O mergulho no mundo de vivncias femininas propiciou o desafio de trabalhar com mulheres em situao de violência nas relaes conjugais. Os objetivos do estudo foram: - conhecer as estratgias utilizadas por mulheres no enfrentamento de situaes de agresso fsica, sexual e psicológica e - desvelar o acolhimento prestado pelos servios bsicos de sade, na perspectiva das mulheres vtimas de violência. A abordagem qualitativa foi utilizada como referencial metodolgico, tendo como campo de estudo uma das sedes de Maria Mulher - Organizao de Mulheres Negras. As participantes foram dez mulheres que vivem ou viveram pelo menos um ano, com maridos agressores. Para a coleta das informaes utilizou-se a tcnica de entrevista narrativa descrita por Jovchelovitch e Bauer (2002) seguida da Anlise de Contedo descrita por Minayo (1993). Como resultados, emergiram quatro temas: - Matizes da violência contra a mulher - A conscientizao da violência - Pedido de socorro: a visibilidade da violência domstica e - A entrevista narrativa, como atividade teraputica. Os aspectos ticos foram preservados no aceite de participao, na utilizao do consentimento informado e pela aprovao do comit de tica em pesquisa, da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Neste estudo procurou-se dar voz s mulheres em situao de violência domstica, evidenciando-se as estratgias utilizadas por elas no enfrentamento de situaes de agresso, nos diferentes segmentos da sociedade: na famlia, nas relaes interpessoais com amigos e vizinhos, nas delegacias de polcia e, por fim, nos Servios de Sade.

O abuso sexual contra crianas e adolescentes um fenmeno complexo que envolve aspectos psicolgicos, sociais e jurdicos. Esta forma de violência tem sido considerada um problema de sade pblica devido aos altos ndices de incidncia e ao impacto negativo para o desenvolvimento das vtimas. O presente estudo teve como objetivo aplicar e avaliar o efeito de um modelo de grupoterapia cognitiva-comportamental para meninas vtimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar. Participaram do estudo 10 meninas com idade entre 09 e 13 anos. As participantes foram clinicamente avaliadas em trs encontros individuais, nos quais foram aplicados instrumentos psicolgicos que avaliaram sintomas de ansiedade, depresso, transtorno do estresse ps-traumtico, stress infantil e crenas e percepes da criana em relao experincia abusiva. Aps a avaliao clnica, as participantes foram encaminhadas para a grupoterapia, constituda por 20 sesses semi-estruturadas. O processo teraputico foi dividido em trs etapas, segundo os objetivos e tcnicas aplicadas, em: psicoeducao, treino de inoculao do estresse e preveno recada. A reavaliao clnica foi realizada aps cada etapa da interveno e os resultados apontaram que as meninas apresentaram melhoras significativas nos sintomas de depresso, ansiedade e transtorno do estresse ps-traumtico, bem como reestruturaram crenas disfuncionais sobre culpa, diferena em relao aos pares, percepo de credibilidade e confiana. Tais resultados sugerem que a grupoterapia foi efetiva, reduzindo a sintomatologia das participantes e proporcionando a elaborao de pensamentos funcionais em relao ao abuso sexual.

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo realizar uma anlise dos contornos da competncia cvel dos Juizados de Violência Domstica e Familiar contra Mulher prevista na Lei Federal n. 11.340/2006, e a possvel limitao atuao desses juizados nesta esfera cvel, que tem sido alvo de algumas interpretaes jurdicas, e assim ensejando o descumprimento de acordos e recomendaes internacionais ratificados em decretos legislativos.

We aim to understand the social representations of man's aggressive behavior from the perspective of women in situations of domestic violence. This is a descriptive, exploratory and representational study, whose methodological approach falls into the qualitative category. We chose as a scenario for research, by the Reference Center for Citizen Women (CRMC), Natal / RN. The criteria for selection of participants were women who lived/live in situations of domestic violence, with affective or relationship bonding with the assailant, in psychological and emotional positions appropriated to the reality; that are being protected or assisted by the service listed above; whose aggressor is male. We adopted as data collection instruments: questionnaire, Drawing-Story (DE) and a field diary. For analysis of textual data, we decided to use the ALCESTE software conjugated to editing analyze and initial reading. Were investigated 20 women victims of domestic violence, whose author of the attacks was the husband/partner. We identified, from the respondents, that 70% (n = 14) of men with aggressive behavior also had a family history of violence and fragile family relationships. About the physical and emotional condition of the assailant at the time of violence, 50% (n = 10) of these men, regardless the use of alcohol, had often quarrelsome and/or nervous behavior, impatient and unpredictable humor facing a setback, worry or annoyance. Regarding the nature of violence, we observed that women were victims of all types of violence, however, the psychological prevailed in 100% of cases. The corpus "Men" has three classes, whose focuses are, respectively: resignation, denounce and violence/aggression, being possible categorizing them as well: Category 1: The imprisonment of women; Category 2: Violence and its meanings; Category 3: Breaking the violent cycle. We show that the social representations of man s aggressive behavior, from the women in situations of violence, are anchored in the social roles of men in family and society, becoming a dominant model of masculinity. It is aimed, on one hand, from the reproduction of what is already known and/or experienced by male aggressors in the family, as repetitions of behavior. And on the other, present themselves as a state of illness, addiction or psychopathy

In this thesis I discuss the role of the psychologist as a university professor and as intellectual from a specific context and also from a specific query. The context is the city of Teresina, capital city of Piau state, which is peripheral in Brazil s northeast region. The defiance here is to build a critical psychological tradition that will deal with the challenges imposed by the reality of poverty and socio-economic backwardness of the region. The greatest difficulty is the lack of a public institution of learning that carries out instruction, research and extension with commitment to social transformation, and with the production of a psychological knowledge that is able to understand local reality. I take it that the undergraduate course in Psychology at UESPI [State University of Piau] is the only one in Teresina that can take over such mission. The query is confronting violence against children and adolescents that defies us to ethically and politically commit to solidarity toward fragile human beings in need of adult involvement in order to survive this daily inhumanity. The involvement of psychologists from Teresina in this must result from a social commitment and a technical competence to deal with prevention and therapeutic consideration toward the victims. This dissertation is divided into three parts: the first is a study on the curriculum and the performance of psychologists, which revises the academic output in Brazil and envisages new queries to the theme, such as the role of teaching inside the curriculum, and presents social security (including Medicare) as the privileged field in which Brazilian psychologists perform. The second part contains a study on the concepts of childhood, adolescence and violence, which presents a consideration on the strategies to confront violence against children and adolescents. In the last part I discuss the role of the psychologist as teacher and intellectual in the context undergraduate course in Psychology at UESPI [State University of Piau] from the commitment to the protection of children and adolescents

Intrafamily sexual violence against children and adolescents is a highly complex and serious issue in terms of the damage caused to this population. However, despite the relevance of this discussion, the matter only began to be addressed in the second half of the twentieth century, with its inclusion in academic research from the perspective of damage caused to the victims. Debate on intrafamily sexual violence against children and adolescents has intensified in recent decades, particularly with the enactment of the Statute on Children and Adolescents (Federal Law 8069/90), which recognizes children and adolescents as rights holders. Open discussion on the issue meant several fields of knowledge began to study the topic. Particularly prominent among these areas is the field of Psychology, promoting theoretical discussions and practical interventions focusing on this type of violence. Given the theoretical and methodological diversity of psychological science and the many possibilities for the production of knowledge, this study aims to map and debate research conducted in the field that discusses intrafamily sexual violence against children and adolescents in Brazil. To that end, articles published in Psychology journals were analyzed. In order to achieve this objective, a search was conducted of Scielo Brasil using descriptors on the subject, chosen from a list reported by Faleiros (2000). The time frame studied was between 1990 and 2013, therefore included the date of the enactment of the Statute of Children and Adolescents. Qualitative analysis was selected as a data analysis technique around two main themes. The first involved analyzing the concept of intrafamily sexual violence based on its components. The second analytical theme addressed the theoretical and methodological strategies used by the authors. The aim was to identify and discuss the approaches chosen to achieve the proposed objectives as well as the justifications provided by the authors for their research. Analyses of these themes were based on theoretical discussions on intrafamily sexual violence against children and adolescents. Difficulties were identified in conceptualizing intrafamily sexual violence so as to include all its elements and differentiate it from sexual exploitation. The studies assessed showed substantial diversity in both the theoretical and methodological approaches used, contributing to understanding the phenomenon. It is expected that this study will contribute to reflection on intrafamily sexual violence against children and adolescents, promoting new studies and/or practical interventions

Este artigo trata dos resultados de uma Pesquisa qualitativa de orientao fenomenolgico-existencial gestltica, que objetivou desvelar alguns significados atribudos violência sexual intrafamiliar. Configurou-se como um estudo de caso, em que a informante, dos 9 aos 11 anos, foi vitimizada pelo pai. Os dados foram Coletados na ONG Repblica de Emas, contemplando leitura de documentos, relatos informais, observao participante e entrevista. A anlise conjugou, sempre que possvel, a teoria da interpretao de Ricoeur, conceitos da Gestalt-terapia (contato, figura-fundo e nutrio psicológica) e da Terapia Ocupacional (reas, componentes e contextos de desempenho). Unidades de significao aglutinaram os significados do discurso, que revelaram aspectos positivos (abertura em revelar a experincia, expanso de algumas fronteiras de contato e apresentao do peso da experincia vivenciada ora como figura, ora como fundo) e negativos (repercusses disfuncionais de autocontato, no contato com o outro e em algumas reas de desempenho).

Este trabalho versa sobre violência nas relaes conjugais e afetivas; mais precisamente, sobre os episdios em que o agressor o homem e a vtima de agresso a mulher. O foco principal de nossa discusso a motivao das agresses sob o ponto de vista dos homens envolvidos neste tipo de episdio. Nossa anlise se concentra nos inquritos policiais qualificados como violência domstica, instaurados aps a promulgao da Lei Maria da Penha. Buscou-se explicitar os fatores sociais envolvidos na construo da lgica que orienta a ao do agressor. Constatou-se inicialmente que h uma inadequao nos termos comumente utilizados para designar as agresses praticadas pelos maridos e namorados contra suas esposas e namoradas, o que limita a compreenso da real dimenso do problema. Os resultados sugerem que a violência tem uma racionalidade que dada pela sua relao com a tradio; e esta por sua vez, introjetada e reproduzida como conhecimento de senso comum, funciona como um recurso de linguagem atravs do qual os cdigos informais que servem de parmetro para a vida conjugal so constantemente reafirmados. Constatou-se que h uma relao de complementaridade entre aquele pratica e aquela que sofre a agresso, principalmente nos casos em que a violência se instala como uma prtica rotineira; verificou-se tambm que as agresses do cnjuge masculino sobre o cnjuge feminino esto quase sempre relacionadas a valores e papis tradicionalmente consagrados tais como: suspeita de infidelidade conjugal, hierarquias domsticas e espaos sociais.
