Appeal activity in the Public Assistance Programs

State of Iowa Public Drinking Water Program 2002 Annual Compliance Report, December 2003

This report contains information about Iowa's public drinking water program for the calendar year 2002. Included in the report are descriptions of Iowa's systems, monitoring and reporting requirements of the systems, and violations incurred during the year. This report meets the federal Safe Drinking Water Act's requirement of an annual report on violations of national primary drinking water regulations by public water supply systems in Iowa.

Senior Living Program State Fiscal Year 2003 Report (July 1, 2002-June 30, 2003)

This report shows the number of older low-income and moderate-income Iowans who received service from the Senior Living Program (SLP) and the number of units by service category. Additionally, it shows the number of persons served across services. In other words, if you add the total number of clients from all services it is higher than the actual number of persons served across all services, because some people need and receive more than one service. (Please note: this is preliminary data, and may be subject to change.)

Este artigo apresenta os resultados dos estudos da Avaliação Integral dos serviços prestados pela Universidade Jean Piaget em 2002/03 e 2003/04 ressaltando e interrelacionando-se três dimensões: qualidade do serviço docente, das disciplinas frequentadas e dos serviços da universidade. Tais estudos têm o seu enquadramento institucional no Gabinete de Estudos e Planeamento e visam analisar a qualidade dos serviços prestados pela Universidade à sua comunidade de forma que os resultados obtidos forneçam os subsídios necessários à reflexão e revisão de políticas, programas e projectos que favoreçam os processos de gestão em todas as suas estruturas organizacionais. Para estes estudos foram utilizados a metodologia de inquérito por questionário, e o tratamento de dados foi efectuado no programa SPSS.
