采用染色体分带技术(G-、C-带和银染色), 对中华姬鼠(Apodemus draco)、大林姬鼠(A. peninsulae)和大耳姬鼠(A.latronum)的核型进行了观察分析。通过核型的比较分析, 对3种姬鼠的分类地位进行了讨论。

报道了采自云南省景东县的牛蛭属Poecilobdella Blanchard,18931新种。由于新种总体环数为99环,生殖孔分别在30(Ⅺ)与38(ⅩⅢ)环内,两孔相隔7环;肛门在99环与尾吸盘交界线上;附睾呈卵圆形,精管膨腔呈梨形并且为前者的1/3大小;阴道盲囊呈圆球形,阴道管粗短且无阴道柄。因此与本属中所有的已知种均不相同。

以采自贵州境内清水江、都柳江的318尾瓣结鱼(Tor(Foliter)brevifilis brevifilis)为研究对象,从食物组成、摄食强度和摄食形态学等方面研究了瓣结鱼食性的特点。结果表明:瓣结鱼的食物由双翅目昆虫幼虫等17类饵料生物组成,并以双翅目昆虫幼虫的出现率最高。瓣结鱼的充塞度按春、夏、秋、冬季逐渐增高,季节性变化明显。充塞指数随体长生长显著减少,而摄食率则随体长生长逐渐增加。充塞指数和摄食率均以V期性腺个体为最低。瓣结鱼为底层杂食性鱼类。

为了系统研究清水江的鱼类区系和生态类型,在2002—2004年对清水江进行了鱼类标本的采集和生态学调查。共采集鱼类标本2500余号,经鉴定为71种(亚种)。其中中华花鳅、拟尖头鲌、长身鳜和长吻鮠等52种(亚种)鱼类为清水江鱼类新记录,而红尾副鳅、长薄鳅、海南拟、福建纹胸鮡和长须黄颡鱼则首次被发现分布于沅江水系。结合文献记录与调查表明:清水江共有鱼类4目13科57属86种(亚种),其中仅胡子鲇为外来种;清水江鱼类区系具有土著鱼类占优势、特有种类和易(濒)危种类较多、区系组成较复杂和与珠江水系之间存在着鱼类

A heated rotating cavity with an axial throughflow of cooling air is used as a model for the flow in the cylindrical cavities between adjacent discs of a high-pressure gas-turbine compressor. In an engine the flow is expected to be turbulent, the limitations of this laminar study are fully realised but it is considered an essential step to understand the fundamental nature of the flow. The three-dimensional, time-dependent governing equations are solved using a code based on the finite volume technique and a multigrid algorithm. The computed flow structure shows that flow enters the cavity in one or more radial arms and then forms regions of cyclonic and anticyclonic circulation. This basic flow structure is consistent with existing experimental evidence obtained from flow visualization. The flow structure also undergoes cyclic changes with time. For example, a single radial arm, and pair of recirculation regions can commute to two radial arms and two pairs of recirculation regions and then revert back to one. The flow structure inside the cavity is found to be heavily influenced by the radial distribution of surface temperature imposed on the discs. As the radial location of the maximum disc temperature moves radially outward, this appears to increase the number of radial arms and pairs of recirculation regions (from one to three for the distributions considered here). If the peripheral shroud is also heated there appear to be many radial arms which exchange fluid with a strong cyclonic flow adjacent to the shroud. One surface temperature distribution is studied in detail and profiles of the relative tangential and radial velocities are presented. The disc heat transfer is also found to be influenced by the disc surface temperature distribution. It is also found that the computed Nusselt numbers are in reasonable accord over most of the disc surface with a correlation found from previous experimental measurements. © 1994, MCB UP Limited.

Capability loss simulators give designers a brief experience of some of the functional effects of capability loss. They are an effective method of helping people to understand the impact of capability loss on product use. However, it is also important that designers know what levels of loss are being simulated and how they relate to the user population. The study in this paper tested the Cambridge Simulation Glasses with 25 participants to determine the effect of different numbers of glasses on a person's visual acuity. This data is also related to the glasses' use in usability assessment. A procedure is described for determining the number of simulator glasses with which the visual detail on a product is just visible. This paper then explains how to calculate the proportion of the UK population who would be unable to distinguish that detail.

饶钦止和沈国华等人于1950,1952,1953,1955和1990年自湖北、江苏、广西和黑龙江等地采得标本,经鉴定表明,它们为中国绿球藻目(Chlorococcales),分隶于6属的8个新种和4个新变种。模式标本保存于中国科学院水生生物研究所藻类标本室(HBI)。

选择湖南省常德市江北城区水体为代表开展本项研究。结果表明,水体中污染指示菌,总大肠菌群(TC)和粪大肠菌群(FC)密度同BOD_5负荷以及综合污染指数P呈高度正相关。所以,污染指示菌指标,特别是粪大肠菌群指标足综合评价城市污水,尤其是生活污水污染的一个必不可少的重要参数。对该城区水体细菌污染的评价结果是,生活污水排放愈集中的地区,细菌污染愈严重。其中护城河水的TC密度超出我国地面水Ⅲ级标准4个数量级;FC密度超过WHO娱乐用水标准3个数量级。护城河是细菌污染最严重水体。包括滨湖公园内湖在内的接纳生活污水多

作者根据Koste(1978)提出的轮虫分类系统对武汉东湖4个站1991年的轮虫种类进行了分类;同时,对我国以往的轮虫分类中存在的若干问题进行了讨论。 1991年作者共观察到轮虫69种,隶属于19个科,29个属。新记录12种。其中,采自水样的轮虫种类有59种,沉积物中休眠卵萌发的种类41种,两者相同种类31种,休眠卵萌发特有种类10种,其中的盘状鞍甲轮虫(Lepadella patella)、侧刺伏嘉轮虫(Wolga spinifera)、侧扁棘管轮虫(Mytilina cortlpressa)等在60年

对东湖磷细菌种群结构研究结果表明,至少有芽孢杆菌属、微球菌属、不动细菌属、气单胞菌属、产碱杆菌属、贝内克氏菌属、无色杆菌属、短杆菌属、肠杆菌属、黄杆菌属、微杆菌属、假单胞菌属、沙雷氏菌属、黄单胞菌属和发酵单胞菌属15个属的不同菌株以其对有机磷、无机磷化合物的分解能力推动着湖泊中磷的循环。其中以芽孢杆菌属和微球菌属居于明显的优势。磷细菌在湖泊中的分布随水质的污染程度和磷化合物含量的不同而表现有明显的差别:在数量上,湖泥高于湖水,污染较重的Ⅰ站高于水质较好的Ⅱ站,在调查期间,有机磷细菌数在多数情况下亦高于无机

Practical testing of the feasibility of cyanobacterial inoculation to speed up the recovery of biological soil crusts in the field was conducted in this experiment. Results showed that cyanobacterial and algal cover climbed up to 48.5% and a total of 14 cyanobacterial and algal species were identified at the termination of inoculation experiment; biological crusts' thickness, compressive and chlorophyll a content increased with inoculation time among 3 years; moss species appeared in the second year; cyanobacterial inoculation increased organic carbon and total nitrogen of the soil; total salt, calcium carbonate and electrical conductivity in the soil also increased after inoculation. Diverse vascular plant communities composed of 10 and 9 species are established by cyanobacterial inoculation on the windward and leeward surface of the dunes, respectively, after 3 years. The Simpson index for the above two communities are 0.842 and 0.852, while the Shannon-Weiner index are 2.097 and 2.053, respectively. In conclusion, we suggest that cyanobacterial inoculation would be a suitable and effective technique to recover biological soil crusts, and may further restore the ecological system.
