用0.01、5.00mg/L微囊藻毒素-RR(MC-RR)处理反硝化细菌,研究了MC-RR对反硝化细菌的生长、培养液中NO3--N和NO2--N含量以及细胞内硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明,高浓度MC-RR能显著抑制反硝化细菌的生长,延缓其细胞增殖,抑制培养液中硝酸盐含量的降低和亚硝酸盐含量的升高以及细胞内硝酸还原酶的活性,因而可能抑制或减缓生态系统中氮循环的进程。这表明,微囊藻毒素在一定程度上可能调节水体细菌群落。

Progress in reducing actuator delays in pneumatic brake systems is opening the door for advanced anti-lock braking algorithms to be used on heavy goods vehicles. However, little has been published on slip controllers for air-braked heavy vehicles, or the effects of slow pneumatic actuation on their design and performance. This paper introduces a sliding mode slip controller for air-braked heavy vehicles. The effects of pneumatic actuator delays and flow rates on stopping performance and air (energy) consumption are presented through vehicle simulations. Finally, the simulations are validated with experiments using a hardware-in-the-loop rig. It is shown that for each wheel, pneumatic valves with delays smaller than 3ms and orifice diameters around 8mm provide the best performance. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

This paper discusses the sustainability of two different approaches to upgrade water and sanitation infrastructure in Kenya's largest informal settlement, Kibera. A background to the urbanisation of poverty is outlined along with approaches to urban slums. Two case studies of completed interventions of infrastructure upgrading have been investigated. In one case study, the upgrading method driven by a non-government organisation uses an integrated livelihoods and partnership technique at community level to create an individual project. In the other case study, the method is a collaboration between the government and a multi-lateral agency to deliver upgraded services as part of a country-wide programme. The 'bottom-up' (project) and 'top-down' (programme) approaches both seek sustainability and aim to achieve this in the same context using different techniques. This paper investigates the sustainability of each approach. The merits and challenges of the approaches are discussed with the projected future of Kibera. The paper highlights the valuable opportunity for the role of appropriate engineering infrastructure for sustainable urban development, as well as the alleviation of poverty in a developing context.

通过对五氯苯酚与腐殖酸作用的荧光猝灭效应研究,探讨了五氯苯酚与腐殖酸之间的相互作用机理.结果表明,五氯苯酚可以有规律地猝灭腐殖酸的内源荧光,其猝灭机理可认为是五氯苯酚和腐殖酸形成复合物的静态猝灭,五氯苯酚与腐殖酸的结合常数较大,说明腐殖酸能够有效吸附五氯苯酚分子,形成复合物;并获得了不同温度下,五氯苯酚与腐殖酸作用的结合常数和热力学参数.根据所得结果可推断五氯苯酚与腐殖酸的主要作用力为氢键和范德华力.

两性融合生殖的鱼卵受精后,精核能疏松、解凝,形成雄性原核:雌核发育银鲫卵子受精后,精核发育受到抑制,无法形成原核。采用显微注射去膜精核以及细胞学和电镜观察的方法,本文对两类鱼卵受精后精核早期发育的生化性质进行了初步探讨,并着重研究了雌核发育银鲫卵子控制精核发育的生化特征。实验结果显示,两性融合生殖鱼类卵质中,一定量的Ca2+的存在,二硫键的还原作用对于精核的发育显然是必要的;而在雌核发育银鲫卵中,Ca2+的功能和二硫键的还原作用与精核发育受到抑制之间并无直接联系。银鲫卵质中似乎显示出异常的磷酸酶脂解活性,

从1963年9月到1964年12月,作者在武汉东湖南部的湖汊定点采得48号藻类标本,其鼓藻类十分丰富,经鉴定共有20个属,164个种,75个变种和13个变型。其中有2个新种、7个新变种和2个新变型;12个种、25个变种和5个变型是中国的新记录;在四季中出现频率较高的优势种类有11个种和1个变种。在不同季节共6次所采得的鼓藻种类的统计结果得出,在夏季(6月、8月)的种类最多,秋季和冬季(9月、10月、12月)次之,春季(4月)最少。在东湖252个鼓藻类的分类单位中,热带、亚热带类群共有45个,其中的19个是

湖光微生物饲料添加剂系采用我所从武汉东湖水体分离培养和筛选的光合细菌菌株制备的。我们对其中包含的光合细菌菌株分类鉴定结果表明,它们分别隶属于红假单胞菌属(Rkodopseudomonas)和红螺菌属(Rhodospirllum),主要为沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudo-monaspalustrisvanNiel)和深红红螺菌(RhodospirillumrubrumMolisch)。并就有关分类问题作了讨论。

1981年1月,葛洲坝水利枢纽截流,中华鲟被大坝所阻而滞留在宜昌以下的江段。 1981年秋季在葛洲坝枢纽的坝下江段采集到中华鲟的Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ期卵巢和Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ期精巢,1982年秋季又采集到中华鲟产出的卵和早期鱼苗。研究结果表明,中华鲟在坝下江段不仅能发育成熟,而且能自然产卵。为了保护和增殖中华鲟,人工繁殖放流的方法是切实可行的。同时,必须严禁滥捕,以保护中华鲟资源。

A series of tests on filigree slab joints was performed with the aim of assessing whether such joints can be reliably used in the construction of two-way spanning reinforced concrete slabs. The test results were compared with code requirements. Adequate joint performance is shown to be achievable when the joints are appropriately detailed. Further research is recommended for the formulation of a more generic understanding when the design parameters are varied from those studied in this work.

The population genetic structure of fish parasitic nematode, Camallanus cotti, collected from the Yangtze River, Pearl River and Minjiang River in China was investigated. From these parasites, the similar to 730 bp of the first internal transcribed spacer of ribosomal DNA (ITS1 rDNA) and the 428 bp of mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene were sequenced. For the ITS1 rDNA data set, highly significant Fst values and low rates of migration were detected between the Pearl River group and both the Yangtze River (Fst = 0.70, P < 0.00001; Nm = 0.21) and Minjiang River (Fst = 0.73, P < 0.00001; Nm = 0.18) groups, while low Fst value (Fst = 0.018, P > 0.05) and high rate of migration (Nm = 28.42) were found between the Minjiang and the Yangtze rivers. When different host/locality populations (subpopulations) within each river were considered, subpopulations between the Yangtze River and Minjiang River had low Fst values (<= 0.12) and high Nm values (>3.72), while Pearl River subpopulations were significantly different from the Yangtze River and Minjiang River subpopulations (Fst >= 0.59; Nm < 1). The COI gene data set revealed a similar genetic structure. Both phylogenetic analyses and a statistical parsimony network grouped the Pearl River haplotypes into one phylogroup, while the Yangtze River and Minjiang River haplotypes formed a second group. These results suggested that the Yangtze River and Minjiang River subpopulations constituted a single reproductive pool that was distinct from the Pearl River subpopulations. Three questions have been prominent in the study of visual working memory limitations: (a) What is the nature of mnemonic precision (e.g., quantized or continuous)? (b) How many items are remembered? (c) To what extent do spatial binding errors account for working memory failures? Modeling studies have typically focused on comparing possible answers to a single one of these questions, even though the result of such a comparison might depend on the assumed answers to both others. Here, we consider every possible combination of previously proposed answers to the individual questions. Each model is then a point in a 3-factor model space containing a total of 32 models, of which only 6 have been tested previously. We compare all models on data from 10 delayed-estimation experiments from 6 laboratories (for a total of 164 subjects and 131,452 trials). Consistently across experiments, we find that (a) mnemonic precision is not quantized but continuous and not equal but variable across items and trials; (b) the number of remembered items is likely to be variable across trials, with a mean of 6.4 in the best model (median across subjects); (c) spatial binding errors occur but explain only a small fraction of responses (16.5% at set size 8 in the best model). We find strong evidence against all 6 documented models. Our results demonstrate the value of factorial model comparison in working memory.

Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) have become widely diffused in the environment via the manufacturing process. Numerous experiments have shown that the bioaccumulation of PAEs occurred in the aquatic and terrestrial food chain; meanwhile, it was found that some of PAEs were considered as potential carcinogens, teratogens and mutagens. In this research, two vertical/reverse-vertical flow constructed wetland systems were set up to study its removal efficiency of dibutyl, phthalate (DBP) pollution. The results showed that the constructed wetland system could remove DBP effectively, and the removal rates reached nearly 100%. Substrate microorganism and enzymatic activities probably played key roles during DBP removal, and the removal of DBP probably mainly took place in the upper layer of chamber A in the constructed wetland systems.
