La aplicación Web está gestionada por los usuarios "administrador" y utilizada por los dos tipos de usuarios: administradores y clientes. Sus principales funciones son: Introducción y modificación de artículos. Gestión de entradas y salidas de productos. Gestión de pedidos. Obtención de datos para la gestión de la empresa. Minimizar los errores de gestión. Mejorar la imagen de la empresa. Ampliar los ámbitos de negocio. Correcta visualización de los artículos. Facilitar la búsqueda y compra de artículos.

A New open economy macroeconomic model with endogenous portfolio diversification and firms entry

This paper provides a new benchmark for the analysis of the international diversi…cation puzzle in a tractable new open economy macroeconomic model. Building on Cole and Obstfeld (1991) and Heathcote and Perri (2009), this model speci…es an equilibrium model of perfect risk sharing in incomplete markets, with endogenous portfolios and number of varieties. Equity home bias may not be a puzzle but a perfectly optimal allocation for hedging risk. In contrast to previous work, the model shows that: (i) optimal international portfolio diversi…cation is driven by home bias in capital goods, independently of home bias in consumption, and by the share of income accruing to labour. The model explains reasonably well the recent patterns of portfolio allocations in developed economies; and (ii) optimal portfolio shares are independent of market dynamics.

The Last Fifteen Years of Schistosomiasis in Venezuela: Features and Evolution

Control of schistosomiasis in Venezuela has been a topic of major interest and controversy among the metaxenic parasitosis. A small area of transmission of approximately 15,000 km2 was thought to be eradicated some years ago. However, some epidemiological characteristics of our transmission area have limited the success on the way toward eradication. Since 1945, when the Schistosomiasis Control Program started, the prevalence in the endemic area has decreased from 14% in 1943 to 1.4% in 1996. Until 1982, the surveillance of active cases was based on massive stool examination. Since then, the Schistosomiasis Research Group (SRG) recommended the additional use of serologic tests in the Control Program and the selective or massive chemotherapy depending on serological and parasitological prevalence of each community. At present, the real prevalence is underestimated due to the fact that approximately 80% of the individuals eliminate less than 100 eggs/g of feces. Those persons could be responsible for the maintenance of the foci going on and therefore limiting the impact of the control measures. Efforts of the SRG are being oriented toward improvement of immunodiagnostic tests by using defined antigens (enzymes) and chemically synthesized peptides, derived from relevant molecules of the parasite, either for antibodies or antigens search. On the other hand, introduction of snail competitors has been a biological weapon in the control of the intermediate host in certain areas. However, the recent reinfestation of water courses by Biomphalaria glabrata, the increased prevalence in some areas, together with important administrative changes at the Control Program of the Minister of Health, have arisen new questions and doubts, challenging the eradication strategy proposed during the last decade.

Early vitamin K deficiency bleeding after maternal phenobarbital intake: management of massive intracranial haemorrhage by minimal surgical intervention.

Vitamin K deficiency bleeding within the first 24 h of life is caused in most cases by maternal drug intake (e.g. coumarins, anticonvulsants, tuberculostatics) during pregnancy. Haemorrhage is often life-threatening and usually not prevented by vitamin K prophylaxis at birth. We report a case of severe intracranial bleeding at birth secondary to phenobarbital-induced vitamin K deficiency and traumatic delivery. Burr hole trepanations of the skull were performed and the subdural haematoma was evacuated. Despite the severe prognosis, the infant showed an unexpected good recovery. At the age of 3 years, neurological examinations were normal as was the EEG at the age of 9 months. CT showed close to normal intracranial structures. CONCLUSION: This case report stresses the importance of antenatal vitamin K prophylaxis and the consideration of a primary Caesarean section in maternal vitamin K deficiency states and demonstrates the successful management of massive subdural haemorrhage by a limited surgical approach.

Approche diagnostique et prise en charge des hémoptysies massives [Management of massive hemoptysis : a multidisciplinary approach]

Plus de cent maladies peuvent se manifester par une hémoptysie, qui peut être le reflet d'une pathologie sous-jacente potentiellement sérieuse. Elle n'est massive que dans 5% des cas et devient alors une entité clinique souvent dramatique, mortelle dans 30% des cas, qui nécessite une approche multidisciplinaire en milieu de soins intensifs. Quelques cas cliniques introduisent la discussion des aspects diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de leur prise en charge. Après avoir assuré la survie immédiate, l'origine du saignement sera localisée par une endoscopie qui permettra de réaliser un éventuel tamponnement endobronchique. Une artériographie doit ensuite être effectuée, afin de tenter d'obtenir l'hémostase par embolisation du réseau artériel bronchique responsable de l'épisode d'hémoptysie dans la majorité des cas.

How unethical actions can be learned : the analysis of the sporting life courses of doping athletes

The aim of the present article was to present a specific activity approach called the 'life course of a practice' that could be used for the analysis of the long-term dynamic of learning within diverse social practices. The cases of unethical actions (doping) within a population of high-level athletes were examined, considering they could be fruitful exam- 10 ples for this type of analysis. After describing the theoretical construct 'life course of a practice', the places of these unethical actions in the sporting life courses and elements that characterize their emergence in the long-term dynamics are described. Last, targeted prevention measures of unethical actions over a lifetime are presented.

Ticketmaster és el referent, tot i així, no existeix una oferta clara per gestionar la venda d’entrades d’esdeveniments d’una mida petita o mitjana i que aprofiti les xarxes socials i la integració d’aplicacions que aquestes proporcionen. L’objectiu és realitzar una aplicació web on els usuaris (propis o de Facebook) puguin crear esdeveniments, publicar-los i promocionar-los a les xarxes socials, així com gestionar les tasques i característiques relacionades com la venda d’entrades i la llista de convidats.

El videojuego pertenece al género de los MOBA y permitirá a los usuarios jugar de forma offline en el modo práctica pero tambien en un modo online donde crear o unirse a salas de juego donde empezar partidas en las que podrán elegir entre dos personajes distintos con sus habilidades propias y enfrentarse con su rival.

També hi haurà un servei d’enregistrament per dur a terme el procés de compra amb èxit que proporcionarà les dades del client. També existirà la possibilitat per part de l’usuari d’escollir entre diverses formes de pagament i d’enviament del producte. A més hi haurà un panell d’administració a disposició del venedor per poder gestionar la botiga virtual de manera senzilla i còmoda.
