Transparent 1 at% Nd3+:Y1.9La0.1O3 ceramics were fabricated with nanopowders prepared by carbonate coprecipitation method. The powder compacts were sintered in H-2 atmosphere at 1550 degrees C for 30 h. The Nd3+:Y1.9La0.1O3 ceramics display uniform grains of about 50 mu m and high transparency. The highest transmittance of the ceramics reaches 67%. The strongest absorption peak is in the wavelength of 820 nm with absorption cross section of 2.48 x 10(-20) cm(2). The absorption is still high at LD wavelength 806 nm with absorption cross section of 1.78 x 10(-20) cm(2) and broad full width at half maximum (FWHM) of about 6.3 nm. The strongest emission peak was centered at 1078 nm with large stimulated emission cross section of 9.63 x 10(-20) cm(2) and broad FWHM of about 7.8 nm. The broad absorption and emission bandwidth of Nd3+:y(1.9)La(0.1)O(3) transparent ceramics are favorable to achieve the miniaturized LD pumping apparatus and ultrashort modelocked pulse laser output, respectively. 神农架位于湖北省西部,长江以北、汉水以南的广阔地带,属北亚热带向暖温带的过渡区域。本文依据该地区所处地理位置的植被分布规律等资料,绘制了1:20万的植被复原图。并在此基础上,运用ERDAS imagine 8.4和Maplnfoprofessional 6.0软件,分别对神农架地区的TM影像(5、4、3波段)进行监督分类及目视解译,同时结合野外的样方调查,绘制了神农架地区1:20万的植被类型图,并建立了相应的属性数据库。最后,根据野外的GPS定位点对制图精度进行了Kappa检验。 制图结果表明,制图区总面积3476.67 km2,共计504个斑块。据统计,林地面积2607.45 km2,森林覆盖率75%;山地灌丛及亚高山灌丛总面积358.62 km2,占总面积的10.3%:草甸面积156.84 km2,占4.51%。自然植被划分为10个植被型,46个群系,以及农田(包括居民点)和茶园两种农业土地利用类型。其中针叶、落叶阔叶混交林面积最大(6个群系),约908 km2,占总面积的26.12%;其它依次为落叶阔叶林(1 1个群系),针叶林(4个群系),常绿阔叶林(3个群系),山地灌丛(5个群系),常绿阔叶、落叶阔叶混交林(3个群系),亚高山灌丛(6个群系),草甸(4个群系)以及亚高山针叶林(3个群系)等。另外,两种农业土地利用类型面积共计430 kn12,占总面积的12.37%。 植被类型图与复原图叠加分析表明:①常绿阔叶林的理论分布区域,由常绿阔叶林,常绿、落叶阔叶混交林等7种植被型以及农田(含居民点)等土地利用类型共同组成。因处低海拔区域,人口集中,所以农田(含居民点)分布最广,所占面积最大,占到该区域面积的35.28%;加上长期的人为干扰,常绿阔叶林面积缩小至48.76 krr12,占到该区域面积的13.93%;②常绿、落叶阔叶混交林的理论分布区域内,因干扰后落叶阔叶林恢复较快,逐渐占据优势。另外,该区域海拔较低,人类活动也较频繁,农田(含居民点)面积仍有相当的比例;③针阔混交林理论分布区海拔位置高,人为活动影响少,原地带性植被保存较好,分布面积最大;其余部分为落阔林等7种植被型共同组成。④针叶林理论分布区域应是以巴山冷杉林为单优种的亚高山针叶林带,但因历史上的皆伐及火烧等原因,现面积仅有17 kfr12,占该区域的19.8%,其余则为亚高山灌丛及亚高山草甸所替代。

Limited information is available on the prevalence among rural Africans of host genetic polymorphisms conferring resistance to HIV-1 infection or slowing HIV disease progression.We report the allelic frequencies of the AIDS-related polymorphisms CCR2-64I, SDF1-3#A, and CCR5-D32 in 321 volunteers from 7 ethnic groups in Cameroon. Allelic frequencies differed among the 7 ethnic groups, ranging from 10.8% to 31.3% for CCR2-64I and 0.0% to 7.1% for SDF1-3#A. No CCR5-D32 alleles were found. HIV seroprevalence was 6.9% in the total population and peaked at younger ages in girls and women than in boys and men. Among 15- to 54-year-olds, HIV seroprevalence varied from 2.0% to 11.1% among the village populations. Conditional logistic regression analysis using data from boys and men aged 15 to 54 years showed the number of CCR2-64I alleles to be a significant risk factor for HIV seropositivity (odds ratio per allele adjusted for age and matched on ethnic group = 6.3, 95% confidence interval: 1.3–30.3); this association was not found in women. The findings are consistent with the hypothesis that CCR2-64I alleles may delay HIV disease progression without affecting susceptibility to infection among men. We did not observe this relation among women, and other factors, such as multiple pregnancies or maternal stressors (eg, breastfeeding), may have masked any protective effect of CCR2-64I alleles. Further study of this issue among women is warranted. SDF1-3#A did not differ between HIV-seropositive and HIV-seronegative individuals but wasassociated with increasing age among HIV-seronegative women, suggesting a protective effect against HIV-1 infection.

White pomfret fillets packed under aerobic conditions had a limited shelf life of 8 days as against 10 days for samples packed under vacuum and stored at 0-2°C. Irradiation and subsequent storage of the fillets under vacuum at 0-2°C exhibited shelf lives of 30, 50 and 60 days for radiation doses of 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 Mrad respectively in contrast to aerobically packed fillets which showed only 20, 35 and 50 days of storage life for the same levels of radiation doses and developed yellow discolouration and rancid odours.

Sixty one observations on length-breadth and whole weight-meat weight relations of India crab (Scylla serrata) were made. From the length of crab (cm) the whole weight (gm) can be computed by the equation: log W=-0.1708+2.3341 log L. Similarly for any given length (cm) the meat weight (gm) can be found by the relation, log w=-1.5745+3.0148 log L.

Trichosanthin (TCS) is a type I ribosome-inactivating (RI) protein possessing multiple biological and pharmacological activities. Its major action is inhibition of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) replication but the mechanism is still elusive. All evidences showed that this action is related to its RI activity. Previous studies found that TCS mutants with reduced RI activity simultaneously lost some anti-HIV activity. In this study, an exception was demonstrated by two TCS mutants retaining almost all RI activity but were devoid of anti-HIV-1 activity. Five mutants were constructed by using site-directed mutagenesis with either deletion or addition of amino acids to the C-terminal sequence. Results showed that the RI activity of mutants with C-terminal deletion mutants (TCSC2, TCSC4, and TCSC14) decreased by 1.2-3.3-fold with parallel downshifting of its anti-HIV-1 activity (1.4-4.8-fold). Another two mutants, TCSC19aa and TCSKDEL having 19 amino acid extension and a KDEL signal sequence added to the C-terminal sequence, retained all RI activity but subsequently lost most of the anti-HIV-1 activity. These findings suggested that ribosome inactivation alone might not be adequate to explain the anti-HIV action of TCS. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science (USA). All rights reserved.

The corrosion inhibition behavior of benzotriazole, Na3PO4 and their mixture on carbon steel in 20 wt.% (0.628 mol l(-1)) tetra-n-butylammonium bromide aerated aqueous solution was investigated by weight-loss test, potentiodynamic polarization measurement, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive X-ray techniques. The inhibition action of BTA or SP or inhibitors mixture on the corrosion of carbon steel is mainly due to the inhibition of anodic process of corrosion. The results revealed that inhibitors mixtures have shown synergistic effects at lower concentration of inhibitors. At 2 g l(-1) BTA and 2 g l(-1) SP showed optimum enhanced inhibition compared with their individual effects.

本论文从2,3'-联吡啶出发,利用两个吡啶环上氮的反应活性差异,选择性合成了单烷基盐1-甲基-2,3,-联吡啶盐、1-甲基-1,一氧-2,3,-联吡啶盐和1'-甲基/节基2,3气联吡啶盐,还原单烷基盐合成了天然生物碱毒黎碱、安那他品和异毒黎碱及其衍生物:对异毒黎碱的合成由还原N,-节基盐后脱节基简化为一步实现还原和脱节基直接得到异毒黎碱。通过用(R)-BINOL和(S)-BINOL对N,-节基异毒黎碱拆分得到了旋光纯的N,-节基异毒黎碱和异毒黎碱,-N,-节基异毒黎碱的旋光度[a]D20:-61.50(c=2.0,乙醇),卜异毒黎碱的旋光度fa]D20:-14.4"(c-1.0,乙醇);将C关异毒黎碱用(RMTPA和(s)MT队衍生为Mosher酞胺,应用Mosllel方法确定了C)异毒黎碱手性中心的绝对构型为R型,即(R)-C)异毒黎碱,同时发现,由(R)一MTPA合成的Mosller酞胺中顺式旋转异构体占优。而通常在环胺的Mosller酞胺中,是反式旋转异构体占优。这一例外被MollteCarlo模型模拟计算结果解释:稀溶液中C卜异毒黎碱的Moshel-酞胺,顺式构型能量上比反式更有利。不对称合成天然生物碱更具有挑战性。对异毒黎碱还原合成中的呱l淀烯类中间体,用BINAP-灿催化体系进行了催化不对称还原的合成研究,氢化N'-节基-1,,4,,5,,6,-四氢一2,3,一联吡陡时得到了最高为21.5%的对映体选择性,而对N'-节基一1,,2',5',6,-四氢-2,3'一联吡陡的氢化则只得到了不超过10.0%的对映体选择性。

联吡陡及其衍生物不仅用于化工和药物合成的中间体,而且具有独特的赘合作用,可被用于金属催化剂配体等方面,因此它的合成方法研究引起了人们广泛的兴趣。但是非对称联吡陡的合成日前方法仍很少。本文利用己经被成功使用于其他含氮杂环的二碳合成子-1,5-二氮杂戊二烯(vinamidiniulnsalts),合成了单取代的2,2'-,2,3'-,2,4,一二类联吡陡。在合成1,5-二氮杂戊二烯的过程中:确立了一条以四甲氧基丙烷为原料一步合成l,5一二氮杂戊二烯的简捷,经济,易工业化的合成路线,并成功进行了公斤级的放大实验;优化了1,5-二氮杂戊二烯的亲电取代反应,高收率的获得溟代,硝化的1,5-二氮杂戊二烯;优化了从取代乙酸合成p取代1,5-二氮杂戊二烯的合成方法,高收率的获得九种p芳基取代1,5-二氮杂戊二烯。本文研究了非对称联吡睫合成的一种新方法:在碱性条件下,取代的1,5-二氮杂戊二烯盐各种乙酞基吡陡亲核加成的产物,不经分离直接和氨进行[3+2+1〕的成环反应,可以高收率的合成出单取代的2,2气,2,3气,2,4气三类联吡陡。这一方法己经被成功的应用于芳基取代,卤素取代,硝基取代以及无取代基的1,5-二氮杂戊二烯与三种乙酞基吡陡的反应。这种成环反应的收率与1,5-二氮杂戊二烯俘位的吸电子特征相关。因此,针对不同取代基的1,5-二氮杂戊二烯在溶剂,碱的选择以及反应温度的控制等方面进行了优化。从而成功合成出近30种单取代的非对称联吡陡。一这种合成方法,原料价格低廉,实验操作简单,而且收率高,非常适合大量合成的要求。

一、根据凝胶色谱柱的单分散校准关系和试样的实效关系在概念和实质上的区别以及两者在理论上的定量速率,建议了一个从一组重均和数均分子量已确知的多分散试样的实验谱图同时订定凝胶色谱柱的分子量校准关系和扩展因子的计算觅数方法。用聚苯乙烯和聚丁二烯订定的扩展因子—算出体积依赖关系相互重合,与试样的结构无关。如将扩展因子视作常数时,其具体数值可从实验谱图的方差与实效关系和单分散校准关系的斜率比值之间的定量连系得到选定。二、对高1,2聚丁二烯的级份和原试样作了凝胶色谱、光散射和粘度的测量。建议了从一组分布宽度不等的试样的凝胶色谱数据和光散射及粘度测定结果求得单分散[3]-M方程的三种不同方法。用三种方法所得高1,2聚丁二烯的单分散[3]-M方程相互重合。三、导得了从凝胶色谱图所得乙均分子量的扩展改正因子。由光散射得到了乙均迥转半径与乙均分子量的实验数据,订定了单分散1,2聚丁二烯在溶液中的分子尺寸与分子量间的关系。对实验数据作进一步的分析,获得了高1,2聚丁二烯的特性比和空间住阻因子的具体数值,并讨论了1,2结构含量对形态结构的影响。

本工作用固相反方法、以炭保护或在N_2-H_2还原气氛中,两次灼烧,合成了一系列烯土取代的卤磷酸盐发光体,其反应是M_2~ICO_3 + M_3~(II)(PO_4)_2 + M_2~(III)O_3 + (NH_4)_2HPO_4 + M~(II)F_2 → M_x~IM_(10-2x)~(II)M_x~(III)(PO_4)_6F_2 + NH_3 + H_2O式中:M~I = Li~+, Na~+, K~+; M~(II) = Ca~(2+), Sr~(2+); M~(III) = Y~(3+), La~(3+), Gd~(3+); X = 0.5, 1, 2, 3。通过X-射线分析法和以Eu~(3+)作为荧光离子探针方法确定了样品的物相和晶体结构,表明它与M_(10)~(II)(PO_4)_6F_2同属六方晶系(Pb_3/m)。并用图解外推法求得样品的晶胞参数a和c分别为9.41和6.89 A。在研究了M~I, M~(II)和M~(III)为不同阳离子,X为不同值时,取代物的物相和结构变化以及对Ce~(3+)发光和能量传递影响规律的基础上,以Na_2Ca_6La_2(PO_4)_6F_2为基本体系比较详细地研究了Ce~(3+)的发光,Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+), Ce~(3+)-Re~(3+) (Re~(3+) = Pr~(3+)、Nd~(3+)、Sm~(3+)、Tb~(3+)、Dy~(3+)、Tm~(3+)、Ho~(3+)、Er~(3+))以及Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+)-Re~(3+) (Re~(3+) = Dy~(3+), Nd~(3+))的能量传递。实验发现,Na_2Ca_6La_2(PO_4)_6F_2:Ce~(3+)是较强的紫外光发射体,发射谱带是由338和358nm两个宽带峰组成的,相应于~2D-~2F_(5/2)和~2D-~2F_(1/2)跃迁。发射强度和~2D-~2F_(6/2),~2D-~2F_(7/2)两种辐射跃迁几率相对大小与温度,Ce~(3+)的浓度有关;F~-含量对发射强度也有强烈的影响。我们认为,浓度和温度的影响是由于Ce~(3+)-Ce~(3+)的能量迁移作用。实验发现,Ce~(3+)能有效地敏化Mn~(2+)的发光,得到高效的黄色荧光发射体。Ce~(3+)对Re~(3+)的作用可以分为三类:A). Ce~(3+)-Sm~(3+)、Tb~(3+)、Dy~(3+)、Tm~(3+);B).Ce~(3+)-Nd~(3+),Pr~(3+);C). Ce~(3+)-Ho~(3+), Er~(3+)。在A,B类型中,Ce~(3+)能有效地敏化这些稀土离子,但能量传递效率(η_T)_A > (η_T)_B。在Ce~(3+)-Ho~(3+)、Ce~(3+)-Er~(3+)类型中,Ho~(3+)、Er~(3+)不产生可见辐射,Ce~(3+)的发射强度也显著降低。在Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+)-Re~(3+)三元中心体系中,Ce~(3+)的能量可直接传递给Mn~(2+)和Re~(3+)中心,还可通过Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+)-Re~(3+)的途径传递。通过研究中心离子的浓度效应,温度效应、测定激发光谱、荧光光谱、荧光衰减曲线的荧光寿命,能够证实:在Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+)、Ce~(3+)-Re~(3+)、Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+)-Re~(3+)的能量传递属于无辐射共振传递相互作用类型。符合M. Yokata等人提出的偶极-偶极相互作用扩散限制传递历程。我们还利用Ce~(3+)、Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+)、Ce~(3+)-Re、Ce~(3+)-Mn~(2+))-Re~(3+)激活体系中Ce~(3+)的发射强度和荧光寿命等数据计算了Ce~(3+)的能量传递效率。发现两种结果相差较大,为了准确地表达Ce~(3+)的敏化效果,在分析上了产生这种误差的原因后,提出了两种传递效率表示式(η_f, η_R)。
