The aim of the present dissertation constitutes to analyse the way in how light assumes the meaning of universal bond in the cosmovision of Marsilio Ficino, especially from his works Quid sit lumen, De Sole, De Amore and De Vita. The influence of Marsilio Ficino (1433-1499) in the history of occidental thought is impressive. Besides having translated to Latin the important texts of the neoplatonic tradition, Ficino presided over the Academy of Careggi, congregating important humanists in the top of the Renaissance. His treatises on love, beauty, light, magic and immortality of the soul have influenced strongly the production of other thinkers. The subject of light is of fundamental importance among his works since it is deeply related with all the other aspects of his philosophy. For him, light is spiritual emanation that perpasses everything without staining itself. Originated how the divine goodness, the light blows up in beauty in multiplicity, setting fire on the soul that truily contemplates it and that identifies whith it. The starting point of this loving relation between man and deity is, therefore, the physical world, that occults in itself the metaphysical light.

This research has resulted of investigations appeared from our work experience as psychologist in a prison of the state Rio Grande do Norte. It deals with the meeting with prisoner in the search for the rescue of the human being dignity, discovering the being that finds annulled by backwards of the prison. The current debate on the prisoners in Brazil has as focus the creation of efficient strategies in the combat to the criminal acts, not being worried in understanding the historical and social conditions in the context in which such acts develop. Our objective was to reach an understanding of the experience of the prisoner in the situation of freedom deprivation in Natal (RN) city. Its significant social relevance meets in emphasized thematic which intends to be revealing of the not-said one of these citizens. The epistemological space and the vision of adopted human being support in the humanist ideas of the Centered Approach in the Person and construct self, central nucleus of the personality theory proposal by Carl Rogers. We opt to the phenomenological method as way of access to the singularity of the experience of each one of the participants, supporting us in the strategy of the narrative as expression of the lived world. The results had pointed that the investigated experience is through suffering, that is, the way to be in the world of prisoner in the situation of freedom deprivation is felt by him/her as difficult to support. This reality is had by him/her as difficult to control, having a negative emotional repercussion for the self, leading the citizen to the alienation of his/her existential flow in these circumstances. The reflections produced in this work take us to consider that the punishment practices on behalf of a normalization of the behavior, linked to the recovery idea, do not meet to the intention of the arrests, that come demonstrating to the inefficacy of the objectives shown in the law as well as the loss of the human being dignity

O presente trabalho discute a educação jurídica contemporânea tomando por base a influência do legado teórico e metodológico do positivismo jurídico sobre a organização do currículo dos cursos de direito do Brasil. Analisa especificamente o projeto político-pedagógico do curso de direito da Ufpa e o currículo dele decorrente, que está adstrito aos pressupostos teóricos do dogmatismo, nitidamente observado pela escolha de disciplinas que seguem o roteiro do direito legislado e pela pedagogia unilateral desenvolvida em classe, baseada predominantemente em aulas expositivas. A pesquisa privilegia a análise crítica das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do Ensino Jurídico, que optou por competências e habilidades críticas, reflexivas e humanistas, no contraponto com o projeto político-pedagógico do curso da Ufpa, organizado no sentido mais tradicional como grade curricular, onde persistem as práticas pedagógicas dogmáticas, o ensino como transmissão de conhecimento, como verbalização de conteúdos formais que prioriza regras e procedimentos e que sonega as aprendizagens para a emancipação.

This work has as its theme the role of emotions and affectivity in learning, particularly in science learning, being developed from a literature review. We start from the idea that learning occurs through changes in the neural networks of each individual and that these changes are caused by a combination of genetic and biological factors also influenced by emotions and affectivity. We seek information on the functioning of the human brain, highlighting the neuroanatomy and neurocognition, to understand how the brain processes information, including the feelings and emotions experienced by the individual. Once we try to understand which roles are assigned to the feelings and emotions in different learning theories, emphasizing the cognitive and humanistic theories. Finally, we found some more recent contributions to the understanding of the learning process, to the field of neuroscience. We were led to conclude that there is great scope for research in applied neuroscience to education, since the work, especially in the national literature are still scarce

This article developed some thoughts on the model of education and elementary education school located in camps and settlements in the Landless Movement (MST), between the last decade of the twentieth century and the beginning of the first decade of this century. The discussions were conducted employing as reference some texts published in the Caderno de Educação nº. 13, named “Dossiê MST Escola” Through a synthesized analysis of these documents, we found that the MST argues for a theoretical and practical education, geared towards the reality of d student, which is based on humanistic principles and of cooperation, being able to create in the student landless movement a critical consciousness capable of make it a subject of transformative action.

Se menciona brevemente la producción escrita de Juan Adolfo Vázquez, y se presentan sus dos libros editados recientemente en Mendoza: Ensayos Humanistas (2001) y The Sacred (2004). El primero es una recopilación de artículos sobre temas diversos publicados en revistas y órganos periodísticos de la Argentina; el segundo reproduce artículos y reseñas bibliográficas (algunas muy extensas) que formaron parte originalmente de dos revistas fundadas por Vázquez durante sus décadas de labor en la Universidad de Pittsburgh (Latin American Indian Literatures Journal y Naos, dedicada ésta al “estudio lingüístico de lo Sagrado"). Aunque no se dice expresamente, ambos libros constituyen de algún modo un reflejo de lo que el autor ha llamado “Filosofía antropológica".

En esta ponencia se intenta presentar una análisis sobre la enseñanza del atletismo, desde una perspectiva más flexible que al mismo tiempo nos exija el replanteo de los métodos tradicionales. Entendiendo como tradicionales aquellas formas de abordaje que históricamente hna representado a la enseñanza deportiva y que a pesar de innumerables críticas se han conformado en legítimas. Es muy común ver la enseñanza del atletismo en la escuela de una forma tecnicista, ligada al bioligicismo, utilizando distintos métodos naturalizados, que van de lo simple a lo complejo, de lo fácil a lo difícil, trabajando estos conceptos de forma aislada y dando al alumno el lugar de mero reproductor de viejas recetas metodológicas. Como así también, propuestas humanistas basadas en la multilateralidad, donde se tiene la falsa creencia de que a partir de juegos o técnicas globales, el alumno llega la técnica específica; olvidando el escenario del deporte: la competencia. El eje del trabajo busca problematizar las tradiciones sobre la enseñanza que atraviesan al atletismo, analizar sus límites, sus conceptos omitidos, con el fin de poner sobre la mesa la lógica interna que este deporte contiene, cuáles son los elementos que lo componen, cómo se articulan entre sí y cuáles son las consecuencias para su enseñanza
