O Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos e os agricultores familiares do município de Rio Claro-SP: diversidade da produção, destinação e geração de renda

A Agricultura exerce papel fundamental na economia de um país, seja ela para emprego de mão de obra e geração de renda, seja para produção de alimentos destinados para a exportação e consumo interno. No Brasil a Agricultura familiar é responsável por produzir uma parcela importante de alimentos consumidos pela população nacional. Durante a década de 1990, políticas públicas foram sendo implantadas para auxiliar o desenvolvimento rural, tendo como público alvo a agricultura familiar e incidindo sobre entraves para o seu desenvolvimento, como a questão da comercialização dos produtos advindos desse segmento. Em 2003, O Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA), foi instituído pelo artigo 19 da lei federal 10.696, que tinha como objetivo promover a inclusão social e econômica no campo por meio do fortalecimento da agricultura familiar, através da aquisição de alimentos desses produtores. Tais alimentos adquiridos são destinados a ações de alimentação empreendidas por entidades das redes sócioassistenciais, Bancos de Alimentos e para famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade social. O presente trabalho consistiu em um estudo de caso, que teve como objetivo diagnosticar a influência do PAA no município de Rio Claro (SP), quantificando o número de agricultores que participavam do programa no município, e, identificando a diversidade e quantidade de alimentos produzidos destinados ao PAA. Foram também analisados os valores destinados ao programa desde sua implantação. Além disso, foram mapeadas as entidades sócio-assistenciais que receberam os alimentos destinados ao programa. Com base na leis de nº 10.696/2003 e nº 11.326/2006, e os Decretos de nº 6.447/2008 e nº 6.959/2009, que dão providências ao PAA, foram realizadas coletas de dados e informações junto às Secretarias de Ação Social e ao Banco de Alimentos do município de Rio Claro... A política nacional de resíduos sólidos e o plano diretor municipal de Rio Claro/SP: o uso como instrumento para a gestão urbano-ambiental municipal

Due to the large economic development associated with the growing consumerist lifestyle of our capitalist society, the problem of uncontrolled solid waste generation worsens, which one is considered to be one of the main responsible factors for environmental degradation. As a case study and in order to solve the problem of large generation of municipal solid waste, this work aims to study the “plano diretor” of Rio Claro city, São Paulo. The “plano diretor” is a municipal law that provides guidelines for the administration of the city, which include guidelines for the management of solid waste generated in the city. The guidelines required in order to write the “plano diretor” are provided by the national law “estatuto da cidade”, providing information for the planning and development of the cities, as well as the management of the urban environment. However, only the “estatuto da cidade” does not provide enough instructions for creating management plans in order to solve the many problems from the urban environment. Thus, studies have been done about urban and environmental management, to understand how municipal management plans should be structured. As a form of seeking information that can complement the “plano diretor” to the creation of policies for managing solid waste of the city, the “Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos”(PNRS) emerges in 2010 as a document which provides principles, objectives and guidelines to create plans for Solid Waste Management at the national, state, regional and municipal levels. Da descrição ao ensino da oração adjetiva: a perspectiva dos livros didáticos de língua portuguesa

This paper aims at investigating the treatment given to relative clauses by elementary school text books, evidencing how the teaching of grammar is proposed in the teacher’s books. As a consequence, this study also intends to discuss important aspects to be considered as far as the teaching of relative clauses is concerned. In order to achieve that objective, five Portuguese text books (approved by the Programa Nacional do Livro Didático-2014) were selected so that the grammar teaching proposals could be analyzed in relation to the definition and to the distinguishing criteria between defining and non-defining relative clauses. Results show that the teaching of relative clauses (as proposed by the teacher’s books) still reflects the postulates of the traditional grammar, based on activities of identification and classification of morphosyntactic units, ignoring the pragmatic and prosodic aspects.

Análise de Expressões Idiomáticas Italianas com as lexias 'capo' e 'testa' e seu correspondente 'cabeça', em língua portuguesa. (QUALIS A2)

This study aims to investigate the Idioms (IEs) or combinations related to the Italian lexical units testa and capo, in comparison to the Portuguese lexical unit cabeça. Since they have come from two completely different etyma, they are not perfect synonyms; on the contrary, they gave rise to several expressions that are common to just one lexical units. Corpus selection was made in monolingual Italian general dictionaries and then the data was classified according to each typology: idioms that are common only with the unit capo; idioms just with head; idioms that are synonyms with both; IEs whose translations refer to other parts of the body. As a result, we found that most of the IEs with capo or testa have common semes, but most of them also are specific to one or other lexical unit exclusively, confirming the difference in semantic features between them as well as non-univocity between languages.

Determinação de áreas prioritárias para conservação na zona de amortecimento de UC de proteção integral: o caso da Estação Ecológica de Ribeirão Preto, SP

Observa-se como estratégia mundial para a conservação da biodiversidade a criação de unidades de conservação. No Brasil, especificamente no Estado de São Paulo, devido a intensa degradação da Mata Atlântica, verifica-se a criação de unidades de proteção integral, a fim de se preservar de modo restrito os recursos naturais que ainda lhe restam. Na cidade de Ribeirão Preto, uma região com alto desempenho agrícola e intensa expansão urbana, constata-se a presença de uma Estação Ecológica (EERP), fragmento florestal de 154,16 ha, altamente isolado e fragmentado. Assim, a EERP e sua zona de amortecimento (ZA) vêm sendo fortemente pressionada pela expansão urbana e agrícola da região, comprometendo a sua integridade ecossistêmica. Dentre os impactos negativos gerados destacam-se: alta especulação imobiliária e o intenso cultivo de monoculturas, que contribuem para a degradação do solo nas regiões do entorno. A fim de se reduzir tais impactos, o presente trabalho buscou apresentar um prognóstico de planejamento ambiental para a ZA da EERP, a qual se encontra altamente impactada, segundo os critérios definidos por Ranieri (2004). In this paper, we analyze reader’s letters of the first copies of the Revista Língua Portuguesa. This work aims to expand the study of the relations, in this magazine, between discourses that come from different spheres of communication, as the Bakhtin Circle considers. The intention is to develop by studying the speech genre “reader’s letter” a reflection on the construction of the recipient’s image in the journal, i.e. the teacher. It is analyzed the discursive ethos and the representation of the teacher created by the readers.
