The objective is to analyze the implementation process of the Polo Hemofarmo of Pernambuco in critical perspective, identifying important alternatives to collaborate for the deployment of this enterprise, from the insertion of technological innovations and Public Policy generate different dynamics of the productive chain of Pharmacology in their different scales. The dialectical method in the development of procedures for the construction of Pole Hemofarmo demonstrated significant in the analysis, however, is not present in the proposed methodology of this study a methodological constraint and, yes, a discussion and reflection on the method of analysis. For a better understanding of the installation of the pole of Goiana held a reading scenario of the pharmaceutical industry and the sectors that constitute complementary and supplementary practices at the Pole, enabling identification of the technological demands and the new arrangements and policies, in Goiana, as well as the state of Pernambuco

Gênese, desenvolvimento, crise e reformas nos serviços públicos de extensão rural durante a década de 1990

This article presents an historical overview of the processes of genesis, development, crisis and reforms in public agricultural extension throughout the 1990s, offering an overview of its main determinants, based on the literature on the subject. In this way, we analyzed the process of constitution of institutional apparatuses for the offering of extension services and linking policies technical modernization of agriculture worldwide during the postwar period, weaving considerations on the Brazilian case. The article also examines the aspects that determined the emergence of a crisis of public extension occurred during the 1980s, amid intensifying criticism of the Green Revolution model of agriculture. Finally, the article seeks to highlight the connections between the crisis and the reforms of privatization of public extension occurred in several countries during the 1990s guided the redesign of its institutional forms, forms of financing, its goals, its target audience, the working methodologies and technological matrix advocated

As iniciativas e experiências em agroecologia como estratégia de desenvolvimento local em um assentamento de reforma agrária

This paper searches to understand which disputes and conflicts are around the consolidation of agroecology as one of the alternatives and initiatives of local development in a land reform settlement. Thus, this paper, which consists of one of the results presented in the author´s dissertation, aims to identify the disputes and conflicts that occur among local initiatives related to agroecology. Santa Rosa settlement is located in one of the densest areas in relation to rural settlements in Rio Grande do Sul (RS) State. The research sources used to collect data and references to this paper were obtained in: researched bibliography in the writing of the author's dissertation; academic articles; and perceptions from the author's experiences in some land reform settlements. In this research it was considered that initiatives and actions in agroecology in the studied settlement can be strategic to make the social relations potential to the occurrence of experiences in local development different from those that occur alongside agribusiness.

Conservação do Bioma Pampa e a contribuição do Desenvolvimento Rural

This study has intended to arouse reflection to construct new ideas that can encouraging the debate on the development of public policies for rural development under the framework of etnoconservation contributes to the conservation of the Pampa. The study was based on an analysis of theoretical frameworks and literature searches. Presents the construction of the concept of rural development from the perspective of etnoconservation. It is inferred small family livestock as a social group qualified for effective conservation initiatives biome because of its regional historicity of miscegenation

Os Ciclos de Formação e Desenvolvimento Humano e a realidade da Educação Física na escola pública

Esta pesquisa objetivou compreender a realidade da organizaçao escolar estruturada em Ciclos de Formaçao e Desenvolvimento Humano, a partir do olhar dos professores de educaçao física que atuam na escola pública. Como objetivo específico procurou investigar as mudanças que ocorreram a partir da implantaçao do novo modelo e quais as consequências pedagógicas para o ensino da educaçao física na escola. A pesquisa fundamentou-se no método da pesquisa-açao e do trabalho coletivo, mediado por diálogos e reflexoes com os professores/as de Educaçao Física onde se procurou identificar as problemáticas, os conceitos, as concepçoes, as formas de avaliaçao educativa e os posicionamentos dos professores acerca do novo modelo escolar. Os resultados das análises possibilitaram identificar os elementos mais recorrentes relacionados aos problemas e estrangulamentos dos ciclos e as açoes propositivas acerca da qualidade da prática da educaçao física nos ciclos de escolarizaçao. De forma geral, pode se afirmar que os Ciclos de Desenvolvimento promovem avanços sobre o processo de escolarizaçao e que a educaçao física apresenta contribuiçoes significativas no processo de aprendizagem, principalmente em razao do trabalho coletivo. Foi possível constatar que o modelo seriado permanece enraizado nas práticas dos professores no cotidiano da escola, sustentado pela resistência à mudança, pela nao compreensao do modelo de ciclos e pela dificuldade de ir contra a lógica hegemônica do modelo da escola capitalista
