A regulação jurídica constitucional dos meios e a monopolização das transmissões esportivas

It is this presentation of search results undergraduates, which had the purpose to analyze the legal regulation constitutional produced during the constituent process of 87/88 on the right of ownership of the media, in order to investigate the ban constitutional monopoly and oligopoly in the appropriation of the means. A research proposal considers that this prohibition is also, as a consequence, the seal of the oligopoly and monopoly in the transmission of information, assuming a market plural and diverse. Further considers that, notwithstanding the statutory prohibition on the plane of reality some media companies monopolize certain sectors of the economy, controlling the flow of information, as can be seen in the recent issue about the monopoly rights to broadcast games of the Championship Football Serie A, by the Globo Television Network, a theme that will be used to justify the illegality pointed to the sector. In this sense, the research revisited the constitutional process in order to analyze the projects and legislative debates that led to the current constitutional regulation of ownership of the media, as well as reviewed the decision of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in against the monopoly of the Globo broadcasts Brasileirão, series A.

Geoquímica das águas da bacia hidrográfica do Rio Descoberto, Brasília/DF - Brasil

The objective of this paper is to investigate the physical and chemical quality of the water of the Descoberto River during the dry and rainy seasons by measuring pH, temperature, electric conductivity, total dissolved solids, turbidity, color, alkalinity and NO₃^-, SO₄^2-, PO₄^3-, NH₄⁺, Cl^- and HCO₃^-, and the elements Sr, Mo, Cd, Y, Ti, Ca, V, Mg, Fe, Si, Ni, Zr, Cu, Al, Cr, Mn, Ba, Co, Zn, P, Na and K. The results showed high concentrations in both seasons, with dilution along the course of the river, minimizing for a while problems that compromise the quality of the water of this source. However, a progressive deterioration can occur due to an increase in the discharge of pollutants, resulting from population growth, agricultural activities and other factors.

Distribuição e assinatura isotópica de Pb em sedimentos de fundo da Foz do Rio Guamá e da Baía do Guajará (Belém - Pará)

Lead analyses in bottom sediments from the hydrographic system of Belem (Para) indicated low contents of this metal for the sediments from the Guama river, with no significant anthropogenic contribution. A concentration of 18.1 ± 1.5 mg kg-1 and 206Pb/207Pb isotopic signature of 1.196 ± 0.002 are assigned for Pb from natural sources. On the other hand, the significant increase of Pb contents in the sediments from the Guajará bay, together with the decrease of 206Pb/207Pb ratios (1.172 < 206Pb/207Pb < 1.188) point to an anthropogenic lead contribution, originated by the industrial and urban activities of the city of Belem.

Pluralidade das ordens jurídicas: uma nova perspectiva na relação entre o Direito Internacional e o Direito Constitucional

O presente artigo visa analisar o novo fenômeno da pluralidade das ordens jurídicas, enfocando os aspectos de convergência e divergência entre o Direito Internacional e o Direito Nacional. Por fim, o artigo defende a possibilidade de harmonia entre as ordens jurídicas plurais, com base uma nova perspectiva na relação entre o Direito Internacional e o Direito Interno.

Sensitivity of DF-ICP-MS, PERALS and alpha-spectrometry for the determination of actinides: A comparison

We applied three techniques (DF-ICP-MS, PERALS and alpha-spectrometry) for the determination of minor actinides at environmental levels. For each method the limit of detection and the resolution were estimated in order to study the content and isotopic composition of the actinides. Two international reference materials, IAEA-135 (Irish Sea Sediment) and IAEA-300 (Baltic Sea sediment) were analyzed for activity concentrations of 238Pu, 239Pu, 240Pu, 241Pu and 241Am. The sensitivities of the three determination techniques were compared.

Costumbrismo ético- social en tiempos de guerra civil: la poesía moralizante en El Constitucional de San Juan

La utilización de la poesía costumbrista de contenido ético-social-poesía moralizante- durante el período de guerra civil entre unitarios y federales, tuvo en la región de Cuyo un representante en el periódico federal sanjuanino El Constitucional (1835). El otro tipo de poesía a la que apelaron los periódicos en aquellos años, fue la de carácter satírico-político. A partir de la minuciosa lectura y confrontación de fuentes periodísticas inéditas y del análisis bibliográfico necesario para la elaboración del marco teórico, se demuestra la intención de escribir literatura útil a la realidad político-social y de contribuir al desarrollo integral del hombre. Las composiciones literarias analizadas corresponden estrictamente al costumbrismo de contenido ético-social, motivada por la preocupación social y moral, la lucha contra los vicios, corrupciones y falacias del ser humano.

La reforma constitucional en la provincia de Mendoza

La siguiente tesina tiene como objetivo describir los procesos de reforma constitucional en la Provincia de Mendoza desde la vuelta de la democracia en 1983. En tal medida se intenta construir y articular categorías para tal objetivo desde de la teoría política. Las preguntas que surgieron al plantearse la temática fueron: ¿Cómo se reforma una constitución? ¿Cuáles son las condiciones para que exista una reforma de la constitución? ¿Quién reforma una constitución? En el caso planteado, la singularidad de la actualidad provincial del tema merece su problematización en un sentido negativo, teniendo en cuenta que desde la vuelta a la democracia existieron varios proyectos para realizar tales reformas que no pudieron ser concretados. Estas preguntas derivan al problema de investigación: ¿Cuáles son los mecanismos, formales y no formales, que restringen la posibilidad de reforma de la Constitución de la Provincia de Mendoza a 32 años de la vuelta de la democracia en la provincia?
