This article provides reflections and discussions about the importance of human interactions and methodological interrelations to substantiate the integrity in the transdisciplinary process in teams that operate in health area. Should be taken as reference the Complexity Theory of Edgar Morin, the logic transdisciplinary of Basarab Nicolescu and the formation groups principles based on the Socionomic Theory of Jacob Levy Moreno. It was concluded that the complexity of the methodologies in the field of workplace health, are influenced by factors that intersect between the scientific interaction and human interrelationships, which allow the transdisciplinary construction. However, the constructions requires the development of professionals in their areas and in their relationship with others as a way of supporting the perspective of transdisciplinarity, ie, interaction, in which different individuals are interrelated with the methodologies and providing articulations and coconstructions from which actualize the transformations.

Diottix(r) was calibrated at 25 Hz to achieve the frequency indicated in literature as being effective to mobilize the airways secretions. However, the amplitude and frequency of the waves generated by the equipment in different regions of the chest still need to be investigated. The objective of this study was to analyze the frequency and amplitude of waves generated by Diottix(r) in chests of healthy subjects. Diottix(r) was used in the anterior and posterior regions of the chest. The mechanical waves were captured using stethoscopes connected to electret microphones, which were connected to a digital oscilloscope. Frequency and amplitude data were recorded by the stethoscope, positioned in six points in the anterior region and six in the posterior region of the chest, following the positions commonly used in pulmonary auscultation. Signals were recorded and transferred to a computer with software for their analysis. The frequency of waves did not present a significant change (from 24.9 to 26.4 Hz). The wave amplitude in the anterior versus the posterior region in each area of the lung, the upper, middle and lower, had differences. Diottix(r) produces frequencies in the chest according to the calibrated; thus, it can be a complementary resource to bronchial hygiene maneuvers. The amplitudes of waves seem to be affected by other structures like bone parts and heart.

Currently individuals are affected by a routine busy and they don't have time for physical activity, highlighting the sedentary lifestyle, a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. For this reason, it focuses too much on cardiovascular diseases and the importance of physical practice. With the largest divulgation and variety of physical activities, activities that were not as practiced became popular, as is the case of resistive exercise. Much is said of the influence of resistance exercise in physical strength, in muscle development and in the quest for a more defined body. However, studies have shown beneficial contributions of resistance exercise on the cardiovascular system. During the physical effort, some changes occur in the body in order to meet the increased demand for oxygen. Among them is the increase in heart rate (HR), which varies with the intensity of effort. Thus, this research sought to contribute with an analysis of the HR behavior before, during and after 3 sets of hypertrophy, as far for the flexor group of the elbow as to the extensor group. It was observed that, although the HR has increased in the course of the series, the variations of HR were not significant between the flexor group and extensor group of the elbow joint. Also were not significant the differences between the variations of the HR from the 1ª to the 2ª series between the flexor group and extensor group, as well as to the variations from the 2ª to the 3ª series

Introduction: the assessment of the activity of rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis is made by means of different tools, respectively DAS-28 and JADAS.Objective: To compare DAS-28 and JADAS with scores of 71, 27 and 10 joint counts in juvenile idiopathic arthritis.Method: A secondary analysis of a phase III placebo-controlled trial, testing safety and efficacy of abatacept was conducted in 8 patients with 178 assessment visits. Joint count scores for active and limited joints, physician's and parents'global assessment by 0-10 cm Visual Analog Scale, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate normalized to 0-10 scale, in all visits. The comparison among the activity indices in different observations was made through Anova or adjusted gamma model. The paired observations between DAS-28 and JADAS 71, 27 and 10, respectively, were analyzed by linear regression.Results: There were significant differences among individual measures, except for ESR, in the first four months of biological treatment, when five of the eight patients reached ACR-Pedi 30, with improvement. The indices of DAS-28, JADAS 71, 27 and 10 also showed significant difference during follow-up. Linear regression adjusted model between DAS-28 and JADAS resulted in mathematical formulas for conversion: [DAS-28 = 0.0709 (JADAS 71) + 1.267] (R-2 = 0.49); [DAS-28 = 0.084 (JADAS 27) + 1.7404] (R-2 = 0.47) and [DAS-28 = 0.1129 (JADAS-10) + 1.5748] (R-2 = 0.50).Conclusion: The conversion of scores of DAS-28 and JADAS 71, 27 and 10 for this mathematical model would allow equivalent application of both in adolescents with arthritis. A EUROsociAL se estruturou e se apresenta como uma rede de cooperação social, de iniciativa da Comissão Europeia para atuar nos países da América Latina em intercâmbio de experiências, em cinco áreas que incidem diretamente em políticas públicas: educação, trabalho, saúde, fiscalização e justiça. Neste estudo nos delimitamos a analisar a cooperação estabelecida no âmbito da educação. Investigamos o papel da educação no programa de cooperação da EUROsociAL para compreender se a concepção pedagógica está refém ou não da dinâmica de poder alinhada na configuração econômica do neoliberalismo. Estudamos o contexto histórico em que surge esse tipo de proposta de integração considerando que o processo de formação das nações latino-americanas aconteceu associado ao empreendimento colonizador europeu. A EUROsociAL propõe uma integração entre os continentes ou algo que vá além disso? Qual é o interesse dessa rede? Trata-se de uma forma de compensação pelos efeitos do tipo de colonização na América-Latina? Que articulações existem entre propósitos de cooperação e programas educacionais? Havendo um investimento na integração entre os continentes, na questão pedagógica, qual é a sua proposta e seu interesse nessa escolha? Analisamos a relação entre o movimento internacional de reforma da educação no mundo e a pedagogia na EUROsociAL, com o foco na formulação do termo cooperação incidindo diretamente na formulação das políticas públicas dos países participantes
