticas ambientais. Mudanças ambientais e desdobramentos evolutivos durante o paleogeno

O Paleogeno é um dos períodos da Era Cenozóica, que se distribui entre 65,5 a 23,03 milhões de anos, se localizando logo após o fim da Era Mesozóica, sucedendo o período Cretáceo. Paleoceno, Eoceno e Oligoceno são as épocas que compõem o Período Paleogeno. O Paleogeno pode ser definido como um período de clima quente quando analisado sob a óptica de toda a história geológica. As médias de temperatura para o período superam as temperaturas médias modernas em cerca de 10°C. Durante o Paleogeno também pode se observar eventos drásticos de aumento da temperatura do planeta, sendo possível traçar um paralelo, com o atual aquecimento global ocasionado pelo aumento da emissão de gases do efeito estufa, resguardado suas claras diferenças. A fronteira entre Cretáceo e Paleogeno se caracteriza pela segunda maior extinção da História Geológica do Planeta. Em conseqüência vivencia uma das mais importantes radiações filogenéticas, em todos os ambientes, em particular nos continentais terrestres, caracterizada pela explosão evolutiva dos mamíferos, que exploravam os nichos ecológicos deixados vagos pelo desaparecimento da maior parte dos arcossauromorfos mesozóicos. Somado a isto, no Paleogeno ocorreram importantes mudanças ambientais, abrangendo aspectos geotectônicos e climáticos, que levaram flora e fauna paleogênicas a sofrerem diversas modificações, a fim de se adaptarem ao novo cenário presente no Planeta.

Gestão de desenvolvimento competitivo: atuação do Relações-públicas em programas de gestão do conhecimento

The theme approached relates contemporaneous organizational competitive scenario to draw parallels between the organizational structure, Knowledge Management and Public Relations. Many aspects are complementary and can be grouped, enabling the idea of verifying the possibility of a Public Relations work like a manager of Knowledge Management. The objective of this study focuses in analyzing the administration ways of the organizational environment to verify the best kind of structure for the competitive development pattern, then we sought the meaning of Knowledge Management and their results to draw a parallel between the image of the Knowledge Management process manager and the Public Relations professional. The methodology chosen was bibliographic research, by which we noticed the theme relevance, the proposal validity and build a convergence between the skills of a person responsible for managing processes in Knowledge Management and the capabilities of a Public Relations professional. Ginástica para idosos: relato de experiência sobre programa desenvolvido na Dinamarca

The increase in the elderly population has been significant in recent years in Brazil, with the growth in the relative share of the population aged 65 or more, which was 4.8% in 1991 and reaching 7.4% in 2010, this occurred mainly due to the growth of the adult population, especially also for the increased participation of the elderly population (IBGE, 2010). This situation has challenges of political, social, economic and mainly related to the health of the elderly population. The practice of physical activity, especially gymnastics, are offered to the population as a means of improving the health and quality of life (BURINI, 2005; MATSUDO, 2002; MAZO, 2003). From this context, this course conclusion work aims to report gymnastics programs developed in Denmark for the elderly population and reflect on the differences and similarities with the Brazilian fitness programs for seniors presented in the literature. The method used to develop this work of completion will review the literature on physical activity programs for seniors and, in particular, gymnastics, developed in Brazil and published in national Physical Education, minimum classification B2 (CAPES, 2012 ). Parallel to this, the description of fitness programs directed to older people in Denmark, as an account of personal experience of five months in Folk High School Gymnastik og Idraetshojskolen Viborg / Denmark. In the results of the study, were founded eight projects of physical activity of elderly people in the articles. Compared with the Brazilian projects studied, and observed Danish, they differ primarily the goals of the programs, which directly influences the activities conducted training. Análise comparativa entre a produção de biogás em aterro controlado e variações no potencial elétrico natural por meio de perfilagem geofísica

This work aims to analyze data from a Natural Electric Potential landfill type ditch located in Cordeirópolis (SP). The procedure measures initially involved the assembly and installation of an apparatus cables, sensors and drain geophysical measurements and flow rate of biogas in a ditch later filled by solid waste. Biogas is a product of degradation of organic matter in waste by the action of microorganisms in an anaerobic environment. Its features high methane content in the gas potentially usable as fuel in energy generation systems or steam. The study area is characterized by clayey soil composition change from the diabase sill correlated to the event Serra Geral Formation siltstones overlapping Tatuí with groundwater level site around 50m. The cables were installed vertically in parallel with drain gas manifold, which allowed the collection of data by the technique geophysical logging every 15 days over a period of eight months. For data analysis we used four parameters in the study, the closing time of the ditch, natural electric potential, the flow velocity of biogas and rain. With the tabulated data plots were constructed for each collection day showing values in the range of the cable is in contact with waste (200 cm - 400 cm) and range of the cable in contact with the soil (600 cm - 800 cm). Subsequently graphs were generated with the period of eight months to analyze the data tabulated. A statistical correlation data, which show the influence of rainfall on the production of biogas. The results were satisfactory and demonstrated the feasibility of the research method in studies for the feasibility analysis for the capture of biogas energy

Análise da expressão do gene CaPox que codifica uma peroxidase de classe III envolvida na interação do cafeeiro com nematóides

A caracterização e isolamento do gene com expressão específica em raiz de café (Coffea arabica) que codifica uma peroxidase (CaPOX) e suas respectivas regiões promotoras, permitiu realizar a caracterização da expressão desse gene em reposta a estresse biótico (infecção por nematóides) assim como a análise funcional do seu promotor. Promotores tecido-específicos responsáveis pela regulação de genes responsivos a estresses bióticos tornam-se fundamentais em programas biotecnológicos que visam o aumento da resistência e tolerância vegetal. Partindo desse princípio, realizou-se a quantificação da expressão relativa do gene CaPOX em raízes de café utilizando plantas de Coffea arabica de um cultivar susceptível (Mundo Novo) e de outro cultivar resistente (IAC 388-17-1) a nematóides, respectivamente. Em paralelo utilizou- se plantas transgênicas de tabaco (Nicotiana tabacum SR1) contendo a versão completa do promotor do gene CaPOX em fusão transcricional ao gene repórter uidA (que codifica a β-glucuronidase; GUS) . A partir disso, pode-se observar que o gene CaPOX tem sua expressão aumentada em resposta a infecção por nematóides, sendo que a indução observada ocorre nos tempos iniciais pós-inoculação. Da mesma maneira, o promotor do gene CaPOX é responsivo a infecção por nematóides, sendo ativado nos tempos iniciais pós-inoculação

This paper analyzes the dance, considered the oldest of the Arts, inserted in Art and Education. When you talk about dance as art, sought to articulate dance, body movement and music, because all these aspects are crucial when it comes to education in dance. Thus, this paper, by analyzing the meaning of dance over time, also made a parallel with the evolution of the concept of body that, throughout history, became the focus of sin, to currently be seen in optical freedom and autonomy, looking up from childhood, the formation of body awareness and embodiment, as a basis for identity and the formation of a positive self-image. In describing the evolution of dance, between different societies, it was shown that the tool is the dancer's own body and that for its use, it is necessary to look at its interior, human vitality, musicality and sensitivity. Proved that dance since the beginning, has been seen as a medium body, as well as desires and deepest sorrows of humanity, linked to religion, ritual or ceremonial, reaching today the freest expression of body, in modern dance. Given these considerations, based on theoretical frameworks, emphasized the importance of dance in middle school, focusing on their educational role and liberating, showing that it must be used as a tool for teaching and learning, and the development of children , given its interdisciplinary character, this Crosscutting Themes in elementary school and early childhood education curriculum benchmark. The paper concludes that, despite legislation and official documents require training for dance in the school curriculum, very little is done in this direction, which shows that there is still a choice of schools, the immobility of the pupils

As relações públicas em parceria com a ouvidoria e Ombudsman: gestão e ajuste para um relacionamento eficaz

This work presents as the central theme the management conducted by the Public Relations' professional regarding the custom relations' channels, focusing on Ombudsman. Its main objective is to discuss, reflect and establish a parallel between these activities, highlighting the importance of these channels on the organization’s communication and relationship process with their customers. Split in three chapters, it begins the discussion about the terminology in Ombudsman, from the meaning and concept of the terms to the comparison with other relationship means with the customer. It is a part of the study a brief history about organizations and their changes over the years, emphasizing the importance of customers and relations for the success of the modern day organizations, considering the Public Relations in this context. The discussion concludes establishing a parallel between the Ombudsman channels and the meaning of public relations in its management, regarding the relevancy of the subject in a highly competitive scenario, in which the customer/person, as a change agent, can be the responsible for the success or failure of organizations. The study tries to focus on showing the importance of the skills and competencies of the Public Relations for the fore mentioned channels, which are not well defined yet.

Sensores de amônia à base de polianilina preparados com impressora jato de tinta

Neste trabalho, apresenta-se o desenvolvimento de um sensor de gás amônia sobre substrato de papel, impresso por jato de tinta térmico. Para a realização do trabalho formulou-se uma “tinta”4 de polianilina (PANI), adequada para uso na impressora térmica. Neste tipo de impressão, é necessário que a tinta de PANI seja preparada de forma que a maior parte do seu volume seja de água. A PANI, em seu estado desdopado, foi dissolvida em n-metil-2-pirrrilidona (NMP), e com a adição de água em determinadas condições de preparo e proporção, foi possível formar uma tinta de PANI/NMP/H2O estável e adequada para o uso na impressora térmica, podendo-se assim depositar filmes de PANI sobre substratos flexíveis, como por exemplo, diversos tipos de papéis. Neste trabalho, tintas de PANI foram depositadas sobre papel comum (sulfite) e papel fotográfico (glossy). A caracterização morfológica, por microscopia ótica, indicou que a qualidade dos filmes foi satisfatória em termos de uniformidade e homogeneidade. A resistividade de superfície dos filmes de PANI, sobre substratos de papel sulfite e fotográfico, é da ordem de 1x109 / , quando desdopado, e 1x104 / , quando dopado com vapor de ácido clorídrico (HCl). As caracterizações elétricas AC sugerem que os filmes de PANI desdopados, sobre ambos os substratos, se comportam similarmente a um circuito equivalente RC, formado por um resistor e um capacitor em paralelo. Hepatitis C is a disease that affects approximately four million Brazilians. It is a rare disease with symptoms but with a treatment that involves marked secondary effects. The silence of their symptoms, however, socially projected, build the social imaginary figures that send feelings and prejudices, being born therefore the social stigma. This situation fundamentally affects the welfare of their subjects. In this aspect, this research traces a parallel between the situation experienced by patients with hepatitis C and the use for these individuals from the World Wide Web and its interactive tools on overcoming limits the disease and in the reconstruction of their social identities.
