本文研究了两个CSP问题:SAT(SATisfiability problem)和DSOLS(DoublySelf-Orthogonal Latin Squares)。

Bacteriorhodopsin (BR) films oriented by an electrophoretic method are deposited on a transparent conductive ITO glass. A counterelectrode of copper and gelose gel is used to compose a sandwich-type photodetector with the structure of ITO/BR film/gelose gel/Cu. A single 30-ps laser pulse and a mode-locked pulse train are respectively used to excite the BR photodetector. The ultrafast failing edge and the bipolar response signal are measured by the digital oscilloscope under seven different time ranges. Marquardt nonlinear least squares fitting is used to fit all the experimental data and a good fitting equation is found to describe the kinetic process of the photoelectric signal. Data fitting resolves six exponential components that can be assigned to a seven-step BR photocycle model: BR-->K-->KL-->L-->M-->N-->O-->BR. Comparing tests of the BR photodetector with a 100-ps Si PIN photodiode demonstrates that this type of BIR photocletector has at least 100-ps response time and can also serve as a fast photoelectric switch. Absorption spectra of YAlO3:Nd for the three crystallographic axes are investigated at room temperature, The spectral strengths indicate that the absorption coefficient of YAlO3:Nd is anisotropic. The anisotropy of the local electric field acting on the rare-earth ion in a laser crystal is considered, An extended Judd-Ofelt theory is applied to calculate the absorption cross sections and oscillator strengths of the electric-dipole transitions in the different principal directions. Three groups of the phenomenological parameters are derived from a least-squares-fitting procedure. We also analyze theoretically the anisotropy of the optical absorption of YAlO3:Nd crystal in detail. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.

The proton radioactivity half-lives of spherical proton emitters are calculated by the cluster model with the contribution of a centrifugal potential barrier considered separately. The results are compared with the experimental data and other theoretical data, and good agreement is found for most nuclei. In addition, two formulae are proposed for the proton decay half-life of spherical proton emitters through the least squares fit to the experimental data available, and could reproduce the experimental half-lives successfully.

The dinuclear system model has been further developed by introducing the barrier distribution function method in the process of heavy-ion capture and fusion to synthesize superheavy nuclei. The capture of two colliding nuclei, formation and de-excitation process of compound nucleus are decribed by using empirical coupled channel model, solving master equation numerically and statistical evaporation model, respectively. Within the framework of the dinuclear system model, the fusion-evaporation excitation functions of the systems Ca-48(Am-243, 3n-5n) (288-286)115 and Ca-48(Cm-248, 3n-5n)(293-291)116 are calculated, which are used for synthesizing new superheavy nuclei at Dubna in recent years. Isotopic dependence of production cross sections with double magic nucleus Ca-48 bombarding actinide targets U, Np, Pu, Am, Cm to synthesize superheavy nuclei with charged numbers Z=112-116 is analyzed systematically. Based on these analysis, the optimal projectile-target combination and the optimal excitation energy are proposed. It is shown that shell correction energy and neutron separation energy will play an important role on the isotopic dependence of production cross sections of superheavy nuclei.

The axially deformed relativistic mean field theory is applied to study the isotope shift of charge distributions of odd-Z Pr isotope chain. The nuclear structure associated with the shell and the isotope effect is investigated. The mechanism of link in the isotope shift at the neutron magic number N = 82 is revealed to be dependent on the neutron energy level structure at the Fermi energy, demonstrating that the spin-orbit coupling interaction and p-n attraction are well described by the relativistic mean field theory.

The barrier distribution function method is introduced in the dinuclear system model in the calculation of the transmission probability, which is the first stage in the synthesis of superheavy nuclei. Dynamical deformation and averaging collision orientations are considered in the calculation of the fusion probability by solving master equation numerically. Survival probability with respect to xn evaporation channel (x = 1-5) in the de-excitation process of the thermal compound nucleus is calculated, in which the level density of the Fermi-gas model is used. Production cross sections of a series of superheavy nuclei formed in the reactions taken magic and deformed nuclei as target in Ca-48 induced reactions are studied systematically. The calculated results are in good agreement with available experimental data. Isotopic dependence of the production cross sections in the reactions Ca-48 + Pu is analyzed.

The properties of nuclei belonging to the newly observed a-decay chain starting from (265)Bh have been studied. The axially deformed relativistic mean-field calculation with the force NL-Z2 has been performed in the blocked BCS approximation. Some ground state properties such as binding energies, deformations, spins, and parities, as well as Q-values of the alpha-decay for this decay chain have been calculated and compared with known experimental data. Good agreement is found. The single-particle spectrum of the nucleus (265)Bh is studied and some new magic numbers are found, while the magnitudes of the shell gaps in superheavy nuclei are much smaller than those of nuclei before the actinium region, and the Fermi surfaces are close to the continuum. Thus the superheavy nuclei are usually not stable. The alpha-decay lifetimes in the (265)Bh decay chain are evaluated by different formulae, and compared with experimental data. The methods which give good agreement with the data are selected.

The axially deformed relativistic mean field theory with the force NLSH has been performed in the blocked BCS approximation to investigate the proper-ties and structure of N=Z nuclei from Z=20 to Z=48. Some ground state quantities such as binding energies, quadrupole deformations, one/two-nucleon separation energies, root-mean-squaxe (rms) radii of charge and neutron, and shell gaps have been calculated. The results suggest that large deformations can be found in medium-heavy nuclei with N=Z=38-42. The charge and neutron rms radii increase rapidly beyond the magic number N=Z=28 until Z=42 with increasing nucleon number, which is similar to isotope shift, yet beyond Z=42, they decrease dramatically as the structure changes greatly from Z=42 to Z=43. The evolution of shell gaps with proton number Z can be clearly observed. Besides the appearance of possible new shell closures, some conventional shell closures have been found to disappear in some region. In addition, we found that the Coulomb interaction is not strong enough to breakdown the shell structure of protons in the current region.

The deformed doubly magic nucleus (270)Hs has so far only been observed as the four-neutron (4n) evaporation residue of the reaction Mg-26+Cm-248, where a maximum cross section of 3 pb was measured. Theoretical studies on the formation of (270)Hs in the 4n evaporation channel of fusion reactions with different entrance channel asymmetry in the framework of a two-parameter Smoluchowski equation predict that the reactions Ca-48+Ra-226 and S-36+U-238 result in higher cross sections due to lower reaction Q values, in contrast to simple arguments based on the reaction asymmetry, which predict opposite trends. Calculations using HIVAP predict cross sections for the reaction S-36+U-238 that are similar to those of the Mg-26+Cm-248 reaction. Here, we report on the first measurement of evaporation residues formed in the complete nuclear fusion reaction S-36+U-238 and the observation of (270)Hs, which is produced in the 4n evaporation channel, with a measured cross section of 0.8(-0.7)(+2.6) pb at 51-MeV excitation energy. The one-event cross-section limits (68% confidence level) for the 3n, 4n, and 5n evaporation channels at 39-MeV excitation energy are 2.9 pb, while the cross-section limits of the 3n and 5n channel at 51 MeV are 1.5 pb. This is significantly lower than the 5n cross section of the Mg-26+Cm-248 reaction at similar excitation energy.

In terms of single-atom induced dipole moment by Lewenstein model, we present the macroscopic high-order harmonic generation from mixed He and Ne gases with different mixture ratios by solving three-dimensional Maxwell's equation of harmonic field. And then we show the validity of mixture formulation by Wagner et al. [Phys. Rev. A 76 (2007) 061403(R)] in macroscopic response level. Finally, using least squares fitting we retrieve the electron return time of short trajectory by formulation in Kanai et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 98 (2007) 153904] when the gas jet is put after the laser focus.

The heat capacities (C-p) of three types of gasohol (which consisted of 20 wt % ethanol and 80 wt % unleaded gasoline 93(#) (system S1), 30 wt % ethanol and 70 wt % unleaded gasoline 931 (system S2), 40 wt % ethanol and 60 wt % unleaded gasoline 930 (system S3), where "93(#)" denotes the octane number) were measured by adiabatic calorimetry in the temperature range of 80320 K. A glass transition was observed at 94.24, 95.15, and 95.44 K for system S1, S2, and S3, respectively. A solid-solid phase transition and solid-liquid phase transition were observed at 135.18 and 151.30 K for system S1, 131.82 and 152.10 K for system S2, and 121.29 and 155.09 K for S3, respectively. The polynomial equations for C, with respect to the thermodynamic temperature (T), and with respect to the content of ethanol (x), were established through the least-squares fitting. The thermodynamic functions and the excess thermodynamic functions of the three samples were derived using these thermodynamic relationships and equations.

Low-temperature heat capacities of the 9-fluorenemethanol (C14H12O) have been precisely measured with a small sample automatic adiabatic calorimeter over the temperature range between T = 78 K and T = 390 K. The solid-liquid phase transition of the compound has been observed to be T-fus = (376.567 +/- 0.012) K from the heat-capacity measurements. The molar enthalpy and entropy of the melting of the substance were determined to be Delta(fus)H(m) = (26.273 +/- 0.013) kJ (.) mol(-1) and Delta(fus)S(m) = (69.770 +/- 0.035) J (.) K-1 (.) mol(-1). The experimental values of molar heat capacities in solid and liquid regions have been fitted to two polynomial equations by the least squares method. The constant-volume energy and standard molar enthalpy of combustion of the compound have been determined, Delta(c)U(C14H12O, s) = -(7125.56 +/- 4.62) kJ (.) mol(-1) and Delta(c)H(m)degrees(C14H12O, s) = -(7131.76 +/- 4.62) kJ (.) mol(-1), by means of a homemade precision oxygen-bomb combustion calorimeter at T = (298.15 +/- 0.001) K. The standard molar enthalpy of formation of the compound has been derived, Delta(f)H(m)degrees (C14H12O, s) = -(92.36 +/- 0.97) kJ (.) mol(-1), from the standard molar enthalpy of combustion of the compound in combination with other auxiliary thermodynamic quantities through a Hess thermochemical cycle. Post-steam-treatment is a facile and effective method for improving the catalytic performances of Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts in methane dehydroaromatization under nonoxidative conditions. The treatment can enhance the stability of the catalyst and also give a higher methane conversion and a higher yield of light aromatics, as well as a decrease in the formation rate of carbonaceous deposits. (27)Al, (29)Si, and (1)H multinuclear magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis measurements as well as catalytic reaction evaluations were employed to conduct comparative studies on the properties of the catalysts before and after the post-steam-treatment. The results revealed that the number of free Bronsted acid sites per unit cell decreased, while more Mo species migrated into the HZSM-5 channels for the 6Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts after the post-steam-treatment. In addition, the average pore diameter was also larger for the post-steam-treated catalysts, and this was advantageous for mass transport of the reaction products. However, a severe post-steam-treatment, i.e., with longer treating time, of the 6Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst will lead to the formation of the Al(2)(MoO(4))(3) phases, which is detrimental to the reaction.
