Este estudo identificou dois fenmenos turbulentos noturnos sobre a regio de Caxiuan, na Amaznia Oriental, durante a estao seca: jatos de baixos nveis (JBNs) e rajadas de ventos, utilizando dados das campanhas de coleta de dados CiMeLA (estao seca de 2003) e COBRA-PAR (estao seca de 2006). Ambos foram analisados observacionalmente, no que diz respeito aos seus horrios de ocorrncia, intensidade, altura e durao, bem como a evoluo noturna destas ocorrncias. Verificou-se que a maioria dos eventos de JBNs observados foi acompanhada de queda na temperatura potencial equivalente e que as rajadas de vento exerceram uma importante influncia sobre as trocas floresta-atmosfera. A gnese dos dois fenmenos tambm foi investigada. Notou-se, atravs do modelo de mesoescala BRAMS, que a origem dos jatos est possivelmente associada brisa martima e intensificao dos ventos alsios de nordeste, baseado em resultados de testes de sensibilidade, que incluram a retirada dos rios, da interface oceano-atmosfera, dos efeitos de downdrafts e do desflorestamento da regio. Observou-se tambm que o processo de formao das rajadas est associado existncia da baa de Caxiuan, cuja forma se assemelha a um lago, e atividade convectiva local. Verificou-se que os dois fenmenos no existiram simultaneamente, exceto em uma nica noite, o que pode ser explicado por efeitos de blindagem por cisalhamento, que impedem a propagao de turbulncia para baixo, em direo superfcie, gerados pela presena de JBNs muito fortes. Esta pesquisa reflete a importncia e complexidade dos fenmenos atmosfricos prximos costa paraense.

O objetivo do presente trabalho foi agregar diferentes redes de estaes meteorolgicas de superfcie para a criao de um novo banco de dados integrado, a partir do qual foi gerada uma climatologia recente (1978-2007) para a precipitao do estado do Par em alta resoluo espacial 30 km, permitindo melhor identificar a variabilidade climtica regional, sobretudo influenciada pelos aspectos da fisiografia e em funo de mecanismos climticos de grande escala dos oceanos Pacfico e Atlntico. Buscou-se, ainda, estabelecer uma configurao otimizada do modelo climtico RegCM3 utilizando duas diferentes parametrizaes de cumulus: RegCM3/Grell e RegCM3/MIT. Foram realizadas 26 simulaes (1982/83 a 2007/08) durante a estao chuvosa na Amaznia oriental (dezembro a maio) para cada esquema de parametrizao convectiva, utilizando 30 km de resoluo espacial. O modelo mostrou-se capaz de capturar os sinais de anomalia na presena de forantes climticas extremas, como o El Nio-Oscilao Sul e o dipolo do Atlntico. O RegCM3/MIT obteve timo desempenho na regio de Altamira/PA e performance razovel nos setores Nordeste (regio de Belm), Leste ( regio de Marab), Sudeste (regio de Conceio do Araguaia), e Noroeste (regio de Tiris). O RegCM3/Grell destacou-se nas regies Nordeste, Leste, Sudeste e Noroeste, com desempenho razovel. O setor Norte (regio de Macap) foi o mais problemtico, com pouca ou nenhuma sensibilidade apresentada pelo modelo. Embora o RegCM3 tenha obtido resultados razoveis na maior parte do domnio, foram detectados erros sistemticos nas simulaes, com vis seco para o RegCM3/Grell e vis mido para o RegCM3/MIT na poro Sul e vis seco na poro Norte. Estas caractersticas denotam a necessidade de ajustes s condies regionais dos esquemas de conveco.

The article describes political and legal aspects of Brazilian education, through the analysis of Brazilian Constitutions, its amendments and major educational laws and resolutions in force until 2012, highlighting those that make direct reference to rural education and country education. It intends to identify the time when the educational legislation has incorporated the term country education, one of the struggles of the Movement for a Country Education. The use of the term country education will occur only in the first decade of this century. Despite the difficulties in consolidating country education, clearly the incorporation of this issue in the draft of the new National Education Plan (2011/2020), under discussion in Brazilian Congress.

A sociedade contempornea presencia um momento mundial bastante crtico, no qual se faz presente uma crise scio-ambiental que tende a se agravar a cada dia devido explorao e distribuio de recursos naturais inadequadas. Na busca de um modelo que torne vivel a sobrevivncia das futuras geraes de todas as espcies viventes, faz-se necessria uma alterao do paradigma antropocntrico vigente, para um paradigma biocntrico, comprometido com todas as formas de vida do planeta. A mudana dos padres consumistas presentes no sistema capitalista para padres permeados pelo consumo sustentvel torna-se base essencial para esta mudana de paradigmas. Em tal processo de transio, a educao aparece como uma importante ferramenta para a formao de indivduos conscientes, criativos e portadores de senso crtico, enfim, indivduos mais capazes de promover as mudanas de padres necessrias. Surge ento a necessidade de uma educao inovadora, que promova a formao de cidados conscientes e atuantes. A partir dessas necessidades, surge o trabalho aqui exposto, com o objetivo de proporcionar uma cartilha de base para iniciativas educacionais voltadas ao consumo responsvel.

We can notice in the different sectors of the society a significant increase of individuals that possess some type of deficiency. Although there is an increasing process of inclusion, we find, even in Educational Institutions, barriers and limited conceptions on this subject. Thus, aiming at clarifying some questions related to this subject, we present some debates found in the literature about the Inclusive Education, Special Education and the construction of inclusive education strategies.

The autism is a severe mental illness that involves psychological, social, educational and neurobiological aspects. The Education plays an important role in recovering, preserving and increasing the cognitive task of people with autism. There are several ways to observe a person with autism. Through the studying of cases, it is also possible to address issues of everyday life of the person with the illness, its cognitive issues and its obstacles of psychosocial involvement, as well as psychological aspects such as illness acknowledgement. Through specialized literature, it is possible to identify characteristics referring to the learning process and neurobiological components involved in the condition, such as brain activity disorder and genetic factors. The objectives of this paper are: from the analysis of two books: Unique World: comprehend the Autism (SILVA, A. B. B; GAIATO, M.B; REVELES, L.T) and The cats never lie about love (DILLON, J.), it is intended to describe cognitive and psychosocial aspects of the autism. Based on the specialized literature, the goal is to identify cognitive and neurobiological components in the illness. The methods that were used: analysis of the books Unique World: comprehend the Autism and The cats never lie about love to describe psychosocial and educational aspects of the autism; analysis of the specialized literature to identify clinical and neurobiological components of the illness, such as changes in brain activity, genetic factors or clinical evolution; and also details of the Education role in preserving the person with autism and his cognitive and emotional development. The study had the documentary research as reference for the methodological design, including book analysis and research in specialized literature. It is intended to deepen discussions about the Education roles related to the cognitive and neurobiological aspects of the autism

The importance of the Professionals Master in the field of science education is revealed by the recognition that they provide, to practicing teachers, in particular, training spaces for reflection and application of knowledge. This work appears in the context of the project "Research and training in teaching science and mathematics: a cutout of academic production in the northeast and overview of formative action in basic education" on the Centre for Education program, which main objective was to conduct studies description, analysis and evaluation of the academic production of Postgraduate Programs in Science Teaching of UFRPE, UFRN and UEPB and investigate the contribution of continuing education in stricto sensu level, of graduated teachers to improve the quality of basic education . We sought to examine a cut of academic production PPGECNM / UFRN, taking as reference dissertations of Natural Sciences, finished between the years 2005 and 2012, which have developed and applied educational products for high school students. More specifically we sought to conduct a general characterization of the dissertations analyzed for basic descriptors, to understand if and how the official documents governing the Brazilian education, especially science education, subsidized development of dissertations and identify current trends for science teaching are addressed and which ones are used in preparing the product of dissertations. The survey was based on documentary analysis, a type of qualitative approach in which the documents are objects of study in themselves. The results revealed that most of the work was developed in public schools, on subjects of physics and chemistry. During analytical reading of the text of the dissertations was observed that, in its construction, most of them addressed somehow, official documents governing the Brazilian educational system, that the products are basically teaching units and teaching approaches that are more focused on Experimentation and History and Philosophy of Science

This research aims to reflect on the strategies and mediation used by Oscar Niemeyer and Museum of contemporary art, in Curitiba, and Pinacoteca and Museum of modern art of So Paulo, to approximate audience of art. Recognizes that the gap between the two and that is reflected in the low visitation to art museums is the result of social control technologies historically elaborate and maintained to keep track of who has economic power over others , are people , as in the case of artistic appreciation, or countries, such as what happens with technology.It also presents some possibilities of subversion of this control , which occur especially because the human being creative and interpretive. Finally, it notes that the work carried out by the educational sectors of museums to attract different audiences is very relevant institutions and committed. With regard to teaching materials prepared and distributed to visitors, however, the need for some adjustments so that they communicate better with visitors and contribute, in fact, to deconstruct the idea of the Museum as an elite space and available only to a few privileged.
