This paper demonstrates that in every society there are limits and these are imposed on its members. However, the awareness and the determination of theses limits are necessarily how they are transmitted by the educator to the learners. Its purpose is to show that autonomous, critical and cooperative individuals are result of the form they were educated and instructed in the classroom. Schools and educators should be concerned with the education of individuals able to reflect, discuss and solve the social and moral conflicts through dialogue, exposition of ideas, suggesting alternatives and the preparation and reworking of the principles and norms that govern society. The goal of this study is identify and highlight the importance of educator language in conflict resolution, its consequences and effects on the process of building the moral autonomy of children in preschool, as well as discussing, in theory the two types of language, evaluative and descriptive. In the same way, show the importance of descriptive language on the construction process from moral autonomy of learner. Several existing research about the chosen subject led to face this challenge, deepening the study to show that and educational system focused on cooperative environment, where teacher actions encourage social interaction, giving the student opportunity to talk, argue and present his thoughts, causes a significant development toward the construction of moral autonomy on the learner

A roda de conversa e sua importância na sala de aula

O presente trabalho estuda questões relativas à área da Educação Infantil, no que tange à sua metodologia, em específico, ao método da Roda de Conversa e sua importância na sala de aula. Objetiva-se com este estudo, levantar o aporte teórico dessa estratégia metodológica, considerada por diversos autores e especialistas da educação, como uma ferramenta importante para os educadores, porque contribui no relacionamento e na interação entre professor e aluno e entre alunos e seus colegas, pois com o método da Roda de Conversa, o aluno passa a ter voz, é estimulado a se comunicar, melhor contextualizando seu aprendizado. O processo de ensino aprendizagem centrado nos métodos tradicionais de ensino, em geral, não valorizam o diálogo, ou seja, o professor é o único detentor do “status” do saber. Diversos autores que tratam do assunto foram abordados nessa pesquisa bibliográfica, com o intuito de oferecer subsídios para reflexões sobre a metodologia em pauta, considerando que ela pode se constituir em um importante instrumento para que o professor levante os conhecimentos prévios dos alunos, permitindo a eles, a expressão de suas idéias, o desenvolvimento da imaginação e da curiosidade, superando a relação controladora que normalmente está presente nos processos educacionais tradicionais, além de fomentar conceitos de democracia, respeito, valores, regras, cidadania e facilitar a análise de aspectos importantes do desenvolvimento, como a fala, a postura e a dicção. This work analyzes the importance of public policies in the process of urban-environmental preservation of the Alvares Machado city at state of Sao Paulo in Brazil, where priority was given to questions related to cultural heritage. Adopting the concept of territory as base to understand the complexities in the city, this work clarifies and contextualizes the historical heritage legislation through the Master Plan and the City Statute. The work also focuses on the contribution of the geographer toward studies related to urban-environmental planning.

This paper was developed with students of the second year from high school, in a private school, identifying their motivation for the study of physics contents, when they are discussed in an not ordinary class, but critical. We incorporated the critical class as a didactic tool, able to stimulate and motivate the physics study and to help the teacher. Through questions, we evaluated how this class motivated the students, as well as how we investigate the type of class and teacher the students consider to be the most motivator for their learning

A microbiota láctea: Importância na cadeia laticinista x deterioração

The work below boards critically the issues involved in the study of the microbiota of milk. It starts with a contextualization of the current dairy chain, in the presence of Normative Instruction - 51. Following are developed the most relevant concepts and definitions about the subject: the emergence of psychrotrophic, mesophilic acidifying metabolism, the injuries of marginal cooling. Next, the main genres that comprise the milky microbiota are described, in front of the following question: from what point the metabolism of these bacteria is no longer beneficial and becomes a deteriorating activity to the product? The paper does not end with classical conclusions or definite answers, but with questions, pointing out lines of research that can improve the quality of Brazilian milk, making it a differentiated and competitive product at the international market

Dentro da perspectiva delineada por Jürgen Habermas, que delineia um conceito normativo de esfera pública e de sua importância na democracia, esta pesquisa se propõe a analisar como o jornalismo pode contribuir para a construção da opinião pública, que pressiona os poderes formais. Diante das mudanças nos modos de participação da sociedade civil no poder político, as informações e opiniões relacionadas aos movimentos sociais na imprensa são de extrema importância para a reflexão sobre a democracia. Com o objetivo de entender as contribuições do jornalismo sobre as questões levadas ao público pelos movimentos sociais, este trabalho propõe uma análise do jornal Le Monde Diplomatique Brasil. A partir do método de Análise de Conteúdo proposto por Laurence Bardin, que prioriza a análise qualitativa, a pesquisa busca compreender a constituição e as ideias presentes nos textos e sua relevância para os debates na esfera pública. Desse modo, busca-se apontar pontos positivos e negativos na cobertura jornalística do veículo, que possam contribuir tanto para a prática quanto para os estudos do jornalismo

This article has as objective to discuss some topics concerning the supposed crisis of the society of the work and its consequences for the debate in social sciences and also for the work category contextualization in the secondary school curriculum. As the work has represented an important explanation category for the classic social thought, the contemporary paradigm of deep metamorphoses in the world of the work and the advent of the new question (CASTELS, 1995; ROSANVALLON, 1995) backward the necessity to rethink the theoretical shades that base the interpretation of the social life on the current context, when the center position of the work is being questioned. Having taken some theoretical references from the sociology of the work, we search to delineate on a brief way the quarrel about the dimensions of the social and political phenomena these days and the importance of this debate on the contextualization of the secondary school curriculum contents.

Estudo da presença e importância atribuída aos animais nos artigos apresentados nos anais do Encontro Pesquisa em Educação Ambiental (EPEA)

Together with the increase of environmental degradation in the past few decades, the environmental education (EE) has emerged and grown all around the world. It is worrying the frequent assigning of stereotypes to the animals and the cases of disrespect to them. For these matters it was studied the presence and importance attributed to animals in the annals of six editions of an event of great significance in the field of Environmental Education, the meetings Pesquisa em Educação Ambiental (EPEAs). The animals were chosen for deserving more attention in the preservationist context, besides allowing the use of a great extent of activities in EE, regarding scholar and non-scholar organizations. The articles that presented descriptors related to animals in the title, keywords or abstract were analyzed in depth and characteristics such as segmentation of the studied population, locations where jobs tend to be performed, prevailing aspects and didactic material production, among others, were investigated and compared. It was also verified which current trends on Environmental Education currents are more frequently presented in the EPEAs articles, in order to map the Environmental Education in Brazil in the past few years, using as a basis an important theoretical framework in the area. Through the use of descriptors it was possible to define the articles that would be analyzed in depth, which is less than 6% of the total work published and represents that, until the sixth edition, the EPEAs have a minor amount of works concerning animal matters. In many of these articles animals were superficially worked, which demonstrates the necessity of approaches not only involving more the animals, but also addressing the complex environmental matter.
