The objective of this Project Completion of Course is the production of a magazine's variety, monthly, aimed at a mixed audience, between 20 and 60 years old, seeking relevant information from different areas of knowledge. The Destarte,'s proposal, is to be a dynamic magazine, bold and irreverent, which leads the reader information in a way alternative to those already written in publishing today. Through Style magazine, informative and literary genres coexist with a visual language and creative, seductive and flexible. The experimental product has features and well defined parameters so as to result in an editorial project, not just a single publication in a competitive market

O termo Artemídia Sequente expressa um processo artístico-científico realizado na interface Arte-Comunicação-Ciência, apresentado como Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso em Artes Visuais na modalidade Bacharelado. A primeira parte deste trabalho tem como objetivo identificar e evidenciar, na abordagem da pesquisa artístico-científica, algumas das consequências da vinda da linguagem do mangá para o Brasil na produção atual de histórias em quadrinhos, tanto as observadas no mercado editorial tradicional quanto na produção independente. A identificação é feita a partir de levantamento bibliográfico e iconográfico do tema Mangá no Brasil, de estudos de casos com análises de obras de ambas as vertentes de publicação e de contextualização da veiculação digital/virtual. Além disso, também relacionarei os quadrinhos analisados com a Internet para assim estudar seu vínculo com o público através do meio digital. Na segunda parte tenho como objetivo mostrar e especificar a Artemídia Sequente ao relatar o processo completo da produção de uma história em quadrinhos de minha autoria: Dragon Tales, uma consequencia do mangá na publicação de quadrinhos no Brasil. O presente trabalho está inserido na linha de pesquisa Processos e procedimentos artísticos do Departamento de Artes Plásticas do Instituto de Artes da UNESP e descreve: partindo das ideias iniciais, roteiro, concept arts, desenhos das páginas, line art e chegando até a finalização da revista com o fechamento dos arquivos para serem enviados a uma gráfica. A monografia inclui também, como apêndice, uma cópia impressa do primeiro capítulo da história que produzi em forma de revista. A metodologia utilizada foi a Cibernética Pedagógica Freinetiana, desenvolvida no Grupo de Pesquisa Artemídia e Videoclip, do qual é líder o orientador... This study focuses on an analysis of the convergence of Journalism and Publicity on the covers of the magazine. This paper aims to clarify how the dynamics of that relationship, understanding that in contemporary society, both Journalism and Publicity to perform the same function-to inform, differing only in the objective-journalism sells news, Publicity sells dream. The magazine Veja was chosen for this study because its importance and scope in publishing. Inspired by Time magazine, founded in 1922 by Henry Luce, Veja was the 2nd review of gender information in Brazil. Today a record run of more than 1 million copies, occupying the 3rd position in the ranking of news magazines sold over the world and the largest weekly magazine of the U.S. Among the media, the magazine is the most identified with the publicity, because as disseminator of advertising, the magazine has the advantage of being able to achieve precisely the widest range of public and the possibility of dealing with many different subjects; In addition, the number of people who have contact with the advertising is much greater because, on average, four people read each issue and is also common that the same reader review the revised more than once, which helps in setting the message advertising. This affinity between magazine and publicity is in its essence as both are prepared for the market, seek to promote, show themselves to be bought. Accordingly, we intend to find out how media discourse of Veja and publicity, approach in the writing of magazine covers

The success and recognition for their dedication put into the work are the need of every worker, and for that there is a constant quest for success in organizations. In this scenario, the Brazilian publishing market offers self-help literature as a practical method of acquiring the fundamental knowledge for professional development. The self-help literature for professional development addresses motivation as an essential characteristic for success, as a motivated worker earns more visibility and prominence to motivate other team members, thus arousing a spirit of leadership among the players. The motivation of workers also meets the expectations of organizations, because they improve productivity without requiring new investments. Thus, the literature on professional development is positioned as one of the best selling literary styles sold in Brazil over the years. To have an understanding of the discourse of literary style and persuasive methods known in them, we present a semiotic analysis of the five introductory chapters of selected works. Greimassian Semiotics offers great tools for understanding the introductory speeches of professional development books, which are intended to present the synthesis of the work, or demonstrate the values and knowledge of the authors, coaxing the reader to read on and be receptive to the idea of motivation presented in the books

Da escrivaninha do autor às prateleiras das livrarias, todo texto “veste-se”, orna-se de acessórios, até tornar-se o objeto-livro, ser oferecido ao público e ser lido/consumido pelo leitor. Essas transformações, ocorridas em sua maioria na fase da editoração, podem ou não contar com a participação e, sobretudo, com o aval do autor. Quanto maior o sucesso ou prestígio da obra ou do escritor, mais próximo o autor parece estar das decisões de um lançamento e mais afastado de todos os seus desdobramentos: reedições, posteriores edições populares ou de bolso, traduções. A análise paratextual, mais especificamente a análise das capas de livros, permite-nos observar, quanto à publicação de literatura brasileira no exterior, que o mercado editorial estrangeiro adota com frequência, como vem ocorrendo há décadas, a opção com forte apelo ao exotismo tropical: paisagens cariocas, frutas coloridas, biótipos negro ou mestiço. Em algumas ocasiões, entretanto, notamos a preocupação na correspondência temática ou de gênero com a obra. Em ambos os casos os resultados podem ser surpreendentes, bem sucedidos ou provocar malentendidos e interpretações ambíguas. Propomos neste trabalho a apreciação e a análise de alguns desses casos em autores de literatura brasileira traduzidos e consagrados no exterior como escritores de literatura policial e suas vertentes: Rubem Fonseca, Patrícia Melo, Garcia-Roza e Tony Bellotto, começando por Rubem Fonseca.

The paper studies Otto Maria Carpeaux`s work in the context of Brazilian literary critic in the decades of 1940-1950. Starting from Pierre Bourdieu`s theoretical formulations about field concept, are set reflections concerning the place occupied by Carpeaux in the light of paradigm shifts occurred in the criticism field and new processes of legitimation resulting from this situation.

The work and the trajectory of literary critic and journalist Austrian-Brazilian Otto Maria Carpeaux (1900-1978) are studied from the relationship between literary criticism and the diffusion field in Brazil. Between the decades of 1940-1970, Carpeaux has played a prominent role in the formation process of the reader and reading in Brazil, as evidenced by his intense activity as a critic and essayist. Will also be developed reflections on the place occupied by Carpeaux in the field of criticism in Brazil. Two hypotheses are developed: a) Carpeaux`s work was affected by a lack of legitimacy of his contemporaries in the decades of 1940-1950, as can be seen, for example, in peripheral treating conferred on him by the field of diffusion and consecration instances we can read, the editorial market. b) Carpeaux such as an Alvaro Lins`s heir in the Correio da Manha, also inherited a criticism model that lost prestige in the light of the New Criticism growing influence occurred in the country, which shifts the critical role from the newspaper to the university.

The work Translational aspects in Ma vie ne sait pas nager by Élaine Turgeon approaches the entire translation process of this francophone children's work. The theme choice was due to the interest in deepening the translational knowledge, in addition to performing an analysis of the own translation work done. Thus, the theoretical aspects related to the translation are reported throughout the work, a succinct exhibition of the history of translation, a brief view of the children's editorial market (in the world and more specifically in Brazil), the book theme and author style, and finally, the drawbacks overcome during the realization of the work - based upon the theoretical body of work consulted - and the solution encountered for this. At the end of this same work, some considerations are drawn, as well as some reflections upon the translation realized (with the studied texts attached in the body of work); accompanied by some findings observed concerning the theory
