Proposição de uma prática experimental significativa em aulas de física

A remarkable characteristic of the physics subject is the abstraction ability needed during the learning process, which means a non-trivial comprehension and understanding. If the students could not link the themes learned in this subject with observable effects, physics would tend to be a group of mathematical formulas to be memorized. In general, it creates a distance between the student and the subject, and also a prejudice vision of the physics, sometimes for the whole life. Beyond this particular characteristics of physics, the education deals with a source of distraction reinforced by the popularization of mobile access such as cellphones and tablets. The traditional role played by the teacher becomes weak to attract student’s attention. It is necessary that the classes could be planned in such way to achieve three goals: attract student attention, link analytical concepts with real effects and, the most important, gives to the student the ability to use the learned concepts as the key to develop new knowledge. In this work, we present a research based in some experiments used in a CBEF (Brazilian magazine about physical education) and develop an activity consistent with the aims to be reached. To prepare of the experimental activity, we based on Piaget and Vygotsky theories. This work aimed to developed a theoretical research to obtain a didactical activity that deals with the current challenges of the society

Athletics in most of its history, turned to competition, giving it little pedagogical knowledge, prevailing knowledge grounded in records, indexes and competitions. Thus, although it is considered a classic content of Physical Education, this modality is still not widespread in schools. The present study aimed to investigate possible progress in the teaching and learning of athletics in the State Schools of Bauru from the implementation of the Curriculum of the State of São Paulo for Teaching Physical Education. We attempted to checking the perspective of teachers and students, the changes in teaching and learning as well as difficulties encountered from the deployment. To that end, we conducted survey of the theoretical and practical alternatives developed by Physical Education teachers, about athletics theme, since the implementation of the Curriculum of the State of São Paulo for the Teaching of Physical Education in 2008, in seven (7) state schools in Bauru-Sao Paulo, randomly chosen, prioritizing different regions of the county. There was the purpose of investigating, through questionnaires, interviews (applied to teachers and students), what progress has been achieved with regard to the approach of collegiate athletics in the teaching/learning process, if there are difficulties, what are these and how they could be addressed in order to improve teaching and learning in school athletics. The collected data were analyzed comparatively, before and after implementation of the Curriculum of the State of São Paulo for Physical Education, gathering and specifying negative and/or positive aspects raised by teachers and students. It was concluded that the students' knowledge of the sport has increased, but the practice of sport is still far from being normal to them, doing so is necessary to include content from the earliest school years. A indústria criativa de games no Brasil

The games are a worldwide fever, since 80's is becoming more popular and featured in the media, in the culture and economy. The sector fits in creative economy, a sector of economy that is growing gaining prominence for being a driver for economic, cultural and environmental development. The producing process, competition and logic of cultural games industry differ from traditional economy. The article seeks to show what is necessary to the game industry be able to establish and remain on the market, and what is the obstacles that this industry will face in Brazil, a potential creative economy country

Cultura empresarial e reestruturação produtiva na indústria brasileira: o caso da Lupo S/A

Founded in 1921, the company currently known as Lupo S/A is one of the most ancient textile and clothing industries in Brazil. In this article we aim to describe the general lines of the trajectory of this family company, currently producing socks, nightwear and sports articles. The focus of this paper is on the analysis of some strategies used by the company along its formation and development process, and, particularly, the way these strategies made possible the productive restructuring associated to the overcoming of the strong crisis which began in the end of the 80's and early 90's, contributing to its recent consolidation in the clothing industry. The leading hypothesis of the study is that pioneering connected to a strong organizational culture that has been formed and constructed since its foundation and that was reestablished in a more recent management were the factors which were responsible for the advances able to generate an innovation environment in products as well as in processes and management. The theoretical reflection selected to subsidize the cognitive construction of the study of the company is based on the historical approach of the development of the textile industry in Brazil and in studies about the importance of the action of the entrepreneur, in the role of the organizational culture and of innovation to choose strategies in companies. The research involved the analysis of documents and data of the company, as well as interviews with directors and employees. The results show a traditional company model, but also show the presence of a very advanced entrepreneurial dynamic. Modern world – known as a fordist industrial model – could already be noticed in the company when this production pattern was not clearly defined yet in the Brazilian industry. Nowadays, the company faces the challenge of globalization and the open competition in the international market which brings the rivalry of the greatest and best globalized companies.
