This work aims to reflect on organizational communication and integrated communication, focusing on the performance of professional Public Relations and Marketing. As a case of study, we evaluated the communication in the BOM DIA journal, especially with regard to the implementation of the Project 50k, dedicated to reviving the journal, with shares of advertising, editorial and structural as well as marketing and sales. The goal is to evaluate the reality of a company, which represents an integrated communication, in which all professionals in various areas and departments within the organization are able to develop a more concise and to seek a common goal, working and developing its workforce which reflects his image and therefore in your external audience

Análise de mercado e projeto de hospedagem Hotel Fazenda

A expansão do mercado turístico nacional representa um importante papel no desenvolvimento socioeconômico do país. Mais especificamente, a hotelaria representa um vetor fundamental de expansão e consolidação deste setor, correspondido à demanda dos novos segmentos de mercado paralelamente à sua atuação na criação de novas modalidades de turismo, diversificando o portfólio de serviços. O objetivo do presente estudo foi o desenvolvimento de um projeto hoteleiro voltado ao lazer e eventos na zona rural do município de Bauru. Pretende-se que este projeto seja uma referência para o setor de hotelaria rural, por buscar associar elementos arquitetônicos, funcionais e conforto tanto aos funcionários quanto aos hóspedes. Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisas de campo e bibliográfica pertinente ao assunto que culminaram no desenvolvimento do projeto do hotel fazenda “Verdes Ares”

Capital social e projeto de vida: análise a partir dos alunos de duas escolas de Rio Claro

Esta pesquisa se propôs a estudar o projeto de vida construído por alunos de duas escolas da cidade de Rio Claro-SP, considerando o Capital Social que estes alunos possuem a partir de suas realidades socioeconômicas e a importância que dão à escola quando pensam no futuro. Devido a rapidez exigida pela sociedade atual no que diz respeito as mudanças e aperfeiçoamento dos indivíduos pode-se notar um aumento na dificuldade dos jovens perante as escolhas necessárias para pensarem a vida futura, tanto no que se refere a área profissional, quanto as outras questões como sair de casa, formação da família etc. Assim é importante clarear qual a influência que o capital social destes jovens exerce sobre o projeto de vida que desejam construir. E também como este capital é capaz de fazer com que os alunos considerem a escola importante ou não para contribuir na construção do projeto de vida

Projeto de conjunto redutor de velocidade utilizando engrenagem sem-fim

This work is initially based in give a solution to a problem consisting of lifting a load in a warehouse focusing specifically on the solution´s project and comparison of the results obtained following the sequence of the book and comparing these results with the finite elements simulation based on the 3D components modeling. Starting from that was realized the project of the worm gear reducer to solve the problem and makes the work easier. The project consisted basically of the study, project itself and simulation by software of a worm gear reducer and projects steps, starting with the initial problem conditions (to lifting a load up to an specific height at a given time) following all the reducer project sequence, starting by the preliminary draft and electric motor selection using iterative process, material selection, worm gear dimensioning, axles, keyways, bearings and coupling. After that was performed the three dimensional modeling of the components using SolidWorks software and simulating these components using Ansys software. The results show the importance of the CAD in terms of improving project development speed and reducing costs with prototypes

The increasing demand for productivity and quality in companies has converged to a common point: reducing costs. In this context the present work aims at the development of a mechanical press which is designed for pressing polar hydrogenerators coils with salient pole in field facilitating the assembly of the poles in the plant, as well as reforms especially in hydrogenerators, reducing significantly the transport costs. With security in mind as well as reduced costs, a study was made of the materials to be used as it was applied a methodology for calculating the correct choice of safety factor to be used in the device. Through mechanical calculations were dimensioned critical items of the device as the diameter of the rods as well as the minimum thickness of the base of the device must have so that it does not break threaded shear in the region by applying the total load of traction on the risers implementation of the pressing. This work aims to show the importance of Baja SAE Project in engineering education, as well as the development of the student, being an outstanding tool for the engineering student has an education that meets the objectives of the pedagogical university and also the guidelines Ministry of Education curriculum for engineering courses. The Baja SAE Project provides the engineering students the chance to apply in practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom, to enhance their preparation for the labor market. The student becomes involved with a real case of project development, from concept design, detailed design and construction. The Baja SAE Project redefines the position of the student as an active element in the learning process engineering, leaving behind the simple condition of receiving information. Recuperação de áreas degradadas através de sistemas agroflorestais: a experiência do Projeto Agrofloresta, sustento da vida

PETROBRAS started in 2003 the implantation of agroforestry systems as an alternative to recuperate degraded areas at Oiteirinhos Farm, of its property, located in the biggest terrestrial field of oil of Brazil, between the cities of Carmópolis and Japaratuba, at Sergipe. The project, idealized by the geologist Ismael Quirino Trindade Neto and called Agrofloresta, sustento da vida, has the model of agroforestry systems developed by Ernst Götsch as technical and theoretical references, which joins agricultural cultures with forest species. In this direction, it was evidenced that the practices adopted in the SAFs allow to join recovery, conservation and production, as it follows the biodiversity and the dynamics of the natural processes as basic principles of the practices adopted. Including social inclusion and economic return, the project expands the environmental aspect, turning into an action focused in sustainable development.

Sobre as considerações de uma concepção de um projeto de um forno cerâmico

The current competitiveness of the market has generated the need to minimize the cost of production companies in any field of activity, aimed at reducing the cost of production, the cost of purchasing and manufacturing processes interruption of manufacturing processes for possible maintenance. In this sense, companies are seeking methods to improve and streamline their production line. In ceramics industries, cooking the pieces is the portion of the production process that influences the total costs. The oven construction and maintenance represent a large portion embedded in the cost of the final ceramic product. The proposal for a type of oven for baking the parts that takes into account a better burning process, knowledge of the causes of disease and cost analysis of purchasing both of the constituent materials and labor for its construction, can be significant importance to the composition of final product costs or time analysis of ROI. It is proposed a streamlined design of an oven that takes into account the positive characteristics of the furnaces already built and that the experience has endorsed, and also others that are added at the end, lead to a reduction in production cost, the cost income and the number of pathologies arising from wear of the furnace along the lifespan. Therefore, according to the experiences gained over the years in the construction of furnaces and experience of manufacturing of ceramic, it is proposed a project that has an oven improvement over those now being built and that include, among other topics, economy in fuel burning, streamlining the building process

Plano e projeto: um desenho para a cidade de Coronel Macedo/ SP

O presente trabalho de graduação final destina-se a elaboração de um Plano e Projeto de um novo desenho para a cidade de Coronel Macedo, localizada no interior de São Paulo. Através da análise da realidade do município, juntamente com leituras comunitárias já efetuadas, foram enumerados problemas e necessidades, dentre eles a falta de um instrumento gestor e a situação precária de suas vias de locomoção. Desse modo a intenção projetual desse trabalho será um desenho de ruas e calçadas, dando maior mobilidade e segurança. E um Plano viário que possa orientar o poder público e a iniciativa privada no interesse coletivo dos macedenses para a efetivação do projeto proposto, visando assegurar maior qualidade de vida para a população

Projeto de um transdutor binocular utilizando extensometria e aplicação na pesagem rodoviária

With the passage of time, the variety of companies from each branch has gradually grown throughout the country. As a consequence, the logistics to attend to such demand has grown in the same proportion. One factor to highlight about this rapid growth is the increase of freight vehicles roaming the roads, often carrying loads over the limit established by law. At first it may seem that this would not bring any problem, however, note that an excessive number of overloads ends up deteriorating the asphalt, causing ondulations, potholes and other imperfections on the roads, which can cause accidents. In addition, the money spent for the maintenance of the roads is high. Thinking about it, it was established by law a regulation that restricts the weight limit for these vehicles, through axle weighing, subject to a fine. With this control the road floor is preserved for longer, requiring less maintenance expenses. The weighing stations use load cells to display the inferred weight, these cells use strain gages in its construction. The following work presents a methodology to dimension a binocular load cell, its main elements and its dimensioning. Projeto de Escola Infantil Sustentável em Bauru

The inclusion of sustainability practices in the construction is a growing trend. This propensity to sustainability takes place from the 1980’s due to the concern about the scarcity of natural resources and damages caused by the men to the environment. Another upward sector in the architecture business is the environmental psychology. The understanding of the environment and it’s planning and adaptation to meet the real user’s needs are essential factors to build an widely used and comfortable environment. An environment can only be considered complete when it meets the real user’s needs. Sustainability related themes as well as environmental psychology are highlighted in the discussions about the projects as fundamental factors to the environment’s quality. This work seeks the development of an kindergarten school, conceptually grounded in researches and analysis of school environments, playful projects and sustainability in the built environment, aiming its use in the city of Bauru. Projeto de formação de orquestra: um estudo de caso

No Brasil é visível que existe uma falta de Orquestras considerando sua população. Com esse fato, o trabalho propõe uma análise de caso para que se possa entender a real situação do país em relação a Orquestras, quais as dificuldades de criação e que recursos existem para apoiar a criação e manutenção das mesmas. O projeto analisado é a “Orquestra Jovem”, de Araraquara, Interior de São Paulo. Embora Araraquara já tenha certa tradição em música, até pouco tempo não havia um grupo musical de qualidade que a representasse. Nos últimos anos houve a iniciativa por parte da Secretaria da Cultura em formar tal orquestra, porém com muita dificuldade principalmente em relação ao orçamento, além de ser limitada a participação de um órgão público em leis de incentivo. Empresa especialista em promoção de programas culturais contribuiu, tornando possível inserir o projeto numa lei de incentivo, na Lei Rouanet. As leis de incentivos, tais como a lei Rouanet, o Proac, entre outras, funcionam da seguinte maneira: Aprovado o projeto do proponente, o mesmo vai à busca da capitação de recursos, sendo possível captar das empresas patrocinadoras recursos através do Imposto de Renda, no caso da lei Rouanet, ou do ICMS, no caso do ProAC, ambos deduzidos na prestação de contas da empresa. Existem basicamente dois meios de criar e manter uma orquestra: por iniciativa pública, ou por iniciativa privada suportada por leis de incentivo as quais não só facilitam as questões orçamentárias, mas também apresentam problemas burocráticos, tanto para a aprovação do projeto como para captação de recursos. O presente trabalho se propõe a orientar os interessados na criação de Orquestras, com pleno uso de Leis de Incentivo e formas de captação de recursos da iniciativa privada, com a aplicação de metodologia observada no referido caso.

The objective of this study is to analyze the trajectory of the bill the Senate No. 330 of 2006 that led to Law no. 11,769 of 18 August 2008, amending Article 26 of the Law of Directives and Bases of Education (Act 9394 of 1996) to be held about the mandatory teaching of music in primary education, after more than 30 years of absence from the scene national public education, until to be sanctioned with partial veto, noting the historical importance of this artistic aspect as widely performed in various ways and for many different purposes. The return of the compulsory teaching of music reappears in the realms of teaching systematized public by bringing the possibility of thinking about music, see it beyond the medias execute that permeate society today.
