Comentario a la STS de 16 de mayo de 2012: Condiciones potestativas, incumplimiento contractual y cláusula resolutoria expresa

Resumen y objeto: Los socios de una Sociedad, en virtud del principio de autonomía de la voluntad, pueden definir a través de una cláusula expresa inserta en un contrato entre socios el tipo de incumplimiento que da lugar a la resolución de las compraventas de participaciones de esa sociedad. Dicha cláusula no puede considerarse como una condición puramente potestativa, dependiente de la exclusiva voluntad del deudor, puesto que está ligada al hecho del incumplimiento.

Values and their influence on the life satisfaction of adolescents aged 12 to 16: a study of some correlates

In this research we explore several aspects of quality of life in young people, working with factors such as self-esteem, locus of control, perceived social support, values, and so on. We examine the correlations among factors that influence the values and life satisfaction of adolescents aged 12-16. Furthermore, we analyze the data obtained from the children, on the one hand, and their parents, on the other, we explore the relationships between the factors and we consider the agreements and discrepancies between the responses of parents and their offspring

Adsorção do corante reativo laranja 16 de soluções aquosas por zeólita sintética

Coal fly ash, a waste generated in a coal-fired electric power plant, was used to synthesize zeolite by hydrothermal treatment with NaOH solution. This zeolite was used as adsorbent to investigate the adsorption kinetics and isotherm parameters of the reactive orange 16 (RO16) dye from aqueous solutions at different concentrations (1.3-15.4 mg L-1). Three kinetic models, the pseudo-first-order, second-order, and intraparticle diffusion were used to predict the adsorption rate constants. The kinetics of adsorption of the RO16 dye followed pseudo-second-order kinetics. The adsorption isotherm data were closely fitted to the Langmuir equation. Ion pair-dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction of trace amount of rhodium ion in water and road dust samples prior to flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination

A simple ion pair-dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method was proposed for preconcentration trace amounts of rhodium. An ion association complex of RhCl4- and tetradecyldimetylbenzylamonium was extracted into cholorobenzene. The volume and the type of extractive and dispersive solvents, the extraction time and the pH of the aqueous solutions were optimized. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.6-500 ng mL-1 of rhodium. The limit of detection was 0.10 ng mL-1 in initial solution and preconcentration factor was 40. The proposed method was successfully applied to the extraction and determination of rhodium in road dust and water samples.

Relações entre intensidade da doença, refletância da radiação solar e rendimento de grãos no patossistema ferrugem da folha de trigo Embrapa 16

Em experimentos com o cultivar de trigo Embrapa 16 conduzidos em Passo Fundo e Não-Me-Toque nas safras de 1999 e 2000 houve uma relação inversa entre a incidência foliar da ferrugem da folha do trigo, a severidade, o número de pústulas por centímetro quadrado e a área abaixo da curva de progresso da doença com o rendimento de grãos, e uma relação direta entre a refletância da radiação solar, na faixa de 810 nm, com o rendimento de grãos. A refletância da radiação solar na faixa permitiu estimar o rendimento de grãos do trigo, a severidade da doença e o número de pústulas cm-2. As equações da função de dano com maior R² obtidas pela análise de regressão permitem o cálculo do limiar de dano econômico (LDE) em diferentes estádios fenológicos da cultura. O LDE pode servir de critério indicador do momento para o controle da ferrugem da folha do trigo. Os danos causados pela doença atingiram um máximo de 43%, com uma média de 40 %.

Di-And Tri-Hydroxylated Kaurane Derivatives From Microbial Transformation Of Ent-Kaur-16-En-19-Ol By Cephalosporium Aphidicola And Their Allelopathic Activity On Lactuca Sativa (Lettuce)

The use of microorganisms to induce chemical modifications in organic molecules is a very useful tool in organic synthesis, to obtain biologically active substances. The fungus Cephalosporium aphidicola is known by its ability to hydroxylate several skeleton positions of many classes of organic compounds. In this work, the microbial transformation of ent-kaur-16-en-19-ol (1) by C. aphidicola, afforded two hydroxylated compounds, ent-kauran-16β,19-diol (2) and ent-kauran-16β,17,19-triol (3). Their structures were established by 1D and 2D-NMR studies. Both compounds were tested for their action on the growth of radical and shoot of Lactuca sativa.
