Abstract: The civil war in the former Yugoslavia (1991 - 1995) had a strong ethnicreligious component. In an attempt to maintain the cohesion of an artificially created state post-first World War, identities were sought and accepted - and institutionalized - the differences between the various peoples that constituted the "land of the South Slavs". From the 1980s the differences were highlighted during the war and taken to the extreme, especially in the territories of Croatia and BosniaHerzegovina. From literature and the author's personal experience and using concepts of culture, ethnicity, identity, difference, belonging, nation and state, the text shows how the ethnic-religious differences were used during the civil war in Yugoslavia to claim possession of territories, strengthen discourse of the impossibility of coexistence, overvalue potential threats and fear and justify the perpetration of crimes against humanity.

This paper presents some of the territories occupied by the black community in the city of Rio Claro in the course of its history and check through their interpretations of cultural, emergence, unfolding and current use. The identification of changes in those territories was through oral history, building on the views and stories of their own community, literature review, data collection 'in situ' through research and observation of participants and resource utilization of the global network of information. It is justified by the fundamental importance of recording information in the history of the land and built space in the black community of Rio Claro, since the most part, as well as throughout the Brazilian territory, has no documentation and remains alive in the memory and the stories within the past communities, so each time you die an old man also lost part of the history of our nation

Considering these two basis, we studied the formation of economic groups as a consequence of the processes of concentration and centralization of capital, giving more emphasis on their national character. We see how they went through the restructuring process in the transition from Fordist accumulation regime to a flexible system of accumulation. We 'll discuss the brewery industry and how major industry groups are currently creating a sector overview, ranging from the productive process to the forms of competition among large companies.
