The origin of cytoskeleton and the origin of relevant intracellular transportation system are big problems for understanding the emergence of eukaryotic cells. The present article summarized relevant information of evidences and molecular traces on the origin of actin, tubulin, the chaperonin system for folding them, myosins, kinesins, axonemal dyneins and cytoplasmic dyneins. On this basis the authors proposed a series of works, which should be done in the future, and indicated the ways for reaching the targets. These targets are mainly: 1) the reconstruction of evolutionary path from MreB protein of archaeal ancestor of eukaryotic cells to typical actin; 2) the finding of the MreB or MreB-related proteins in crenarchaea and using them to examine J. A. Lake's hypothesis on the origin of eukaryote from "eocytes" (crenarchaea); 3) the examinations of the existence and distribution of cytoskeleton made of MreB-related protein within coccoid archaea, especially in amoeboid archaeon Thermoplasm acidophilum; 4) using Thermoplasma as a model of archaeal ancestor of eukaryotic cells; 5) the searching for the homolog of ancestral dynein in present-day living archaea. During the writing of this article, Margulis' famous spirochaete hypothesis on the origin of flagella and cilia was unexpectedly involved and analyzed from aspects of tubulins, dyneins and spirochaetes. Actually, spirochaete cannot be reasonably assumed as the ectosymbiotic ancestor of eukaryotic flagella and cilia, since their swing depends upon large amount of bacterial flagella beneath the flexible outer wall, but not depends upon their intracellular tubules and the assumed dyneins. In this case, if they had "evolved" into cilia and lost their bacterial flagella, they would immediately become immobile! In fact, tubulin and dynein-like proteins have not been found in any spirochaete.

Hybrid nanostructured materials can exhibit different properties than their constituent components, and can enable decoupled engineering of energy conversion and transport functions. Novel means of building hybrid assemblies of crystalline C 60 and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are presented, wherein aligned CNT films direct the crystallization and orientation of C 60 rods from solution. In these hybrid films, the C 60 rods are oriented parallel to the direction of the CNTs throughout the thickness of the film. High-resolution imaging shows that the crystals incorporate CNTs during growth, yet grazing-incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXD) shows that the crystal structure of the C 60 rods is not perturbed by the CNTs. Growth kinetics of the C 60 rods are enhanced 8-fold on CNTs compared to bare Si, emphasizing the importance of the aligned, porous morphology of the CNT films as well as the selective surface interactions between C 60 and CNTs. Finally, it is shown how hybrid C 60-CNT films can be integrated electrically and employed as UV detectors with a high photoconductive gain and a responsivity of 10 5 A W -1 at low biases (± 0.5 V). The finding that CNTs can induce rapid, directional crystallization of molecules from solution may have broader implications to the science and applications of crystal growth, such as for inorganic nanocrystals, proteins, and synthetic polymers. © 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. <正> 关于鱼类单倍体育种,近年来很多遗传工作者利用辐射处理的方法(~60Co-r射线、X-射线、紫外线等)成功地获得了人工雌核发育鱼。但直到目前为止,鱼类雄核发育的研究资料却非常罕见。本研究采用不同剂量的~60Co-Υ射线处理几种鱼的成熟卵,再以正常精子诱发雄核发育,其结果予以报道。

<正> 一、引言据报导,低等生物对电离輻射的敏感性是很低的。在太平洋原子弹爆炸后,对海藻的調查,发現这些低等植物仍然非常繁茂,而且很少有异常現象。是否所有藻类均有这情况,到目前为丘,仅有波恩哈姆(K.Bonham)和帕兰姆博(R.Palumbo),哥德沃德(M.B.E.Gordward),基勒(M.M.R.Gilet)和奥贊德(P.Ozenda)以及方宗熙等为数不多的报告。

The guided modes of a two-dimensional photonic crystal straight waveguide and a waveguide bend are studied in order to find the high transmission mechanism for the waveguide bend. We find that high transmission occurs when the mode patterns and wave numbers match, while the single-mode condition in the waveguide bend is not necessarily required. According to the mechanism, a simply modified bend structure with broad high transmission band is proposed. The bandwidth is significantly increased from 19 to 116 nm with transmission above 90%, and covers the entire C band of optical communication.

在系统总结我国近60年土壤侵蚀科学研究取得的成就的基础上,通过分析与整合,重点介绍全国土壤侵蚀时空特征与动态变化、土壤侵蚀过程及其调控机制、黄河泥沙来源与粗泥沙集中来源区的界定、风力侵蚀机制及沙漠化防治、侵蚀环境演变与调控等5个对土壤侵蚀学科发展有重大意义的进展,提出了我国土壤侵蚀学科亟待加强的3个领域。

辽东栎是我国暖温带落叶阔叶林地带的优势乔木树种之一。通过26年的定位监测,对子午岭辽东栎林种子质量消减、种子萌发与环境条件、实生苗时空分布动态以及对其森林更新的影响等方面进行了初步探讨。结果表明:辽东栎林在子午岭半阳坡、半阴坡和阴坡3种类型中,平均完好种子占种子总数的26.65%;霉变种子占18.72%;动物取食虫蛀种子在阴坡远高于半阴坡和半阳坡,占到种子总数的26.32%;已发芽的种子占其总数的28.31%,且半阴坡>半阳坡>阴坡。每年均有大量种子生产,但在生境与动物的共同作用下,种子数量和质量受到很大影响,多达73.35%的种子失去生命力,直接影响实生苗的形成;地表覆盖物虽能促进种子的快速发芽,但对成苗却是一个物理障碍,影响是负作用的,主要影响因子是地表覆盖物的厚度和含水量;在辽东栎林下虽有一定的实生幼苗分布,但数量极少,平均密度仅为140~120株/hm2,且不同立地条件差异显著,严重影响森林的天然更新。

C-60 Single crystals grown by a single-temperature-gradient technique were characterized by synchrotron radiation white beam x-ray topography and x-ray double crystal diffraction with Cu K-alpha 1 radiation on conventional x-ray source. The results show that the crystal is rather well crystallized, The x-ray topographies give an evidence of dendritic growth mechanism of C-60 Single crystal, and x-ray double crystal diffraction rocking curve shows that there are mosaic structural defects in the sample. A phase transition st 249+/-1.5% K from a simple cubic to a face centered cubic structure is confirmed by in situ observation of synchrotron radiation white beam x-ray topography with the temperature varing from 230 to 295 K.

设计并制备了980 nm高量子效率和极低光损耗的激光二极管(LD)外延材料和器件。微通道封装1 cm激光二极管阵列在连续(CW)工作条件下最大电光效率达到60.0%,相应的斜率效率和输出光功率分别为1.1 W/A和38.2 W。测试得到外延材料的内损耗系数和内量子效率分别为0.58 cm~(-1)和91.6%。测试分析表明,器件电光效率的提高主要在于新型的InGaAs/GaAsP应变补偿量子阱和大光腔结构设计。

应用光纤列阵耦合方式,对大功率半导体激光器线列阵输出光束的快轴方向用一根柱透镜准直,准直后的光速耦合到光纤列阵中,实现出纤功率为60瓦的大功率半导体激光二极管线列阵光纤耦合效率大于80%,光纤的数值孔径NA为0.11。
