Políticas culturais, participação e educação: o caso da rede Arte Cultura Rio Claro - SP (2008-2012)

No atual momento as redes sociais, fazendo uso dos meios digitais/virtuais e partindo para ações no real/presencial, têm tido cada vez mais papel político importante nas transformações das relações humanas. Nestas redes há compartilhamentos de diversas informações, documentos e materiais com conteúdos que auxiliam na formação, assimilação e aprendizagem tanto pelos participantes diretos destas redes quanto pelos demais sujeitos e cidadãos influenciados pelas ideais elaboradas a partir destas redes. Este projeto pretende estudar a rede “Arte Cultura Rio Claro” no período 2008 a 2012 tendo como foco a realização da I Conferência Municipal de Política Cultural e as lutas pela criação do Conselho Municipal de Política Cultural. O trabalho abordará: as trocas e compartilhamentos entre os integrantes desta rede, a realização de encontros, reuniões, fóruns; o recebimento do Prêmio do Ministério da Cultura como ‘Articulação da Rede’ e a realização do Projeto “Tuxáua”; a realização das pré-conferências e 1ª Conferência Municipal de Política Cultural; a criação do Conselho Municipal de Política Cultural; entre outros. O objetivo do projeto é avaliar a rede como processo participativo, mostrando a relevância da política cultural para a educação não-formal de uma comunidade, principalmente por conta das pautas desta rede trazerem tanto a importância de valorizar a diversidade cultural, quanto a importância da participação cidadã nas decisões políticas

Early this century, several crises are intertwined and the environmental crisis is the most global of them all. In this context, emerged as an environmental education learn to overcome the crisis. This article aims to discuss the ideas of biology teachers in the city of Piracicaba-SP on Environmental Education and from there to reflect on the theme of inclusion in the initial training of teachers. The methodology used a structured questionnaire-based instrument VOSTS (Views on Science-Technology-Society), produced by Aikenhead and Ryan (1992) and the data were analyzed qualitatively. The results indicate that the biology teachers surveyed still have a naive conception of environmental education and training courses need to commit to structural and curricular changes that make the effective insertion of the subject in teacher training in the region studied.

A educação ambiental nos projetos político-pedagógicos das escolas municipais de ensino fundamental da cidade de Araraquara/SP

In this paper, we aim at describing and assessing Environmental Education in Pedagogical Policy Projects (PPP) drawn by eight elementary schools belonging to the city school network of the city of Araraquara, in the State of São Paulo, Brazil. A framework was designed to detail references to topics and activities related to the environment contained in the respective PPP. Next, the information obtained was recorded under two categories: a) content and activities, and b) theoretical background. It was found that, although seven out of the eight PPP studied pointed to work towards environment-related topics, they do not enable the theoretical and methodological grounds behind their programmed actions be identified.

Comparar a influência nas capacidades funcionais e nível de atividade física de dois tipos de aula de educação física em adolescentes do ensino médio do municipio de Rio Claro-SP

Regular physical activity can prevent and treat various diseases and non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity and cardiovascular disease. However, the prevalence of physical inactivity among adolescents in Rio Claro is 83%. Thus, it is necessary to encourage physical atividade through the community, especially parents and schools. The objective was to investigate the influence of two types of gym class in functional abilities in high school students in the city of Rio Claro-SP. Methodology: The study included 20 students from high school, 8 boys and 12 girls. The study took place in two high school halls of a public school in the city of Rio Claro. With the collaboration and participation in only 10 students in each room search reviews of all students occurred in mid-July in the year 2012 with the completion of the battery of tests and application of PAQ-C questionnaire at the beginning of classes of and after three months. All students were subjected to the test battery Eurofit. To compare the values of physical fitness for each type of class was held factorial ANOVA for repeated measures using SPSS and the level of physical activity was performed the Wilcoxon test. To compare the delta values (post-test-time time pre test every physical fitness) we performed the t test for all analyzes was adopted p <0.05 Classes G1 followed the schedule proposed by the state 's Notebook, where he worked subjects as body and beauty and its relationship with the media today, prevailing more conceptual classes than procedural . Unlike what has been developed with the G2 who had classes were focused on physical fitness and physical conditioning to increase the level of physical activity inside and outside the school environment . The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of physical activity confronting to the real and ideal body image of 65 individuals of both gender (27 women and 38 men) aged between 18 and 37 years old, all students of a Physical Education College of Santo André´s City - SP. The instruments used were the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, Short version (IPAQ, 2005) and Test for assessment of Body Image proposed by Stunkard et al., (1983) and adapted by Marsh and Roche (1996). According to the results, male subjects are more actives compared with female, as well as for the real and ideal body image males showed no significant difference, however, the females showed differences between the real and the ideal body image, between the gender no significant differences existed on the real and ideal body image. We can conclude that the students of this Physical Education College mostly presents in moderate or high level of physical activity, showing that the male are pleased with the real and ideal body image, and for a willing female body silhouette thinner ideal than real, with no significant differences between genders, and thus leading us to believe that the physical education College lead the students to experience practical activities becoming them lifestyle most active in search of a better quality of life and wellness.

A relação teoria e prática em projetos de educação ambiental desenvolvidos em um bairro de Bauru, SP, Brasil

This study examines the relationship between theory and practice that emerges from two Environmental Projects that were carried out in a popular neighborhood of Bauru, SP, . In order to analyze the data, given the diversity of theoretical and practical approaches and concepts in environmental education, we chose as a theoretical foundation critical environmental education. Considering the techniques used in the methodological procedures of qualitative research in education, we elected, as a tool to collect information, content analysis. The results presented in this paper indicate the need to break the dichotomy between form (practice) and content (theory) in the environmental educational process, focusing on the systematized and historically constructed contents. Thus, we consider the environmental education process analyzed involve treating form and content as a dialectic unit.
