Esta uma investigao ligada ao campo da formao continuada de professores, acerca dos sentidos que os professores bacharis e tecnlogos que atuam na educação superior do formao continuada, a partir das aes formativas desenvolvidas na Universidade Federal do Par UFPa) e no Centro Universitrio do Estado do Par (CESUPA). Os dados empricos produzidos pela anlise documental e a entrevista foram analisados a partir das bibliografias nacional e internacional consultadas, que tm uma abordagem crtica sobre o trabalho docente ao fazer um exame minucioso da profisso professor. O estudo remete compreenso da vivncia dos professores nesta formao em andamento nas duas instituies, dos efeitos que os seus modelos de formao continuada provocam no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional deles, com destaque para os sentidos e interesses anunciados por tais profissionais. A busca pela aprendizagem d indcios quando os docentes valorizam o acesso s aes formativas, precisamente os contedos que possam sustentar a sua prtica pedaggica. Do estudo depreendo que a formao continuada uma arena heterognea, pouco unificada e que responde a finalidades diversas. No podemos lhe atribuir uma idia salvacionista, em que os professores aprendero como fazer tudo diferente e correto com a formao, mas sim como uma interveno de atitude crtica sobre as suas prticas pedaggicas e de (re) construo permanente de uma identidade pessoal e profissional docente, em interao mtua.

The goal of this study was to identify some of the new responsibilities that have been assigned to the elementary school teachers , under the mediation of continuing education courses . We start from the idea that these courses , especially those offered by the SECADI, are proposed teachers and aims to train them for a performance at school that exceeds the activity of teaching in the classroom . The teacher has been summoned to attend these courses in which is prepared to act on school performing tasks rather related to the care of students than teaching , assisting them in their basic needs such as health, protection, inclusion and human rights. Asked ourselves if there was a reconfiguration of the responsibilities of education professionals in order to make use of oneself given by the State. We chose as sources of research documents the SECADI such as legislation , manuals and instructional materials that will proceed to the analysis , in each course , the target populations privileged , purpose, remuneration and certification , pre - requirements to participate in the courses and duration ; partnerships involved if the courses are face , semi-distance or distance ; activities that teacher should develop in school after completion of the courses ; loads hourly . We will seek to analyze the documents and materials of School programs that Protects, School Health Program , Network Education for Diversity. The theoretical and methodological framework is dialectical and historical materialism, from assumptions which we choose as the class character of society in capitalism and alienation as a phenomenon that affects the work in all its manifestations . Thus , our general hypothesis is that the enrichment tasks of teachers in public schools can contribute to basic disposition Teacher education

With the purpose to contribute to the construction of quality indicators in human resources management, this study aimed at identifying, from the perspective of nurse managers, essential elements in the composition of indicators for evaluating human resources management in nursing. To that end, phenomenology was adopted as the theoretical methodological framework for this qualitative investigation, in which ten nurses performing in teaching or care provision at a university hospital participated. Following approval by the Committee of Ethics in Research and the subjects consent, interviews were performed from September 2005 to July 2006. The analysis enabled the recovery of the following topics Professional education, Training multiprofessional nursing teams and Institutional training conditions in the Permanent Education category and topics Actions that favor participant management and Team work in the Participant Management category. In its conclusion, the study considers the findings to allow identify elements constituting quality indicators in human resources management.
