Via Láctea: História (parnasiana) de uma paixão

Poesias (1888), Olavo Bilac’s first book, contains Via Láctea, a collection of sonnets of love that, in frank rupture with the romantic sentimentalism, is characterized by neoclassical moderation and contention. Universalizing treatment of the themes results in concealment of the particular circumstances in which the poems were composed. It is intended in these few pages to evidence the links between these texts and known episodes of the courtship of the poet and Amélia de Oliveira, the sister of Alberto de Oliveira, with the goal of providing an understanding of Via Láctea as a “love diary” in which the painful stations of a frustrated passion were registered.

Ópera e literatura em cena: uma análise da obra juvenil aída, adaptada por han mi-ho e ilustrada por Lucia Sforza

This text’s objective is to present an analysis of Aída, adapted by Han Mi-Ho (2012) and illustrated by Lucia Sforza, from the classic eponymous opera by Giuseppe Verdi. This book is part of the collection Classical music on the scene, published by FTD, which aims to introduce stories of important librettos regarded as classics in the music field to young audiences. More specifically, we intend to verify in this text, with Bakhtinian principles, how the dialogue between Verdi’s work and HanMi-Ho’s is actualized. To achieve these objectives, we will present a reflection of what provides the pleasure in reading. In this text we built the hypothesis that Han-Mi-Ho’s strategy to rescue a classic opera and adapt it in the form of an illustrated narrative for the young reader provides the contact with an attractive and playful text that leads to critical reflection and expands his knowledge through the rescue of the cultural memory. The appropriation of a classic cultural production adapted to the narrative language and targeted to a young audience can act as an appraisal factor in the identity of the reader. Through it, he is able to raise his self-esteem, because he perceives that he is considered as a production receiver, while at the same time he is recognized as the heir of a traditional cultural heritage.

Spills can ocurr during oil productive chain and contaminate various environments due to the toxicity of monoaromatics hidrocarbons. Toluene stands out for being agressive to the nervous sistem and teratogenic, with high mobility and solubility in water, which facilitates environmental impact. Studies show that fungi are potential aromatic compounds assimilators, encouraging new researches about its use on the recovery of contaminated sites. This study aimed to select and characterize fungus with potential for biorremediation of toluene. 50 fungi were selected of the Collection of Microorganisms of Interest for Oil Gas and Biofuels, of UNESP Rio Claro, all of which were isolated from sites contaminated with monoaromatic hydrocarbons. Two trials were realized to select the microorganism with greater potential. The first test evaluated fungal growth under toluene saturated atmosphere. 24 fungi were chosen because its greater biomass production to participate in the next trial, the degradation in plates test, where the blue redox agente, DCPIP, indicates the degradation reaction, turning colorless. From this teste was possible to select one isolate which showed higher growth and stronger medium discoloration as the microorganism with the greatest potential to assimilate toluene. The Trichoderma cf. koningii had its potential evaluated through gas cromatography. The experiment proved the efficiency of the methodology, with positives results from the method validation and the effectiveness demonstrated of the LA-PHA-PACK bottles to prevent the volatilization of toluene during the 21 days of experiment. Being reliable its use for monitoring toluene decay associating it with degradation. This results are important because there aren't many methodologies and vials efficient to the purpose of this work. It is common to feel shame in any age. This research reveals the meaning of the shame to children from a municipal school of Valinhos city (São Paulo – Brasil). The point of view of some authors who treat the subject was considered and the shame was analyzed in the student‟s experience of life The method employed was the Qualitative Reserach of the Situated Phenomenon, throug the analyses taken from each pupil and, subsequently, from the general characteristics of the speechs. The shame is every associated to the failure, to the act of err by incompetence or desobedience. Just like the authors studied show, the shame has the feeling and the thinking toghether in the children: the racional and the emotional. The shame could be considered like a circuit: the failure lead to insecurity, fear and shame. Shame is a component of the learning and sometimes can be a limit to it. Children reveals how and when they fell shame. Some authors advise that the selfconfidence and the belief in being able to do the proposed task reduces the chances of the error and, consequently, to the shame.
