用~(13)C-NMR方法研完了不同配料比的丁二烯-异戊二烯本体共聚和溶液共聚物的结构,定量计算出了共聚物二元组的浓度和数均序列长度,采用T(?)DO″S法计算出了本体共聚和溶液共聚的竞聚率,并证明各种共聚产物的序列分布都服从一级Markov统计模型。

采用重稀土离子(Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb)研究了水溶液中L-精氨酸的构象。结果表明,距稀土配位中心4个或4个键以上的配体核的接触位移都很小,在稀土离子附近的配体核具有显著的接触位移。通过对配体磁性核结构因子的实验值进行模拟,建立了水溶液中L-精氨酸的整体构象。在L-精氨酸稀土配合物中,配体的羧基与稀土离子配位,配体的骨架结构位于稀土离子的零偶极位移锥面的外侧。对于羧基的双齿配位模式,计算得到的RE~(3+)-O键长为0.21nm。在溶液中配体以伸展状态存在,分子骨架呈全反式构象。

本文应用取代基效应方法研究了氯化聚乙烯~(13)C NMR谱的归属。讨论了它的链结构并指出中氯含量氯化聚乙烯的结构特征是分子链中出现1,2-二氯乙烷式的结构,从氯化聚乙烯的~(13)C谱中归纳出取代基参数,发现氯含量和温度的改变对取代基参数没有明显的影响。而在溶剂ODCB中加入C_2Cl_4后,取代基参数S_1减小0.48ppm。文章最后研究了氯化聚乙烯的序列分布,讨论了氯含量对序列结构的影响。

本文用~(13)C-NMR研究了异戊二烯(IP)在均相催化剂(CF_3CO_2)_2LnCl·EtOH—(i-Bu)AlH—o-C_6D_4Cl_2作用下的聚合过程。单体首先被活化同稀土配位生成η~4-IP稀土配合物(反式和顺式),然后η~4-IP的C-3和C-4插入Ln-H键生成η~3-烯丙基稀土配合物——η~3-(2-甲基)丁烯基稀土配合物(同式和对式)。二维~(13)C-NMR交换谱表明η~4-IP和0η~3-烯丙基的每对异构体在常温下分别进行慢交换反应(互变异构),这一过程使插入反应在常温下得以进行。

在1,2-聚丁二烯链分子中,导致仲碳(—CH_2—)谱峰分裂的原因是存在着两种gauche排列。在这样一个复杂体系中,由于主链仲碳与叔碳的gauche排列占有重要的位置,因此主链叔碳对化学位移的贡献对于仲碳谱有着决定性的影响。相比之下,乙烯基的贡献要小得多。两种贡献分别是γ_1=—6.37——6.41ppm与γ_2=0.0——1.56ppm。在不计入侧基的影响或同时考虑乙烯基的贡献这两种情况下,均方误差MSE分别是0.166×10~(-2)和0.364×10~(-2)ppm~2。本文同时讨论了模型链的种类、链长以及温度对键概率的影响。并指出有个别反常的情况发生。文中还对间同1,2-聚丁二烯的链结构进行了分析。

本文测定了一系列具有不同微观结构的1,2-聚丁二烯样品在四种溶剂的50.3MHz ~(13)C自旋-晶格弛豫时间(T_1)和核Overhauser效应(NOE)值。并用Schaefer logx~2相关时间分布模型对实验数据进行了拟合。研究了1,2-聚丁二烯在溶液中的~(13)C-NMR弛豫的溶剂效应及其与结构的关系。发现聚合物与溶剂的溶解度参数之差△δ越大,聚合物在溶液中协同链段运动趋向越明显,~(13)C自旋-晶格弛豫速率(1/T_1)越大;1,2-链节较少,分子链较柔顺时,~(13)C-NMR弛豫受溶剂影响较显著。NMR弛豫参数对结构变化的反应在良溶剂中比在不良溶剂中敏感。

本文测量了在7种不同稀土离子(La~(3+)、Pr~(3+)、Nd~(3+)、Dy~(3+)、Ho~(3+)、Er~(3+)和Tm~(3+))的水溶液中蛋氨酸~(13)C稀土诱导位移。利用稀土诱导位移对蛋氨酸稀土配合物构象的模拟结果表明,蛋氨酸通过离子化的羧基与稀土离子配位,Ln~(3+)—O长度为2.7A在配合物中,蛋氨酸以伸展状态存在,C_0-C_α-C_β-C_γ和C_α-C_β-C_γ-S成反式构象,C_β-C_γ-S-C_δ成旁式构象。根据稀土诱导位移方法建立的构象模型符合~1H邻位质子偶合常数和~(13)C顺磁弛豫速率的结果。

This article describes a solid-state NMR (SSNMR) investigation of the influence of hydration and chemical cross-linking on the molecular dynamics of the constituents of the bovine pericardium (BP) tissues and its relation to the mechanical properties of the tissue. Samples of natural phenetylamine-diepoxide (DE)- and glutaraldehyde (GL)-fixed BP were investigated by (13)C cross-polarization SSNMR to probe the dynamics of the collagen, and the results were correlated to the mechanical properties of the tissues, probed by dynamical mechanical analysis. For samples of natural BP, the NMR results show that the higher the hydration level the more pronounced the molecular dynamics of the collagen backbone and sidechains, decreasing the tissue`s elastic modulus. In contrast, in DE- and GL-treated samples, the collagen molecules are more rigid, and the hydration seems to be less effective in increasing the collagen molecular dynamics and reducing the mechanical strength of the samples. This is mostly attributed to the presence of cross-links between the collagen plates, which renders the collagen mobility less dependent on the water absorption in chemically treated samples. The impact of human activity on the sediments of Todos os Santos Bay in Brazil was evaluated by elemental analysis and (13)C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance ((13)C NMR). This article reports a study of six sediment cores collected at different depths and regions of Todos os Santos Bay. The elemental profiles of cores collected on the eastern side of Frades Island suggest an abrupt change in the sedimentation regime. Auto-regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) analysis corroborates this result. The range of depths of the cores corresponds to about 50 years ago, coinciding with the implantation of major onshore industrial projects in the region. Principal Component Analysis of the (13)C NMR spectra clearly differentiates sediment samples closer to the Subae estuary, which have high contents of terrestrial organic matter, from those closer to a local oil refinery. The results presented in this article illustrate several important aspects of environmental impact of human activity on this bay. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

13C NMR spin–lattice relaxation times T1 are used to investigate the effect of low molecular weight diluents, including N,N-dimethylformamide, N-methylformamide, propylene carbonate, γ-butyrolactone, triglyme and tetraglyme, on the local polymer segmental motion in polyether–urethane networks. In all cases, an increase in the local mobility is deduced from the increasing T1 measurements consistent with a decreasing glass transition temperature. The extent of plasticization, however, is dependent on the nature of the small molecules. Those molecules which can either form strong polymer-diluent interactions (for example through dipolar interactions) or are themselves rigid, give the least enhancement of polymer mobility and the greatest deviation from the Fox equation for Tg. In the presence of alkali metal salts, N,N-dimethylformamide and propylene carbonate are shown to have opposite effects on the local polymer motion, as seen from the T1 measurements. In both cases, addition of the plasticizers increases the 13C T1 relaxation times for the plasticizer. However, propylene carbonate decreases the polymer 13C T1 whilst N,N-dimethylformamide results in the expected increase in polymer 13C T1.

Structural characterization by NMR spectroscopy and DFT calculations was performed for two dimeric naptho-gamma-pyrones, the polyketides Aurasperone A and Fonsecinone A. Experimental data ((13)C NMR chemical shifts and interatomic geometries) were found to be in reasonable agreement with theoretical ones, obtained at B3LYP level for three different basis sets (6-31G/6-31G(d)/6-31G(d,p)). Additionally, the dipolar moments calculation allowed explaining the different solubility for these molecules. The (13)C NMR theoretical chemical shifts were calculated with the GIAO method and the solvent effects were taken into account by means of the PCM approximation. In this work, the DFT/GIAO methodology shows to be a reliable tool in the assignment of experimental NMR chemical shifts of similar molecules. (C) 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
