藓纲包括 3个亚纲 (Brotherus ,192 4~ 192 5) ,泥炭藓亚纲、黑藓亚纲 ,真藓亚纲 ,全世界约 10 0个科 ,近 80 0属 ,约 150 0 0种。藓类的传孢类型和藓类植物系统演化有密切关系。我们认为传孢不同类型 ,直接反映了他们的演化程度。我们根据藓类孢子体的分化、蒴齿分化与其机能 ,分为 5种传孢类型。即腐媒传孢型 ,风媒传孢型 ,汽 -风媒传孢型 ,水媒传孢型 ,和虫媒传孢型等 5种。根据它们的演化程度比较 ,我们提出了一个以科为单位的演化系统表。

本文于2000年7月,在实验室模拟条件下,以长白山阔叶红松林鲜土壤为对象,采用正交试验设计法对土壤进行培养实验,研究了影响土壤N2O排放和CH4吸收的主要因素。考察了温度、水分、pH值、NH4+及NO3-五因素对森林土壤N2O排放和CH4吸收的影响。实验结果显示:在本试验设计的因素、水平条件下,N2O排放速率、CH4吸收速率二者均与土壤pH值和温度这两个因素呈显著正相关。并且N2O排放速率与CH4吸收速率间呈显著线性正相关关。

描述中国云南产地萼苔科1新种:云南裂萼苔Chiloscyphus yunnanensisC.Gao&Y.H.Wu,本种与Chiloscyphus ciliola(Nees)Gott.相似,但本种植物体紫红色,柔弱,易碎,叶细胞薄壁,三角体不明显等,与其有明显区别。

对中国东北北部 2 2个县市黑土可能发生重金属污染的污染源进行了系统调查 ;对土壤样品中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn进行检测分析 ,4种重金属的检出范围依次为 0 0 1 3— 2 31mg kg ,1 0 5 2— 5 7 48mg kg ,42 1 3— 2 2 7 1 0mg kg和 9 95— 46 1 8mg kg .结合单污染指数评价法和表底土比较 2种方法进行污染评判 ,结果表明 ,土壤样品中重金属Cd的污染最为明显 ,其污染多集中在中度和重度水平 .对于重金属Pb、Zn和Cu的污染用单污染指数评判没有准确反映污染的真实情况 ,同时说明不同评判方法的精确性有较大的差距 .用表底土比较法对Pb、Cu、Zn 3种重金属进行评判 ,发现其在采样区域的污染水平仍非常明显 ,依次有 5 7 1 %,2 1 0 %和 5 3 3%的表土样品受到这 3种重金属不同程度的污染 .大部分受到污染的土壤样点大多集中在市内工业区附近土壤和城乡结合部菜地

论文通过财政转移支付制度的案例研究 ,分析了我国区域政策的调控效应。认为现行财政转移支付制度虽存在不足 ,但对调控区域经济仍然发挥了积极作用。首先 ,财政转移支付很大程度上缓解了欠发达地区的财政困难。其次 ,财政转移支付与大多数地区经济增长的相关性较强。目前欠发达地区财政转移支付对地区经济增长的带动作用低于发达地区 ,与各区域所处的经济发展阶段和资金投向有关。第三 ,财政转移支付对欠发达地区城镇居民收入的提高起到了较大的作用

p21(Waf1/Cip1), best known as a broad-specificity inhibitor of cyclin/cyclin-dependent kinase complexes, can interact with various target proteins, and this ability relies on its structural plasticity. Therefore, studies on the structural properties of p(21) are very important to understand its structure-function relationship. However, detailed studies on its secondary structure and biophysical properties have been comparatively sparse. A human p(21) gene was cloned into the temperature expression vector pBV220 and transformed into Escherichia coli strain JM109.

以邻菲咯啉(简称Phen)为配体、异辛酸铬(简称Cr)-三异丁基铝(简称Al)为催化剂、己烷为溶剂合成1,2-聚丁二烯,考察了Phen和Al用量以及聚合温度对1,2-聚丁二烯微观结构及其相对分子质量的影响。结果表明,低相对分子质量聚合物是Cr和Al作用的结果,高相对分子质量聚合物是Cr、Phen和Al作用的结果;在Phen/Cr(摩尔比)为1.0、Al/Cr(摩尔比)为20、聚合温度为50℃的条件下,Cr-Phen-Al催化剂具有高活性,可得到1,2-结构摩尔分数约为50%、相对分子质量呈双峰分布、间同度为28%的聚丁二烯。

The oxidation of formic acid at the Pd/C catalyst electrode is a completely irreversible kinetic process with the reaction order of 1.0. The oxidation rate of formic acid is increased with increasing the concentration of formic acid and is decreased with increasing H+ concentration. The apparent negative reaction order with respect to H+ is about -0.18 or -0.04 in H2SO4 or HClO4 solution respectively, because bisulfate anions would inhibit formic acid oxidation at some extent. The kinetic parameters, charge transfer coefficient and the diffusion coefficient of formic acid were obtained under the quasi steady-state conditions.

This review covers recent advances in synthesis and electrochemical applications of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). Described approaches include the synthesis of AuNPs via designing and choosing new protecting ligands; and applications in electrochemistry of AuNPs including AuNPs-based bioelectrochemical sensors, such as direct electrochemistry of redox-proteins, genosensors and immunosensors, and AuNPs as enhancing platform for electrocatalysis and electrochemical sensors.

Icosahedral quasicrystalline Ti45Zr35Ni17Cu3 alloy powder was ball-milled with 20 mass% Ni, and the effect of the ball-milling time (t) on crystallographic and electrochemical characteristics were investigated. The amounts of icosahedral quasicrystalline and Ni phases decreased when ball-milling time increased from 30 to 180 min. The powder consisted of amorphous and (Ni and Ti) phases after 360 min of ball-milling. The maximum discharge capacity of the powder electrodes first increased from 89 (t = 0 min) to 192 mAh g(-1) (t = 180 min), and then decreased to 138 mAh g(-1) (t = 360 min). The high-rate dischargeability and the discharge capacity after 15 cycles increased with increasing ball-milling time.

采用纳米微粒直接分散法合成了纳米 Ce O2 /阴离子聚氨酯复合材料 ,粘度分析表明 ,随着纳米Ce O2 含量的增加 ,复合材料的粘度降低 ;FT- IR分析表明 ,Ce O2 的吸收峰出现蓝移现象 ;TEM和光散射粒径分析表明 ,复合粒子仍以纳米量级存在 ,平均粒径为 35 nm,且呈单分散状态 ,Ce O2 纳米粒子均匀分散在聚氨酯中。并且对复合粒子形成机理及稳定性进行了初步探讨
