Las leyes que han ido preservando el patrimonio a lo largo del tiempo han evolucionado según el significado que ha ido teniendo a lo largo de la historia, pasando de un concepto de propiedad y disfrute individual en sus inicios, a otro mucho más colectivo en los últimos tiempos. Esta evolución no sólo se ha limitado a la propiedad sino que también lo ha hecho como elemento identificador de una sociedad, proporcionando una secuencia histórica de las leyes relativas a la conservación y divulgación del patrimonio histórico.

Comentario a la STS de 16 de mayo de 2012: Condiciones potestativas, incumplimiento contractual y cláusula resolutoria expresa

Resumen y objeto: Los socios de una Sociedad, en virtud del principio de autonomía de la voluntad, pueden definir a través de una cláusula expresa inserta en un contrato entre socios el tipo de incumplimiento que da lugar a la resolución de las compraventas de participaciones de esa sociedad. Dicha cláusula no puede considerarse como una condición puramente potestativa, dependiente de la exclusiva voluntad del deudor, puesto que está ligada al hecho del incumplimiento.

Values and their influence on the life satisfaction of adolescents aged 12 to 16: a study of some correlates

In this research we explore several aspects of quality of life in young people, working with factors such as self-esteem, locus of control, perceived social support, values, and so on. We examine the correlations among factors that influence the values and life satisfaction of adolescents aged 12-16. Furthermore, we analyze the data obtained from the children, on the one hand, and their parents, on the other, we explore the relationships between the factors and we consider the agreements and discrepancies between the responses of parents and their offspring

Adsorção do corante reativo laranja 16 de soluções aquosas por zeólita sintética

Coal fly ash, a waste generated in a coal-fired electric power plant, was used to synthesize zeolite by hydrothermal treatment with NaOH solution. This zeolite was used as adsorbent to investigate the adsorption kinetics and isotherm parameters of the reactive orange 16 (RO16) dye from aqueous solutions at different concentrations (1.3-15.4 mg L-1). Three kinetic models, the pseudo-first-order, second-order, and intraparticle diffusion were used to predict the adsorption rate constants. The kinetics of adsorption of the RO16 dye followed pseudo-second-order kinetics. The adsorption isotherm data were closely fitted to the Langmuir equation.
