Antropologia del lavoro. Nuovi scenari di antropologia applicata

In questa tesi viene presentata una ricerca di campo che si configura come esempio di un’antropologia applicata alle dinamiche lavorative all’interno di un’azienda ICT italiana. Fulcro della trattazione è la riflessione sui diversi aspetti di un’analisi antropologica del clima aziendale, condotta sulla base di una rilevazione dei processi lavorativi presso una società italiana specializzata in progetti di digital marketing. Il lavoro associato alle tecnologie di ultima generazione non è impersonale o dettato soltanto da regole esterne, ma piuttosto un lavoro dal forte carattere rituale, sociale, morale e performativo, dove soggetti, ruoli, idee, scelte e problematiche si intrecciano secondo modalità uniche ed irripetibili, rintracciabili anche attraverso l’etnografia. E’ dunque necessario dare visibilità al ruolo attivo dei lavoratori nel loro essere contemporaneamente individui e soggetti che lavorano. Partendo da una riflessione su lavoro e tecnologia all’interno di un quadro interdisciplinare che vede coinvolte - insieme all’antropologia - la sociologia, l’economia e la storia, ci si sofferma sulle potenzialità dell’antropologia del lavoro. Dopo aver ripercorso tutti i passi della ricerca di campo presso l’azienda, viene condivisa una più ampia considerazione sul ruolo dell’antropologia applicata al lavoro in contesti aziendali. Infine l’esperienza di antropologa in azienda viene posta a confronto con un’altra attività svolta dalla stessa autrice in ambito accademico nel campo dell’antropologia dell’educazione. Gli studi presi in considerazione e le esperienze concrete offrono la possibilità di affrontare il tema dell’antropologia del lavoro all’interno di una più vasta riflessione sulla necessità di sviluppare un’antropologia applicata in Italia. Essa non occupa ancora un posto rilevante nello scenario della vita pubblica, ma molti sono gli sforzi che si stanno compiendo in questa direzione. Uno sguardo positivo verso il futuro e la consapevolezza di un’antropologia che è insieme azione, impegno, partecipazione e sperimentazione etnografica concludono la tesi.

O yâmîyxop como forma de conhecimento: formas do imaginário maxakali. En: Avá, nº 19

O povo Maxakali fala uma língua do tronco linguístico Macro-Gé e habita a Terra Indígena Maxakali e duas Reservas Indígenas localizadas no nordeste do Estados de Minas Gerais. Tratarei aquí do imaginário presente nos yâmîyxop, termo que designa a um só tempo o colectivo dos espíritos animais e dos ancestrais, bem como os rituais e cantos realizados em honra destes. Da análise dos yâmîyxop se despreende um conhecimento quase enciclopédico do seres da Mata Atlântica, mesmo após os colonizadores brasileiros terem posto a floresta abaixo no início do século XX, deixando somente capim em seu lugar. Ademais, há nos yâmîyxop imagens relacionadas ao mundo do colonizador, tais como: as viagens feitas pelos aviôes, as bebedeiras propiciadas pelo álcool, as cercas que protegem as propriedades. Em suma, os yâmîyxop evidenciam um universo rico e plural, no qual a "natureza" dos seres é apreendida de forma distinta do conhecimentocientífico ocidental.

Antropologia y desarrollo: Formas de coordinación e institucionalizacion de la economia en el sector agrario (Misiones, Argentina) 16H256

El proyecto se orientó a la aplicación de las contribuciones de la antropología y la sociología económicas para la comprensión de problemas vinculados al desarrollo rural. El análisis se centró en las formas de incorporación de los pequeños productores al mercado y a las actividades económicas. Los resultados de la investigación muestran el carácter limitado del mercado para dar cuenta de las formas de coordinación económica y la necesaria pluralización del espacio, marcada por la coexistencia de lógicas domésticas, mercantiles, industriales y cívicas.

Produçao do conhecimento em Educaçao Física : Algumas reflexoes a partir do Brasil

This paper aims to problematize knowledge production in Physical Education (PE) from the Brazilian context. From a hermeneutic perspective, it questions the nature of its knowledge considering the difficulties arising from the objects/subjects diversity, methodological approaches and epistemological perspectives. From historic and controversial theory-practice relationship, it identifies some research problems of the area, since it is heiress of the Western dualism in its different aspects. We understand that overcoming the epistemological classical notion places us before other types of research and knowledge validation. It also recognizes that the autonomy enjoyed by science is a concession of a Democratic and Republican Society (therefore, it is always relative) and that it is constantly threatened by instrumental and political perspectives. With regards to intervention problems, we consider that they should occupy a prominent place inside research concerns, even if it means radicalize this interdisciplinary character of Physical Education. We concludes that in these disciplinary field boundaries, and with an effort to link them with pedagogical challenges, knowledge production can contribute to shape a Physical Education identity.

Bibliotecas públicas e ciberviolência em tempos de uma sociedade em rede : Novos papéis diante de um novo fenômeno

It reflects about the role of public libraries in users' education to the knowledge of cyberviolence. This phenomenon is expressed through of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which are used to cause damage to victims. The work is based on three cases of cyberviolence: a murder, an extortion and one of pedophilia. The cases help to reflect about the necessity of intervention activities of the public libraries. The theoretical table that supplies to the analysis is aided by theoretical contributions of Information Science, Sociology and Anthropology. The results show the need of involvement of the public libraries in combating of cyberviolence, because they function as users' attraction center to access information on the Internet

O abandono do trabalho docente em aulas de educação física : A invisibilidade do conhecimento disciplinar

This research aimed to recognize similarities and differences in the configuration of cases of teachers of Physical Education characterized by dereliction of teaching. This study tried to understand how members of the school community, especially managers, see (if they do) the teaching practices of two teachers with similar teaching propositions in the classroom, but with a different engagement with the institution.The text was constructed based on two case studies developed in 2010 in public schools in counties of northeastern states of Rio Grande do Sul. Data were collected based on semi-structured interviews and field diaries.The results indicate that the neglect of teaching is perceived by members of the school community only when the teacher rejects any proposition in class and does not respond to other needs of the school, and his action is not acknowledged. The teacher is not guided by the contents of the higher education of the school discipline, and still does not change the school routines and minimally contemplates the tradition. The knowledge addressed (or not) in Physical Education classes is invisible to the eyes of school administrators
