Efeito do triacilglicerídeo de cadeia média, da fibra e do cálcio na disponibilidade de magnésio e de zinco pelo método in vitro e metodologia de superfície de resposta

Nutritional therapy with enteral diets became highly specialized in the last years. This work aims to study the effect of the components of a formulation, namely fiber, calcium and medium-chain triglycerides, for dialysability of minerals. Analysis of multiple variables was done using response surface methodology. The level curve showed that the tertiary interaction MCT-fiber-calcium was the one that presented the highest synergism in the formulation. The proportion of 33% MCT, 25% fiber and 42% calcium, gave the best formulation for availability of magnesium.

Metodologia analítica para quantificar o teor de biodiesel na mistura biodiesel: diesel utilizando espectroscopia na região do infravermelho

Considered the best substitute for diesel, biodiesel can be blended with diesel in any ratio, bringing lots of environmental, economic and social advantages. Brazilian law Nº 11097/2005, proposes the introduction of biodiesel in to the Brazilian energy matrix, mixed with diesel at a minimum percentage of 2%. For consumers and sellers to be sure that the commercialized mixture of biodiesel:diesel contains the correct percentage, it is necessary to develop analytical methodologies to quantify the amount of biodiesel added. This work presents a fast, low-cost and simple methodology to determine the biodiesel proportion in mixtures of biodiesel:diesel, based on infrared spectroscopy.

Efeito antagônico do ferro e do zinco em uma formulação de alimentação enteral utilizando planejamento de misturas da metodologia de superfície de resposta

Nutritional therapy with enteral diets became substantially specialized over the last years. This work's aim was to study the effect of the components of a formulation: fiber, calcium and medium-chain triglycerides for dialysability of minerals. Analysis of multiple variables was carried out using response surface methodology. The level curve showed an antagonic effect of interaction between iron and zinc. TCM was the variable responsible for characterizing competition between the two minerals in the formulation. More studies on foods are needed for knowing the effecs of minerals in formulations.

Uma metodologia simples e eficiente para a cloração de compostos aromáticos ativados utilizando o ácido tricloro-isocianúrico

The chlorination of activated aromatic rings is efficiently achieved under mild conditions by reaction of aromatic compounds with trichloroisocyanuric acid in acetonitrile, at room temperature, leading to products in 60-95% isolated yields and good regioselectivity.

Aplicação da metodologia de planejamento fatorial e análise de superfícies de resposta para otimização da fermentação alcoólica

In the present work, the influence of the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus and degrees Brix on the yield and productivity of alcoholic fermentation has been evaluated. The methodology used was factorial design and response surface analysis. Within the range studied only for phosphorus a statistically significant effect was observed. The broth of sugar cane of the CB 453 variety already possessed enough nitrogen for the fermentation. The mathematical and empirical model was validated for productivity and not for yield. The concentration of alcohol produced in the fermentation was not enough to cause cellular growth inhibition.

Les TIC aplicades a la història de la infermeria

La cerca d'informació i el pensament crític són competències transversals que es consideren bàsiques per als estudiants universitaris. Aquestes dues competències s'han pogut desenvolupar en el marc d'una activitat denominada cerca i lectura crítica de documents històrics, que es va incloure dins dels crèdits pràctics de l'assignatura Història de la Professió. Les tasques consistien a fer una cerca bibliogràfica a través de les bases de dades més habituals per la Infermeria, obtenir un document històric, fer-ne una lectura crítica i confeccionar un informe escrit. Presentem l'activitat que es va oferir a tots els alumnes de segon semestre d'Infermeria (grups M6 T6), la seva metodologia i els resultats de la seva implementació, que mostren un grau molt elevat de satisfacció en l'alumnat i la seva utilitat en el foment de la lectura crítica.

Desenvolvimento de metodologia analítica para determinação de colesterol em ração para ruminantes através de planejamento experimental fatorial

A chromatographic method was developed for cholesterol determination in feed for ruminants using response surface methodology. Among the five approaches of sample preparation methods tested, the saponification of the sample without heating presented less interference in the gas chromatography. The method presented a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 4.3%, recoveries between 84 and 87% and detection limit of 0.001 mg of cholesterol per g of feed.

Aplicação da metodologia de superfície de resposta no estudo da produção e extração da poligalacturonase

The aim of this work was to verify the effects of initial medium moisture content (U), addition of ammonium sulphate (N) and of potassium phosphate (P) in the production of the polygalacturonase through the solid-state fermentation, using cashew apple husk as substrate and Aspergillus niger CCT0916 as transformation agent. We also studied the best extraction conditions of the produced enzyme. The best condition of production was with U of 40%, 1% of N and 0% of P being reached an activity of the poligalacturonase of 10.1 U/g. The best extraction condition is an agitation system with a time of 100 min and a solvent-fermented medium volume ratio of 5 mL/g.

Descobrim els clarinetistes de Barcelona : de la segona meitat del segle XIX fins la Guerra Civil

La finalitat d’aquest Projecte Fi de Grau és descobrir els clarinetistes que hi havia a Barcelona des de la segona meitat del segle XIX fins a la Guerra Civil, tant a nivell d’intèrprets com a nivell de professors. A més, ens hem proposat conèixer en quines institucions educatives aquests professors impartien les seves classes, com l’Escola Municipal de Música de Barcelona o el Conservatori del Liceu. Això ens ha portat, també, a identificar en quines agrupacions musicals desenvolupaven la seva carrera —com l’Orquestra Pau Casals, la Banda Municipal de Barcelona, l’Orquestra del Liceu o diferents orquestres de ball en les quals oferien concerts populars al llarg del territori. La metodologia utilitzada ha estat l'extracció i l’anàlisi de ressenyes hemerogràfiques i la recerca específica sobre la carrera artística del clarinetista que possiblement va realitzar a nivell estatal els primers enregistraments per a aquest instrument: en Josep Nori.

Validação de metodologia analítica por cromatografia líquida de alta eficiência para quantificação de bupivacaína (S75-R25) em nanoesferas de poli(lactídeo-co-glicolídeo)

Bupivacaine (S75-R25, NovaBupi®) is an amide type local anesthetic widely used. The present work consists of the development and validation of analytical methodology for evaluation of NovaBupi® content in the poly-lactide-co-glycolide nanospheres (PLGA-NS) by high performance liquid chromatography. The separation was made using the reversed-phase column LC-18, acetonitrile/phosphate buffer 85:15 v/v as mobile phase and detection at 220 nm. The results obtained show that the analytical methodology is accurate, reproducible, robust and linear over the concentration range 10-220.0 g/mL of NovaBupi®. The method was applied to determine the encapsulation efficiency and evaluate the release profile of NovaBupi®, showing good results.

De la metodologia a la pràctica : anàlisi de les metodologies d'ensenyament musical i elaboració d'una proposta metodològica per a la pràctica docent en l'àmbit del llenguatge musical a les escoles de música

Aquest treball vol ser una revisió d'algunes de les principals metodologies desenvolupades al llarg del segle XX per l'ensenyament del llenguatge musical. Aquesta revisió serà completada amb una anàlisi comparada de les visions filosòfiques i els objectius didàctics de les diferents propostes, d'on extreure unes conclusions per a una possible nova proposta didàctica. Les metodologies que s'analitzen són les dels següents autors: Émile Jaques-Dalcroze, Carl Orff, Zoltán Kodály, Edgar Willems i Maurice Martenot.

Competència cultural i artística

Partim de la convicció basada en les evidències que la competència cultural i artística és fonamental en la formació dels estudiants. A més, aquesta competència no es pot garantir sense que els docents estiguin preparats en aquestes competències: cultural (intercultural), emocional/sensible, crítica, investigadora, comunicativa, creativa, didàctica i inclusiva de l’art (des de l’art, per mitjà de l’art i per l’art). És per aquest motiu que encetem el discurs «entre la realitat i el desig», sintetitzant en poques pàgines no pas allò que és, sinó més aviat allò que podria ser: renunciar a disgregar i jerarquitzar els sabers, i apostar per un paradigma educatiu que valori les competències que transcendeixen una disciplina. La competència cultural i artística està connectada necessàriament amb les altres competències bàsiques: la lògica/matemàtica (representació de l’espai, com a mínim), la comunicativa (de què forma part i molt vinculada a la tecnològica), i, com és obvi, les de l’àmbit de valors personals i de ciutadania i les de l’àmbit cultural i social. Perquè tot això pugui materialitzar-se, també hi ha algunes condicions elementals i relativament fàcils d’oferir que tot just apuntem
