As concepções infantis sobre a escrita reveladas em ditados e textos redigidos a partir de leituras feitas pelo professor

A leitura e a escrita assumem papel fundamental na vida em sociedade. Em busca de meios para permitir igualdade de condições de ensino, mudanças curriculares têm sido feitas nas escolas públicas do Estado de São Paulo. Hoje, com a obrigatoriedade do Ensino Fundamental, as escolas públicas se deparam com uma dificuldade: grande diversidade de alunos, difícil de ser atendida plenamente. Esta dificuldade manifesta-se no processo de alfabetização. Cada aluno possui mecanismos próprios de aprendizagem, mas muitas vezes, em meio às circunstâncias, eles são tratados da mesma forma, como iguais. Como parte do projeto Bolsa Escola Pública e Universidade na Alfabetização, esta pesquisa focaliza as produções de 23 alunos matriculados no segundo ano de uma escola estadual para comparar a escrita apresentada pelas crianças em ditados, e em textos por elas produzidos a partir de histórias lidas.

Significados e expectativas de crianças das camadas populares em relação à escolarização

Nowadays, we understand the childhood as a result of historical and social changes. This work aims to comprehend representations and expectations made by children from the popular classes in the initial years of Fundamentaql Education. We conducted a research with six students from a public school that attends children from urban popular layer's families. The research examines the meanings and representations of educational practices developed in the relationships established among teachers, students and families through their life stories. Among the results, we can say that the environment of differentiation in the school id perceived to the students because they introject teacher's representations about their performance. Scientific studies show that children crystallize a positive image of the shool when the speech and posture of the institution value and encourage learning. However, the students are challenged to produce better results in order to participate in extracurricular activities, which they are excluded todue indiscipline or learning difficulties. The mean of the schooling is highly influenced by the performance of students and also by the attitude of educators in the family and in the school. The theoretical review points out that when students have a good performance, the merit is attributed to stress and ease they have to acquire the learning contents. In other hand, struggling students or with a lag of content explains the academic problems stems from the lack of capacity and potential for acquisition of learning compatible with age, defining schooling as something necessary for training, but which is inaccessible in their life stories

Estudo da obra “Le novelle della nonna”, de Emma Perodi

O objetivo desta pesquisa é fazer uma análise da obra de Emma Perodi, “Le novelle della nonna”, relacionando-a a possíveis aspectos maravilhosos – quando estes se fizerem presentes. Busca-se encontrar o que torna essas histórias da vovó fantásticas, qual é o seu teor fantástico/maravilhoso em meio a seus enredos tradicionais, bastante ligados a cultura italiana da época, considerando, portanto, seus valores éticos, religiosos, populares – principalmente – entre outros. Além desse primeiro aspecto maravilhoso, busca-se expor as figuras recorrentes nas narrativas da vovó Regina e analisa-las, procurando desvendar o porquê de sua recorrência e qual é o seu significado dentro da estrutura narrativa em questão. Tratando da narrativa, esta terá um estudo a parte, uma vez que possui uma estrutura, no mínimo interessante, na qual se interpenetram o mundo real, onde se encontram os membros da família Marcucci, e o mundo fantástico tecido, delineado, inúmeras vezes pela figura matriarcal da avó. Esta figura matriarcal, possui suas características em particular, uma vez que desempenha muito bem o papel da narradora munida não de histórias de além mundo, como as possui um exímio viajante, mas as histórias que possui uma pessoa que muito sabe e experienciou em seu país, conhecendo, portanto, cada característica que possa descrevê-lo. Nesta obra vê-se de forma bastante clara a tradição italiana, principalmente ao trata-se da religiosidade, denominador comum em todas as histórias contadas pela vovó que trazem consigo um teor moralizante. Como se pode perceber, os aspectos desta obra são vários, mas todos culminam no ponto onde o Maravilhoso floresce e se faz notar

Personagens e espaço em romances de Aluísio Azevedo

The characters of O mulato, Casa de pensão and O cortiço, well written books by the writer Aluísio Azevedo, may be considered predominantly flat, for they were built with a single or few features. This kind of character can be even defined by the type, which represents certain dominant features (professional, psychological, cultural, economic, religious, etc.) from the diegetic universe in which the action takes place. This character subcategory is present in certain artistic periods such as Realism and Naturalism, and can be understood as the main character between the individual and the collective, between the concrete and the abstract. Yet, the social space, in the novels of the above mentioned literary movements configures itself, especially in terms of the presence and types of extras: it is about describing environments that illustrate, almost always, in a historical period context of critical intent, vices and deformations of the society, as we can see depicted in the three novels of the author. In turn, the narrative categories that most decisively influence the space representation are the instance (the narrator) and the narrative perspective (focusing). In the case of O mulato, Casa de pensão and O cortiço, the dominance is in choosing the omniscient narrator, who prefers a panoramic view, limited to an exterior and strictly objective description. The survey was developed through readings, literary cataloging and corpus discussions, with a theoretical basis determined by three dimensions: a) critical essays about the author and his works, such as those by Jean-Yves Mérian, Aluísio Azevedo, vida e obra: (1857-1913) and parts of the literature histories which deal with Naturalism, such as those by Alfredo Bosi, História concisa da literatura brasileira, b) theoretical studies about the novel character, such as those by Antonio Candido, A personagem do romance, and the romantic space ...

Relações Públicas: o articulador dos relacionamentos na cultura da convergência

The purpose of this research project is to analyze the Convergence Culture, a term coined by Henry Jenkins, to refer to the cultural transformation we are experiencing - people want to produce their own content, share their stories, expand their experiences and make connections to different platforms media. That is, individuals have changed their position once considered passive and accommodating to sustain an environment of intense involvement, construction and collective pursuit of new experiences. So that we could reach that culture converged, there was a paradigm shift from an asymmetric communication for communication increasingly bilateral. In this new scenario, communication to different audiences is based on a participatory and collaborative model in which organizations do not have absolute control over the media message. Percepções de uma pesquisadora aprendiz em busca da compreensão da escrita significativa na EJA

O estudo aqui apresentado integra o Projeto de Educação de Jovens e Adultos: práticas e desafios (PEJA), que é um projeto de extensão desenvolvido na Unesp – Rio Claro, com uma das turmas - a turma da Comunidade - que é composta, na maioria, por mulheres. Sendo a multisseriação uma característica desta turma, fazse necessário um trabalho diferenciado dos que ocorrem em escolas que tem Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) “regular”. Tendo como foco a escrita significativa e sua prática, o estudo objetivou buscar compreendê-las na visão dessas mulheres, que estão imersas na sociedade letrada. Por meio do trabalho desenvolvido nos encontros, a cada aula, com diversos tipos de textos, principalmente poemas, procurei considerar o ponto de vista das educandas, tomando como aporte metodológico o relato de alguns aspectos de suas histórias de vida; ao mesmo tempo, tais relatos eram considerados em suas possibilidades criativas para a aprendizagem e uma aproximação do que poderia ser uma escrita significativa, para as próprias mulheres. Entre os estudos teóricos que deram sustentação à pesquisa, estão escritos de Jorge Larrosa e Paulo Freire, considerando, também, outros autores. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo e teve como sujeitos participantes, educandas e educadores e a pesquisadora, aprendiz. Para desenvolver a pesquisa utilizei-me de elementos da história oral como recurso teórico-metodológico. Compõem o material de análise as produções escritas das educandas e os registros em diário de campo das atividades realizadas e observações pela pesquisadora. Como objeto de reflexão destaco dois conjuntos de atividades que nomeei de Projeto Poemas e Projeto Palavras Verdes, os quais sustentaram este trabalho. O prosumidor e as Relações Públicas na era da convergência midiática

This study supports the role of Public Relations within Organizations, inserted in the context of the media convergence age, in which all the medias complement each other and can be used together to achieve a given goal. The approach is exposed after reflection on consumers’ specificity and identity, in addition to an approach about media convergence age characteristics, such as collective intelligence, participatory culture and affective economy. Throughout this paper, it is also discussed the concept of Transmedia Storytelling and how consumers and communicators stories have become especially important in the convergence age. In this context, consumers are understood as prosumers, since they infer and influence brands, organizations or products, by using words. We showed that, because of those prosumers narratives, an organization may became susceptible to their image destruction in a short period of time or get more acceptance and profitability. Thus, Public Relations presents itself as a communication professional that can use several corporate strategies in the relationship between organizations and their different target audience

A leitura promovendo o uso adequado da variação linguística e do letramento

This Work focuses the importance of children‟s literature with the insertion of authors‟ like Aesopo, La Fontaine and Monteiro Lobato in the early years of elementary school, so that children could develop their reading that could bring reflections about the use of the language. It entends to show that books can give kids maturity to notice that when it comes to language there‟s not righ or wrong, but contexts that they should fit, in so that they can communicate and decrease the language prejudice. The authors studied in this study are the ones who study the language, the importance of children‟s literature and language prejudice at schools. This work was done through quantitative and qualitative approach, divided into 2 parts, observation and interventions, the research could be in touch with the observed class and get information about the students. Later the researcher could act by telling stories and get data. A third-grade class in a public school in the year of 2010, was observed during the internship in the early years of elementary school compared to another fourth grade class of another public school. The results and analisis oh the data show kids‟ lack of contact with an appropriate children‟s literature, like the fables which are short tales with moral and romance like Emília no País da Gramática by Monteiro Lobato, would make it difficult to learn the production of consistent texts and appropriate language in different contexts. Schools play an important role for kids to be in touch with these good books, so they should have the main role in the children‟s development and background, making them able to be aware of the importance of reading and writing in their lives. Most of the children found it difficult to write texts, but in the end they reached a god level of language related to the proposed context, writing consistent texts, but the part of children still mistake and in literacy and language adaptation

Práticas pedagógicas: contribuições para pensar em uma educação emancipadora

This research is part of the work that I developed as a student researcher participating in the project Pedagogical practice of group work at school: rescue of narrative and teachers´ knowledge. The project was developed in a Rio Claro City Public school (2010-2011).I weekly attended that school for two years, following the pedagogical work of a teacher. During this period, her practices caught my attention, especially the way that she looked at the social context and the life stories of her students. For this reason, I propose to develop a qualitative research with the objective of examining the pedagogical practice of a elementary school teacher (initial series) and understand the extent to which her practices favor the emancipation of students. I intend to extend/apply the concept of emancipation from the theoretical perspective of Paulo Freire. The data will be obtained from the following documents: my records (notebook 1-2010 and notebook 2-2011); letters elaborated by me and sent to the teacher; letters written by the teacher and sent to me; articles produced by this teacher and her work plans. Agricultura urbana com enfoque na agrobiodiversidade em uma cidade de pequeno porte do estado de São Paulo

A agricultura em ambientes urbanos (AU) é um fenômeno socioambiental crescente em todo o mundo e pode estar associada à promoção de segurança alimentar e nutricional de uma população. No Brasil, o movimento da revolução verde favoreceu a monocultura e a concentração da posse da terra, que, decorrentemente impulsionaram o êxodo rural, em que os pequenos agricultores, na busca por melhores condições de vida, se locomoveram aos centros urbanos. O município de Santa Gertrudes, localizado no interior do estado de São Paulo, apresenta 98% dos habitantes residindo na zona urbana. O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender a agricultura urbana do Município de Santa Gertrudes, abordando: o perfil dos agricultores, as suas motivações, os seus locais de plantio e suas escolhas de cultivos, enfocando principalmente em lotes vagos na malha urbana. O estudo foi realizado em três etapas a partir de uma abordagem etnobotânica: 1) mapeamento dos lotes cultivados, 2) censo que abordou as questões socioeconômicas e de cultivo e 3) estudo detalhado com uma amostra determinada aleatoriamente, que aborda as condições socioeconômicas dos agricultores, suas histórias de vida, a caracterização do ambiente de plantio e o levantamento das espécies cultivadas, a partir de um inventário, com ênfase em raízes e tubérculos. Para o levantamento dos mesmos utilizou-se de entrevistas estruturadas e semi-estruturadas. As análises dos dados foram realizadas de maneira descritiva. Foram encontrados 52 lotes cultivados, destes, 43 participaram do censo e 20 da amostra. Os agricultores são representados principalmente por homens, a maioria é idosa e migrante de zonas rurais e grande parcela destes é oriunda do estado de Minas Gerais. O palco dos excluídos: os bastidores e personagens do Albergue Noturno de Bauru

The “Albergue Noturno de Bauru” (Night Shelter of Bauru) is a social assistance entity mantained by the “Centro Espírita Amor e Caridade (CEAC)” in partnership with the “Secretaria do Bem Estar Social (SEBES)”, that aims to temporarily shelter migrants in town and people in homeless situation. Every day, about 50 people look for the Shelter, because of several reasons. Opened in 1951, the entity – the only public service that offers overnight stay in town - surpassed social transformations over the years and never stopped its work. With the opening of its new headquarters in July 2011, it also began to develop a systematic monitoring of some sheltered people, looking for the reintegration of them into the social context. All this work has made the Night Shelter accumulate many stories, especially from those people who have gone through or are still in it. Thus, this paper aims to present, through a non-fiction novel, this scenario, exposing the history and functioning of the Bauru Night Shelter, while exposing the lives of different people who are part of this universe. Through the monitoring of several night shifts, narrated in diary format, it was possible to understand how the service started, the dilemmas involved in their development and how sheltered and volunteers build this reality.

This paper concentrates on the analysis of how, through the narrative elements, as narrator, characters and story, Guimarães Rosa builds the theme of justice in tales of Sagarana. While all the collection is taken into consideration, we emphasize in the study: O burrinho pedrês, Duelo, São Marcos, Corpo Fechado, Conversa de bois and A hora e vez de Augusto Matraga . O fantástico em Coraline: uma análise semiótica

The English writer Neil Gaiman has a varied background in various genres of literature and comics. His novel Coraline (2002) was considered a bestseller and received numerous adaptations, including versions for the comics (U.S., 2008, illustrated by P. Craig Russelle) and for a musical off Broadway (USA, 2009). The object of analysis chosen for this research was the adaptation of Coraline for film, Coraline (U.S., 2009), stop motion animation directed by Henry Selick. In the eyes of the general public the film stands out for being an engaging animation. Under a closer look, Coraline becomes a valuable object of study that incorporated the technique of stop motion at the same time that modernized the fantastic genre, usually directed to children and youth, but in that case, reaches many audiences. The objective of this research is to analyze the animation based on theory of origin greimasian, focusing on the narrative that constitutes the fantastic genre in order to infer the regularities of genrer and the specificities of audiovisual product
