This experimental project consists of a proposal for an editorial product in a magazine format that approaches in its pages the aspects on the use of social media on internet. For the production of the reports the spheres of sociability, leisure and professional development were explored. The editorial product approached the editorials of sociability, leisure, culture, ethics, consumption, politics and sports. The influence of the social media was demonstrated in the scope of each of these editorials. The magazine, named Follow, was elaborated in order to reach readers ranging from 21 to 60 years old, with an accessible language. The first edition of Follow was concluded in November 2010, with the format 17,5 X 25,4 cm. The magazine has 40 pages of editorial content and 4 pages corresponding to the cover and back cover. Follow���s production proposed itself as a contribution to the practices of editorial innovation in the communication market

Hidrogin��stica: benef��cios gerais e seus aspectos did��ticos e metodol��gicos

Atualmente, a hidrogin��stica tornou-se um tipo de atividade f��sica bastante praticada pela popula����o em geral, tendo como p��blico alvo espec��fico �� popula����o idosa. Muitos m��dicos t��m orientado os pacientes a praticarem essa atividade em fun����o dos v��rios benef��cios fisiol��gicos e sociais proporcionados e, principalmente, pelo baixo impacto nas articula����es e ossos. Assim, tem crescido consideravelmente o n��mero de praticantes, tornando-se uma atividade f��sica bastante recomendada a todas faixas et��rias. Objetivos do Estudo:1) analisar os benef��cios da hidrogin��stica sob as perspectivas fisiol��gicas, pedag��gicas, psicol��gicas e sociais; 2) Apontar alguns aspectos relevantes a respeito da organiza����o did��tico-metodol��gica necess��ria ao desenvolvimento de um programa de hidrogin��stica de qualidade e eficiente e 3) apontar os benef��cios gerais, metodologias e did��tica de aulas tamb��m para grupos especiais (idosos, gestantes e deficientes). Metodologia: A metodologia do estudo consistiu em uma revis��o bibliogr��fica na qual foram abordados as tem��ticas de efeitos fisiol��gicos, psicol��gicos, pedag��gicos e sociais e aspectos metodol��gicos e did��ticos em aulas de hidrogin��stica para adultos e grupos especiais. Considera����es finais: Os estudos mostrados na revis��o de literatura comprovaram que a hidrogin��stica proporciona os benef��cios fisiol��gicos, sociais, pedag��gicos e psicol��gicos aos seus praticantes. Al��m do mais, aos professores de Educa����o F��sica que atuam nessa ��rea cabe desenvolverem mais estudos e pesquisas sobre essa atividade f��sica, a fim de proporcionar aos seus alunos aulas bem diferenciadas e prazerosas.

Um estudo sobre aspectos da gest��o dos res��duos s��lidos no munic��pio de Ribeir��o Preto (SP)

Since the beginning of it���s existence the humankind coexists with the production of waste, both organics and inorganics. Over the years the world population is raising, and consequently the different kinds of waste, causing significant problems not only for the public authorities, but also for the population, not only those related with its final or temporary destination but also with its crescent production. Considering it, the cities are not able to handle there volumes, and its landfills and dumps are working over their capacities, leading to a serie of environmental problems due to the lost of environmental quality and the natural and social vulnerabilities arising. This paper plans to working over visits, photographic registration and a review on the theme literature, study the perception and valuation of the landscape on the Ribeir��o Preto landfill, S��o Paulo state (SP), that today is disabled but still an area of risk and environmental vulnerability, well as the perception of environmental quality in the surrounding population

Aspectos da biologia e fisiologia da alimenta����o do cupim neotropical Cornitermes cumulans (Isoptera, Termitidae)

Os Isoptera s��o insetos sociais cujas col��nias apresentam diversas castas, as quais t��m um r��gido sistema de divis��o de trabalho que visa otimizar a efici��ncia da col��nia. Estas castas apresentam morfologia espec��fica, que capacita estes indiv��duos a desenvolverem determinadas tarefas com efici��ncia. Os cupins apresentam aparelho bucal mastigador, constitu��do pelas seguintes pe��as bucais: labro, mand��bulas, maxilas, l��bio, epifaringe e hipofaringe. Sua dieta alimentar �� celul��sica e bastante variada, sendo que estes insetos podem se alimentar de madeira (em v��rios est��gios de decomposi����o), gram��neas, plantas herb��ceas, serapilheira, fungos, l��quens, partes de artr��podes e h��mus. O estudo desse tipo de dieta �� muito dif��cil, uma vez que o material j�� se encontra bastante decomposto antes de ser ingerido pelo animal. Cornitermes cumulans �� uma esp��cie de cupim nativa do Cerrado brasileiro, pertencente �� fam��lia Termitidae, subfam��lia Syntermitinae, que constr��i ninhos em mont��culos, ricos em argila, que podem atingir at�� 4 metros de altura. Na parte interna dos ninhos, pode-se observar galerias grandes e de aspecto arredondado e um centro celul��sico de colora����o escura, de textura lisa e pouco resistente, onde os cupins armazenam um alimento, que parece ser previamente mastigado e depois regurgitado. Mesmo com a grande ocorr��ncia desta esp��cie de cupim nas ��reas de pastagens, seus verdadeiros h��bitos alimentares s��o ainda pouco conhecidos. As informa����es dispon��veis s��o contradit��rias, uma vez que n��o est�� esclarecido a qual grupo funcional C. cumulans pertence e se existe realmente uma alimenta����o ���in situ��� desta esp��cie no campo. Expectativas de participantes, professores de educa����o f��sica e assistentes sociais de um projeto social esportivo de p��lo aqu��tico

Currently there are numerous social projects scattered through out the country, including the sport, for the most part, aimed at children and teens considered at social vulnerability. These projects end up having as main guiding sports, these in turn take several purposes, among them, the sport recreation/socialization and professionalization of sport, which often end up being worked disassociated from one of another, forgetting that, in the same place, these different purposes can live therefore are the subjects that give meaning to their practice. In this sense, this research sought to understand the meanings that the participants in a social sports project water polo attribute to the practice. This project happens in a provincial city of S��o Paulo, serving about 2.300 children and teens and has as main objectives the social inclusion and training of high-performance athlete. The research, qualitative approach was characterized by an exploratory study and used the interview as collection technique. The study included 40 children and adolescents attending the project, as well as two social workers and two physical education teachers that working on the project. The results showed that there is a convergence between participants, teachers and social workers regarding their expectations regarding the project, but we identified another bias that goes against the practice of leisure, in showing that in the same place if can find to the two purposes of the sport, even this

Redes Sociais e capital pol��tico: uma proposta te��rico-metodol��gica para an��lise das organiza����es partid��rias brasileiras

As quest��es que motivaram o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foram decorrentes do debate permanente acerca do significado dos partidos pol��ticos na atualidade. Partiu-se da hip��tese de que a din��mica organizacional do partido pol��tico poderia ser explicada por meio da an��lise das rela����es entre os seus filiados, substancialmente dos v��nculos estabelecidos com os l��deres partid��rios, com vistas a atenderem os objetivos pol��ticos dos respectivos atores e, ao mesmo tempo, do partido. Assim, foi adotada uma abordagem e uma metodologia de an��lise que compreende a din��mica organizacional a partir do capital pol��tico que circula no interior do partido, considerando os elementos orientadores das estrat��gias pol��ticas: as rela����es entre os atores pol��ticos, os aspectos institucionais e os resultados eleitorais. Para demonstrar o potencial te��rico- metodol��gico da an��lise de redes sociais na compreens��o do capital pol��tico, intra-organizacional, dos partidos pol��ticos brasileiros, o texto apresenta resultados referentes a um estudo de caso: o Partido da Social Democracia Brasileria no estado de S��o Paulo (PSDB-SP), per��odo entre 1988 e 2006.

Depress��o e suic��dio na adolesc��ncia: representa����es sociais e indicadores de risco

Adolescence is a period of physical, biological and psychological changes as well as its time for reflection of the perspectives and social functions that are not defined yet. In addition to the characteristics of this period also included the family and socio-economic aspects such as parental separation, domestic violence, poverty, among others, yielding often, insecurity and confusion feelings, contributing to the case of depression in many cases, each increasingly recurrent and early at this stage in human development. The present study, thus, aimed to investigate the indicators of risk and vulnerability in adolescents to depression, especially those in social context, highlighting the social representation of the same against the disorder, since these guiding this research, the indication of factors contributing influence the etiology of depression in this period. Be consulted on the basis of VHL-PSI, articles related to depression in adolescence, published between the years 2004 to 2014. Observe that adolescents with negative perception of the social context in which the live, are more likely to develop depression, highlighting the importance of healthy social and family relationships for mental health.

Problemas de comportamento e habilidades sociais infantis: modalidades de relato

The relationships between behavior problems and children social skills, such as the relevance of analysing these sides by report instruments had been emphasized in researches. It aims: a) to verify the components concerning to behavior problems and children social skills, which was identified through a undirected report instrument; b) to analyze the correlation of such indicators with ones detected by a directed report instrument and those ones referred in bibliography. The participants were 213 primary health carers of children in pre-school age (n = 114) and school age ones (n = 98). The results show that undirected and directed instruments are complementary to obtain informations. Besides, the combination of assessment modalities adds to the characterization of the behavioral repertoire.

Representatividade das redes sociais no processo educacional: potencialidades dos grupos virtuais como ferramentas de ensino-aprendizagem no Ensino M��dio

One tool that has been in evidence, especially among young people, is Facebook. It can be classified as a synchronous communication tool that allows communities of people with similar interests to discuss and exchange experiences in real time, promoting the sharing of information and the creation of collective knowledge, even if they being in different parts of the globe. In this paper we show that Facebook can be used as an educational tool to aid the work done in the classroom and the impact of creating closed groups in online social networking for educational purposes. The survey was conducted with a group of students at a private school in Bauru/SP. We investigated the interaction profile of students with a closed group created on Facebook and through a questionnaire analyzed whether students use virtual environments for personal or educational. The survey reveals students perceptions about relevant aspects and the potential use of this tool as teaching-learning strategy

Democracia digital e redes sociais: Twitter como filtro de informa����o pol��tica

The internet, with its hypertext and multimedia features, can be a support for the dissemination of information in an attractive way, which may contribute to the strengthening of democracy. Recent innovation, social networks have been explored also as a resource to attract the interest of the broader public to information about public policies. This paper presents and discusses the results of an empirical study which assessed, through content analysis, the breadth and depth of information offered by the Sao Paulo state government and the federal government in texts accessed through Twitter to publicize purposes, lines of action and limits of public policy in the areas of welfare, health, education and environment . The results indicate that the information available tend to focus mainly on goals, resources and current actions of policies, whereas there can be found few data on planned features, relation between cost and effectiveness and user satisfaction.
