The solar energy is far the largest source of energy available in earth and has attracted for milleniuns, the attention and interest for a rational use. The solar energy which strikes the Earth in one hour is bigger than the whole consume of energy in Earth in one year. Among the forms of transformation of this clean, renewable energy, the electrical conversion, photovoltaic cells, have the materials based on silicon or germanium semiconductors due to its technology and production processes involved still have a high production cost. An alternative to this solar cell is based on a synthetic dye and a semiconductor nanocrystalline TiO2, titanium dioxide, called DSC (Dye-Sensitized Cells), which have a cost of up to 80% lower than silicon cells

In this paper we discussed the possibility of installing a photovoltaic panel in a house in order to reduce electrical consumption. Brazil is a country with a huge solar resource and photovoltaic technology allows transforming solar energy into electricity, helping to decentralize energy production. To enlarge the field of view, the study compares with the equivalent in a Spanish city, discussing how the law favors the initiative of using this type of energy. It will be seen that, with the encouragement of the government, the project can be done because the installation is amortized over a reasonable period of time, about eight years in Spain and three in Brazil

The present work discuss the reproduction of the social relations from the point of view of the new urban production relations - having as empirical universe for analysis-, the Itaquera district in the Sao Paulo metropolis, with the advent of the World Cup in Brazil. Starting with the reading of a reality in movement, in which the analysis walks covering the dialectic relationship between space and society, where the first is translated into product and life reproduction condition, aiming to unveil the metamorphoses that will take place in the urban space with its consequent contradiction, what it may be the expanded capital reproduction concomitantly with the process that denounces a spoliation movement of the social space. With the society approval before these big architectural projects enabled by ideology, it’s determined the (re) production of artificial spaces of consumption, funded for the capital extension. The current stage that the capitalism reveals a space turned into mass consumption merchandise, consequence of the victory of the exchange value over the usage value, amalgamated in positive measures of expulsion/sweeping of low income socio-economic layers

Análise do consumo de energia elétrica e da eficiência energética em uma indústria de processamento de madeira

In the industries of wood processing (sawmills), where timber is sawn in equipment such as band saws, circular saws, trowel, thicknessers, among others, that mechanically transform this resource and use of electric motors, which are not unusually poorly scaled working or overloaded, often a factor that is not found in these industries and has fundamental importance in the production process is energy efficiency that is achieved by both technological innovation and through all the practices and policies that aim to lower energy consumption, lowering energy costs and increasing the amount of energy offered no change in generation. For both during the design of an electrical installation, both overall and in various sectors of the installation, investigations are necessary, considerations and uses of variables and factors that put into practice the theme of energy efficiency. Therefore, in this paper, these factors were calculated and analyzed for a wood processing industry (sawmill) in the municipality of Taquarivaí - SP, namely: active power, power factor, demand factor and load factor. Where they were small in relation to the literature, these events that occur when devices are connected at the same time and due to the conditions of processing the wood, where the engines have large variations in electricity consumption during the unfolding of the same, due to efforts with the load and idle moments between each machining operation in the equipment

De acordo com dados de 2014 da Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Higiene pessoal, Perfumaria e Cosméticos (ABIHPEC) o setor de Higiene Pessoal, Perfumaria e Cosméticos (HPPC) apresentou durante os últimos 18 anos crescimento médio próximo a 10% ao ano e de acordo com dados do Euromonitor de 2013 o Brasil é o terceiro maior mercado mundial de HPPC. Diante deste cenário, este estudo objetivou o desenvolvimento de uma linha de cosméticos composta de preparações capilares, corporais e faciais, a partir do conhecimento das técnicas de formulação e dos materiais cosméticos escolhidos. A indústria de cosméticos é um ramo da indústria química, e suas atividades estão vinculadas ao desenvolvimento e produção de produtos de aplicação ao corpo humano para embelezamento, limpeza sem alterar funções ou estruturas (GARCIA et al., 2000). A linha de cosméticos Dimora Del Sole foi desenvolvida através de testes com diversas substâncias cosméticas e diferentes técnicas de preparo realizadas no laboratório de cosmetologia na Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas - UNESP - Araraquara até que se obtivesse à formulação desejada. Esta linha teve como foco a diversidade brasileira com inspirações da Itália, buscando os diferenciais que permitam sua aceitação e consumo no mercado pelos clientes. Ainda, os produtos desta linha foram preparados considerando-se os aspectos legislativos com relação à confecção das embalagens e rotulagem e ações de marketing. We aim to contribute to studies on the restructuring of the city with a focus on consumption. In the context where cities become the main place of action of man, a deep set of transformations has occurred. We are interested in understanding the redefinition of the logical production and appropriation of urban spaces for consumption of materials and services. For the analysis of delimitation of those commercial and service areas was made to compare the reality observed on the ground and indirectly through data acquisition and mapping obtained from the National Address List for Statistical Purposes, with the boundaries established by zoning and / or by municipal director plans of the cities studied, together with the classification of commercial establishments and in accordance with the standards of the National Classification of Economic Activities Services.
