Redovisningens värderelevans i svenska fastighetsbolag före och efter införandet av IAS 40

Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka om införandet av IAS 40 - Förvaltningsfastigheter har bidragit till en mera värderelevant redovisning. Vid värderelevansstudier är det företagets börsvärde/aktiekurs som skall relateras till något eller några redovisningsmått i företagets redovisning. I denna studie har det blivit företagets redovisade egna kapital som blivit detta mått. Undersökningen innefattar således en analys av förhållandet mellan variablerna börsvärde och redovisat eget kapital, men också en analys av hur variablerna var för sig uppträtt före och efter införandet av IAS 40. Värdering till verkligt värde har inneburit en omedelbar och avsevärd anpassning av företagens redovisade egna kapital till företagens värde på börsen just vid vergången. Tiden efter det att regeländringen genomförts har ökade kursrörelser konstaterats på företagens rapporteringsdagar. Likaså har variationen i redovisat eget kapital ökat och även samvariationen mellan variablerna ”börsvärde” och ”redovisat eget kapital”. Det kan konstateras att det finns ett beroendeförhållande mellan den publicerade redovisningsinformationen och aktiekurser på kort sikt, där aktiekursen beror av informationen. Studien påstår dock inte att reaktionerna är en konsekvens av införandet av IAS 40. På lång sikt är förhållandet mera komplicerat. Samvariationen mellan variablerna har förbättrats efter den 1 januari 2005. Om detta beror på att aktieplacerarna anpassat aktiekursen till redovisat eget kapital eller om det är så att företagen anpassat redovisningen till aktiekursen kan inte bedömas (en sådan anpassning var uppenbar just vid övergången till IAS 2 40). Det kan dock konstateras att aktiekursen varit i stigande både före och efter den 1 januari år 2005 samtidigt som kvoten börsvärde/redovisat eget kapital upphört att stiga därefter. Av detta skäl finns det anledning att anta att aktiekursen på lång sikt har sin utveckling oberoende av balansräkningens redovisning av ”redovisat eget kapital”. Det torde också vara naturligt att det är på detta sätt eftersom fastigheternas verkliga värde varit kända i redovisningen även när dessa inte redovisats i balansräkningen.

Manuscript Eö.II.14 is written in black ink on 210 parchment leaves (recto and verso), amounting to 420 pages, in pre-Gothic script. - The present text is a transcription of Ms Eö.II.14. The goal is to provide the reader with an accessible text that is faithful to the original.

Toiminnallinen kielitaito osana sotilaan toimintakykyä : Puolustusvoimien 14. venäjän kielen erikoiskurssin opiskelijoiden käsityksiä kielenopiskelusta työn ohella

Tässä tutkimuksessa tutkitaan Puolustusvoimissa palvelevan upseerin mahdollisuuksia hankkia venäjän kielen toiminnallinen kielitaito varsinaisen päivätyön ohella. Tutkimuksessa hahmotetaan vaihtoehtoisia tapoja opiskella venäjän kieltä työn ohella erilaisissa opiskeluohjelmissa. Keskeistä tutkimuksessa ovat Puolustusvoimien 14. venäjän kielen erikoiskurssin oppilaiden käsitykset toiminnallisen kielitaidon hankkimisesta, opiskelusta työn ohella ja työnantajan vaikutuksesta heidän opiskeluunsa.

Adjust of regression models to estimate the rectal temperature of broilers for the first 14 days of life

The broiler rectal temperature (t rectal) is one of the most important physiological responses to classify the animal thermal comfort. Therefore, the aim of this study was to adjust regression models in order to predict the rectal temperature (t rectal) of broiler chickens under different thermal conditions based on age (A) and a meteorological variable (air temperature - t air) or a thermal comfort index (temperature and humidity index -THI or black globe humidity index - BGHI) or a physical quantity enthalpy (H). In addition, through the inversion of these models and the expected t rectal intervals for each age, the comfort limits of t air, THI, BGHI and H for the chicks in the heating phase were determined, aiding in the validation of the equations and the preliminary limits for H. The experimental data used to adjust the mathematical models were collected in two commercial poultry farms, with Cobb chicks, from 1 to 14 days of age. It was possible to predict the t rectal of conditions from the expected t rectal and determine the lower and superior comfort thresholds of broilers satisfactorily by applying the four models adjusted; as well as to invert the models for prediction of the environmental H for the chicks first 14 days of life.

Viabilidade do retalho miofascial (RMF) de grande peitoral em cabeça e pescoço: estudo de 14 casos

A maioria dos retalhos utilizados na reconstrução dos grandes defeitos pós-tratamento cirúrgico isolado ou associado à radioterapia no câncer da cabeça e pescoço levou os autores a estudar a viabilidade do RMF em 14 pacientes, atendidos no Serviço de Cabeça e Pescoço do Hospital Celso Pierro, PUCCAMP, Campinas. Todos eram portadores de lesões epidermóides avançadas no estádio IV, localizadas na boca (dez), hipofaringe (dois), laringe (um) e pescoço (um). Através do teste exato de Fisher (p< 0,05), aferiu-se a existência ou não da relação da viabilidade do RMF com a idade, estado nutricional, tratamento prévio. Nestes 14 pacientes, foram empregados 16 retalhos, 13 deles viáveis (81,2%) e três (18,8%) com necrose total, não havendo associação entre a viabilidade e a necrose e a idade (p=1,0). Quanto à relação com o tratamento prévio com quimioterapia (três casos) e radioterapia (dois casos), estes não foram significantes (p=0,547).
