研究了科尔沁沙地草甸草地在放牧、割草两种利用方式下的土壤种子库的大小、组成及其与地上植被的关系 .结果表明 ,在自由放牧下 ,土壤种子库密度为 6 15 8± 16 4 7粒·m-2 ,在割草利用下 ,土壤种子库密度为 8312± 2 5 4 0粒·m-2 .放牧干扰下 ,种子库组成以矮小、短命的一年生植物为主 ,其中一二年生植物占 81 6 6 % ,占比例最大的前 4种植物分别为虎尾草 (38 5 5 % )、灰绿藜 (15 4 2 % )、毛马唐 (14 95 % )和狗尾草 (9 83% ) ,多年生植物种子密度仅为 112 9± 30 2粒·m-2 ;割草干扰下 ,一二年生植物占6 8 0 8% ,其中狗尾草占 5 2 7% ;而割草地多年生植物种子密度为 2 6 5 3± 811粒·m-2 放牧地土壤种子库密度与地上植物相关不显著 ;割草地土壤种子库密度与地上植物多度显著相关 (r=0 76 ,P <0 0 1) .放牧地种子库的Shannon Wiener指数、丰富度指数分别为 2 96和 2 98,明显小于割草地的 3 10和 5 0 9,表明自由放牧更易使物种多样性下降 .

采用室内培养方法,研究秸秆不同还田方式土壤中加入无机氮肥和玉米秸秆对无机氮转化的影响。在田间秸秆不同还田处理的土壤中加入氮肥(硫酸铵)培养,初期土壤NH_4~+-N的含量较高,随着培养时间延长,NH_4~+-N的含量下降,培养15天后NH_4~+-N的含量趋于平衡;而土壤中NO_3~--N含量在培养期间逐渐增加,培养30天后NO_3~--N含量趋于平衡;秸秆不同还田处理土壤中添加秸秆培养,粉碎还田处理的土壤中NH_4~+-N的含量在整个培养过程中处于最低,培养后期覆盖还田和高茬还田的土壤NH_4~+-N的含量略有下降。

High-efficiency white electrolurninescence from a single polymer is achieved by enhancing the electroluminescence efficiency and effecting a red-shift in the emission spectrum of the blue emissive species. A single-layer device of the resultant polymer exhibits a higher luminous efficiency than the nonmodified species (12.8 cd A(-1), see figure) and an external quantum efficiency of 5.4 % with CIE coordinates of (0.31,0.36), exemplifying the success of the reported methodology.

The toughness of high-density polyethylene (HDPE)/glass-bead blends containing various glass-bead contents as a function of temperature was studied. The toughness of the blends was determined from the notch Izod impact test. A sharp brittle-ductile transition was observed in impact strength-interparticle distance (ID) curves at various temperatures. The brittle-ductile transition of HDPE/glass-bead blends occurred either with reduced ID or with increased temperature. The results indicated that the brittle-ductile-transition temperature dropped markedly with increasing glass-bead content. Moreover, the correlation between the critical interparticle distance (ID.) and temperature was obtained. Similar to the ID, of polymer blends with elastomers, the ID, nonlinearly increased with increasing temperature. However, this was the first observation of the variation of the ID, with temperature for polymer blends with rigid particles. (C) 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Polym. Sci Part B: Polym. In this paper the electrochemical properties of isopolymolybdic anion thin film modified carbon fibre (CF) microelectrode prepared by simple dip coating have been described. The modified electrode shows three couples of surface redox waves between + 0.70 and - 0.1 V vs. sce in 2 M H2SO4 solution with good stability and reversibility. The pH of solution has a marked effect on the electrochemical behaviour and stability of the film, the stronger the acidity of electrolyte solution is, the better the stability and reversibility of isopolymolybdic anion film CF microelectrode will be. The scanning potential range strongly influences on the electrochemical behaviour of the film. The isopolymolybdic anion film prepared by the dip coating resulting a monolayer with estimated surface concentration (F) 2.8 x 10(-11) mol cm-2. From the half-peak widths and peak areas of the surface redox waves of the film electrode, the first three surface waves are corresponding to two-electron processes. The electron energy spectra show the products by six electrons reduction are a mixture of Mo(VI) and Mo(V) species. The electrochemical reaction of the isopolymolybdic anion monolayer can be expressed as Mo8O264- + mH+ + 2ne half arrow right over half arrow left [HmMo8-2n(VI)Mo2n(V)O26](4,2n-m)-n = 1, 2, 3; m = 2, 5, 7.

Serine proteinase inhibitors (SPIs) play important roles in host physiological and immunological processes in all multicellular organisms. A novel Kazal-type SPI gene was cloned from the Zhikong scallop Chlamys farreri (designated as CfKZSPI) by expressed sequence tag (EST) and rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) approaches. The full-length cDNA of CfKZSPI was of 1788 nucleotides with a canonical polyadenylation signal sequence AATAAA and a polyA tail, and an open reading frame (ORF) encoding a polypeptide of 509 amino acids with a putative signal peptide of 22 amino acids. The deduced amino acid sequence of CfKZSPI contained 12 tandem Kazal domains with high similarity to other Kazal-type SPIs. The temporal expression of CfKZSPI in hemocytes after Vibrio anguillorum challenge was recorded by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. The relative mRNA expression level of CfKZSPI was up-regulated and reached 43.6-fold at 3 h post-challenge. After a decrease at 6 h, the expression Level increased again and reached 207.8-fold at 12 h post-challenge. The 12th Kazal domain of CfKZSPI was recombined into pET-32a(+) and expressed in Escherichia coli Rosetta-gami (DE3) to investigate its inhibitory activity. The purified recombinant protein (rCf KZSPI-1 2) showed significant inhibitory activity against trypsin but no activity against thrombin. When the molar ratio of inhibitor to trypsin reached 1:1, almost 90% of the enzyme activity could be inhibited, which suggested that one molecule of rCfKZSPI-12 was able to inhibit one molecule of trypsin. Kinetics analysis with Dixon plot showed that the inhibition constant (K-i) of rCfKZSPI-12 to trypsin was 173 nmol L-1. These results indicated that CfKZSPI was a novel Kazal-type SPI with significant inhibitory activity against trypsin, and was suspected to be involved in scallop immune response. 鲳属鱼类是鲈形目中具有很高经济价值的名贵鱼类,广泛分布于我国沿海。我国是鲳鱼产量最高的国家之一,仅1995年产量就达20.9万吨(中国渔业统计年鉴,1995),约占世界鲳鱼达的60%以上.近二、三十年来,由于受传统业资源的过度开发、近海资源不足以及海洋环境污染因素影响,我国四大渔业中的大、小黄鱼及带鱼资源相继衰竭,使年产约20万吨的鲳属鱼类在我国海洋渔业中占据越来越理要的地位,引起了国内外鱼类学家的广泛注意。然而,鲳属鱼类的分布和命名问题,长期以来,国内外专家学者众说纷绘纭、菲衷一是。本文总结的近二百年来有问中国鲳属鱼类分类研究的国内外文献资料,根据中国科学院海洋研究所历年(1951-1998)采集并收藏的以及新补充采集的鲳鱼标本,对我国沿海鲳属鱼类的外部形态(包括体形、体色、鳍、鳞片)、消化器官(包括牙齿、食道侧囊、胃、幽门盲囊、肠、肝)、呼吸器官、感觉器官、骨骼系统(包括脑颅、咽颅、脊椎骨、附肢骨骼)等生化特征作了系统地比较研究,并用支序分类学原理和方法分析了中国鲳属种间的系统发育关第,得到如下结果:1. 中国沿海鲳属鱼分共有5种:银鲳Pampus argenteus (Euphrasen,1788)、翎鲳P. punctatissimus (Temminck et Schlegel, 1845)、灰鲳 P.cinereus (Bloch, 1793) 、中国鲳P. chinensis (Euphrasen, 1788)和珍鲳P. minor Liu et Li, 1998, sp. nov,. 其中银鲳、灰鲳和中国鲳曾多次出现在我国近海地区性鱼类志和地方鱼类志中,本文对它们进物了准确的鉴定和描述,对翎属P. punctatissimus 进行了重新描述,在我国为新记录;论证了珍鲳P. minor为区别于鲳属其它独立有效的一新种。2. 形态学化较研究表明,5种鲳属鱼类在体形、体色、鳍棘、鳍条、牙齿、幽门盲囊、鳃耙、头后部侧线管、 头骨、脊椎骨、耳石等特征方面存在明显的种间差异,可作为鲳属鱼类分类的有效鉴别特征。3.中国沿海的中国鲳P. chinensis (Euphrasen,1788)与印渡洋的瑷鲳 P. ctous (Cuvier et Valenciennes, 1833)形态差异很小,认为P. atous (Cuivier et Valenciennes, 1833) 与P.chinensis (Euphrasen, 1788)可能为同一种,P. atous 应为P. chinesnsis 的同物异名。4.鲳属鱼类的肌浆蛋白酶(Pm)、酯酶(EST)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)具有明显的种的特异性,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)则无种间差异。青岛、上海、厦门和珠海4个取样地点的银鲳的Pm和EST酶谱完全相同,同样,上述4个取地点的瓴鲳Pmt EST 酶谱也完全相同,从生化学的角度证明我国各海区的银鲳的翎鲳各为同一个种。5.银鲳和翎鲳为广盐广域种,我国黄渤海、东海、台湾海峡和地海均有分布,而且种群数量最大;灰鲳和中国鲳分布于我国东海南部、台湾海峡中部以南和南海,为亚暖水种,种数量次之:珍鲳仅分布于台湾海峡南部的大陆沿岸及南海,为暖水种,其种群数量较小,在当在形成一定的渔汛。6.系统发育关系分析表明,中国鲳属鱼类构成一个单群,此属的共同离征有:1)成鱼无腹鳍;2)背鳍鳍条多于31枚;3)臀鳍鳍条多于30 枚;4)背鳍和臀鳍前部鳍条延长;5)下颌牙齿为三峰型; 6)食道侧囊1个;7)食道侧囊内乳突有放射状脚根;8)脊椎骨数目少、眼眶窝大、后颞窝骨显、耳石厚等近祖特征,但它们仍然具有鳃耙数目多、下颌牙禽少等近祖特征,也是较早期分化种;中国鲳具有个体大、背鳍和臀鲳不具鳍棘、背鳍和臀鳍鳍条数目较多、鳃耙数少且短、翼蝶骨较发达等特征,是毗较特化种; 翎鲳和灰鲳具有鳍第鳍棘和脊椎骨数目较多、鳃耙数较少等区同祖征和具有显著延长的背鳍和臀鳍前部鳍条等共同离征,是一对姐妹种。

Four new bromophenols C-N coupled with methyl gamma-ureidobutyrate (1-4), a phenylethanol bromophenol (5), and three phenylethanol sulfate bromophenols (6-8) have been isolated from polar fractions of an ethanolic extract of the red alga Rhodomela confervoides. On the basis of spectroscopic evidence including HRMS and 2D NMR data, the structures of the new compounds were determined as methyl N'-(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-gamma-ureidobutyrate (1), methyl N,N'-bis(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-gamma-ureidobutyrate (2), methyl N'-[3-bromo-2-(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl]-gamma-ureidobutyrate (3), methyl N'-(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-A7-[3-bromo2-(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl]-gamma-ureidobutyrate (4), 2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenylethanol (5), 2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenylethanol Sulfate (6), 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenylethanol sulfate (7), and 3-bromo2-(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-4,5-dihydroxyphenylethanol sulfate (8). The cytotoxicity of all compounds was evaluated against several human cancer cell lines including human colon cancer (HCT-8), hepatoma (Bel7402), stomach cancer (BGC-823), lung adenocarcinoma (A549), and human ovarian cancer (A2780). Among them, the phenylethanol and the phenylethanol sulfate bromophenols (5-8) showed moderate cytotoxicity against all tested cell lines.

现有的机器人自适应控制基本上都是在建立机器人线性化的动力学模型的基础上,采用某种显式或隐式参数辨识的方法,在线地修正控制作用.本文针对机器人运动和动力学参数变化的固有特点,提出一种完全不同的自学习自适应方法.这种方法基于智能机器人分级系统中的两级结构,并且在空间域里而不是在时间域里处理机器人参数的变化.把机器人的作业空间划分成子空间,其中包括重力载荷的作用,每个子空间对应一组控制器.规划的轨迹映射到作业空间形成子空间序列.用自学习方法选择与这个序列对应的最佳控制器序列.该方法算法简单,计算量小.避开了通常的自适应方法遇到的一系列困难问题.

The Study on rheology of the lithosphere and the environments of the seismogenic layer is currently the basic project of the international earthquake research. Yunnan is the ideal place for studying this project. Through the multi-disciplinary comprehensive study of petrology, geophysics, seismo-geology, rock mechanics, etc., the depth-strength profiles of the lithosphere have been firstly constructed, and the seismogenic layer and its geophysical and tectonic environments in Yunnan have been systematically expounded in this paper. The related results achieved are of the important significances for further understanding the mechanism of strong earthquake generation, dividing the potential foci and exposing recent geodynamical processes in Yunnan. Through the comprehensive contrast of the metamorphic rocks in early and middle Proterozoic outcropping on the surface, DSS data and experimental data of rock seismic velocity under high temperature and high pressure, the petrological structure of the crust and upper mantle has been studied on Yunnan: the upper, middle and lower crust is composed of the metamorphic rocks of greenschist, amphibolite and granulite facies, respectively or granitoids, diorites and gabbros, respectively, and the upper mantle composed of the peridotites. Through the contrast studies of the heat flow and epicenters of the strong earthquakes, the distribution of the geotemperature and the data of focal depth, the relationship of between seismicity and geothermal structure of the lithosphere in Yunnan has been studied: the strong earthquakes with magnitude M ≥ 6.0 mainly take place at the geothermal gradient zone, and the seismic foci densely distribute between 200~500 ℃ isogeotherms. On the basis of studies of the rock properties and constituents of the crust and upper mantle and geothermal structure of the lithosphere, the structure of the rheological stratification of the lithosphere has been studied, and the corresponding depth-strength profiles have been constructed in Yunnan. The lithosphere in majority region of Yunnan has the structure of the rheological stratification, i.e. the brittle regime in the upper crust or upper part of the upper crust, ductile regime in the middle crust or lower part of the upper crust to middle crust, ductile regime in the lower crust and ductile regime in the subcrustal lithosphere. The rheological stratification has the quite marked lateral variations in the various tectonic units. The distributions of the seismogenic layer have been determined by using the high accurate data of focal depth. Through the contrast of the petrological structure, the structure of seismic velocity, electric structure, geotemperature structure, and rheological structure and the study of the focal mechanism in the seismogenic layer, the geophysical environments of the seismogenic layer in Yunnan have been studied. The seismogenic layer in Yunnan is located at the depths of 3 ~ 20 km; the rocks in the seismogenic layer are composed of the metamorphic rocks of greenschist to amphibolite facies (or granites to diorites); the seismogenic layer and its internal focal regions of strong earthquakes have the structure of medium properties with the relatively high seismic velocity, high density and high resistivity; there exists the intracrustal low seismic velocity and high conductivity layer bellow the seismogenic layer, the geotemperature is generally 100~500 ℃ in the depth range in which the seismogenic layer is located. The horizontal stress field predominates in the seismogenic layer, the seismogenic layer corresponds to the brittle regime of the upper crust or brittle regime of the upper crust to semibrittle regime of the middle crust. The formation of the seismogenic layer, preparedness and occurrence of the strong earthquakes is the result of the comprehensive actions of the source fault, rock constituent, structure of the medium properties, distribution of the geotemperature, rheological structure of the seismogenic layer and its external environments. Through the study of the structure, active nature, slip rate, segmentation of the active faults, and seismogenic faults, the tectonic environments of the seismogenic layer in Yunnan have been studied. The source faults of the seismogenic layer in Yunnan are mainly A-type ones and embody mainly the strike slip faults with high dip angle. the source faults are the right-lateral strike slip ones with NW-NNW trend and left-lateral strike slip ones with NE-NEE trend in Southwestern Yunnan, the right-lateral strike slip ones with NNW trend and left-lateral strike slip ones with NNE trend (partially normal ones) in Northwestern Yunnan, the right-lateral strike slip ones with NWW trend in Central Yunnan and left-lateral strike slip ones with NW-NNW trend in Eastern Yunnan. Taking Lijiang earthquake with Ms = 7.0 for example. The generating environments of the strong earthquake and seismogenic mechanical mechanism have been studied: the source region of the strong earthquake has the media structure with the relatively high seismic velocity and high resistivity, there exists the intracrustal low velocity and high conductivity layer bellow it and the strong earthquakes occur near the transitional zone of the crustal brittle to ductile deformation. These characteristics are the generality of the generating environments of strong earthquakes. However, the specific seismogenic tectonic environments and action of the stress field of the seismic source in the various regions, correspondingly constrains the dislocation and rupture mechanical mechanism of source fault of strong earthquake.
