Aplicação da metodologia seis sigma em uma empresa de médio porte do setor têxtil

The Six Sigma methodology has received considerable attention in the last two decades. This is due to its great potencial to reduce processes variability, through the use of accurate data, facts and statistical techniques. The methodology seeks to improve the quality of products and services, maximizing the company s financial performance. Specifically, its implementation and results in medium-sized textile enterprises is unknow, although there are signs that the methodology can be applied with success. Considering this scenario, the goal of this research is to describe the application of the Six Sigma methodology in a médium-sized textile company specialized in the production of male shirts in the satate of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. First, we present a literature review, seeking to highlight the themes of quality, Six Sigma and its methodology for improvement. Then, we show the implementation of the project selected, depicting the steps and procedures that must be performed. The results confirm the efficiency of Six Sigma in providing significant gains to companies. It is observed substantial improvements in the speed of product development and the flexibility of the parts produced, reducing the process lead time from 12.5 to 6.2 days, which means a performance improvement of over 50%. This leads also to cultural and behaviour change, creating motivation for implementation of new projects and a continuous search for knowledge

A composição e a distribuição da ictiofauna de interesse ornamental no estado do Pará

A ictiofauna de interesse ornamental do estado do Pará foi estudada com enfoque na sua composição e distribuição nas regiões hidrográficas paraense. Revelou através do inventário de espécies divida em: Loricariidae (329), seguida pelas Characidae (139), Cichlidae (133), Callichthyidae (51), Lebiasinidae e Auchenipteridae (22), Pimelodidae (21), otamotrygonidae e Doradidae (19), Anostomidae e Rivulidae (16) e Crenuchidae e Poeciliidae (10). Registraram-se ainda casos de família com menos de 10 spp, tendo sido registradas uma riqueza de 928 espécies, pertencentes a 271 gêneros e distribuídas em 47 famílias e 14 ordens. Das espécies registradas, 595 espécies apresentaram identificações taxonômicas e registros nos diferentes bancos de dados, enquanto 333 espécies foram identificadas com “status” taxonômico ainda indefinido. Mesmo com o registro de 270 gêneros distintos, ressalta-se a riqueza muito elevada concentrada em 12 gêneros com números acima de 15 espécies: Loricariidae com os gêneros Ancistrus (44, 4,74%), Hypancistrus (24, 2,59%), Hypostomus (24, 2,59%), Baryancistrus (23, 2,48%), Pseudacanthicus (22, 2,37%) e Peckoltia (30, 3,23%); Callichthyidae com gênero Corydoras (44, 4,74%); Cichlidae com os gêneros Crenicichla (44, 4,74%) e Apistogramma (24, 2,59%); Characidae com os gêneros Moenkhausia (20, 2,16%) e Hyphessobrycon (18, 1,94%) e otamotrygonidae com gênero Potamotrygon (16, 1,72%). Assim, definem-se como grupos de maior diversificação os pequenos e médios acaris, “corredoras”, acarás e jacundás, tetras e arraias. Mesmo espécies ameaçadas, sejam vulneráveis ou mesmo as criticamente em perigo, ainda são comercilizadas clandestinamente no estado. Discussões sobre listas de espécies encontradas e permitidas e uma comparação da ictiofauna das regiões hidrográficas do estado do Pará são apresentadas.

A universalidade poética de Rilke na formação do Grupo dos Novos: tradução e confluências na Amazônia brasileira

Esta dissertação objetiva pensar os desdobramentos que as traduções da poesia de Rainer Maria Rilke alcançaram no cenário do Suplemento Literário da Folha do Norte - SL/FN e em outros periódicos das décadas de 1940 e 1950, em que foram publicadas. Consideramos que estas traduções foram um indício de intensificação da abertura universalizante das letras paraenses às novidades modernistas iniciadas na Semana de Arte Moderna de 1922. Tais traduções foram cruciais para a formação do Grupo dos Novos, composto principalmente de nomes como Benedito Nunes, Mário Faustino e Paulo Plinio Abreu, além do antropólogo alemão Peter Paul Hilbert. O suporte teórico-metodológico será a utilização dos conceitos de Weltliteratur (Literatura universal) de Goethe e Reflexionsmedium (Médium-de-reflexão) de Benjamin. Estas matrizes interligarão os campos da história, da filosofia da linguagem e da tradução para refletirmos sobre o impacto dessas traduções na Amazônia brasileira da época. Outro conceito importante nesta dissertação é o de Bildung (formação), pensado a partir da leitura de Antoine Berman quando ele o relaciona à tradução, incluindo vários fenômenos que envolvem as relações tradutórias entre culturas e línguas. Ao final, por meio da reflexão tradutológica de Haroldo de Campos, visamos observar possíveis confluências nas produções poéticas e críticas de Mário Faustino, Manuel Bandeira e Paulo Plínio Abreu, como resultante do processo relacional promovido por estas traduções.

Thus, adequate enrgy intake results in a aqquate maternal weight gain, ensuring the needs of the fetus. Nutrition interventions is na ally in control of GDM, bringing benefits to maternal and fetal health. In the assessment of maternal nutrition state be emploved antropometric, dietary, biochemical and clinical. The dietary assessment should be detailed, with attencion to fractionation and composition of meals, grifts and food groups. The nutritional monitoring in gestational diabetes aims to achieve normoglycemia and prevent metabolic and cardiovascular risks in the médium and long term, for mothers and their sons.
