Uma mirada em dois projetos e concepções sul-americanas de TV pública digital: análise comparativa entre TV Brasil e Canal 7 Argentina

Esta tesis es resultado de un intenso trabajo de investigación realizado de agosto de 2014 a agosto de 2015, con financiación de la Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (Fapesp). El objetivo se centró en la realización de un análisis, aunque preliminar, del papel de la TV pública con tecnología digital, como también de las tendencias, desafíos y perspectivas para consolidarla, tanto en Brasil como en Argentina, países con diversas similitudes en contextos económicos, sociales, políticos y culturales. Para cumplir los objetivos, estudiamos los recientes proyectos gubernamentales de televisión pública en los dos países suramericanos. El gobierno argentino invirtió en modernización en Canal 7 (antiguo Argentina Televisora Color-ATC), una emisora de casi seis décadas de funcionamiento, que ha sido prácticamente refundada a partir de los investimentos públicos del gobierno nacional argentino, realizados para digitalizar los sistemas de transmisión y de recepción de televisión abierta. El nuevo Canal 7 pasó a servir de cabeza de red del sistema de televisión pública de Argentina. En Brasil, el gobierno creó a fines del 2007, la Empresa Brasil de Comunicación (EBC), estructura administrativa que opera la red de televisión pública de TV Brasil. Ambos proyectos prometen construir y gestionar sistemas nacionales abiertos, modernos y competitivos de TV Pública Digital Abierta (TVPDA). Dinâmicas empresariais: um olhar antropológico sobre o processo seletivo para trainee Jovens Talentos Natura 2014

The hypothesis that guides this work is: in the scenario posed by the first decade of the XXI century, the private companies act to conciliate their organizational principles, mission (how they want to arrive), vision (where they want to arrive) and values to the principles of its individual members, setting a certain style of corporate culture. That culture would pass by all hierarchical levels of enterprises, promoting the creation of subjective bonds between themselves and their employees in order to create or maintain, through shared values, social conventions that would ensure the certain style of symbolic domination inside and outside the physical and relational enterprises' spaces. I have as general objective, analyze, through a socio-anthropological approach, the dimension of the culture of private companies, how this guides the market practice and, in this sense, I seek to problematize the relationship between the actions of the analyzed companies (Nestle and, more specifically, Natura) and the representations and motivations of their employees. Furthermore, this study aims, specifically, to understand how the vision, the raison of being and the beliefs of Natura configure themselves as important strategic directives for the consolidation of an emotional bond between employees and those who aspire to be part of this organization. Maternidade e natureza: dominadores comuns?

Encontramo-nos inseridos em uma crise que afeta diversas dimensões da vida do planeta e imersos em uma sociedade pautada no 'progresso' civilizatório desenfreado que se utiliza da dominação como instrumento central. A percepção hegemônica atual se pauta no universo como um universo mecânico, no meio natural a puro serviço humano e na mulher inferiorizada, padronizada e subordinada ao homem. Este trabalho parte da necessidade de assinalar os mecanismos que dominam, excluem, padronizam e normatizam a maternidade como os mesmos que dominam a natureza e traçam a crise ecológica. Tendo como referencial teórico, o Ecofeminismo relaciona e interconecta os padrões de dominação da natureza como os mesmos que propagam a subordinação da mulher dentro de sistemas patriarcais. Utilizando como método a revisão bibliográfica não-sistematizada, a pesquisa traça paralelos entre movimentos feministas e ecológicos mostrando a maternidade como um foco a ser olhado cuidadosamente para termos uma quebra nos padrões atuais de desenvolvimento. O clima em sua regulamentação político-econômica: o acordo de Copenhague - COP 15

We know that the Earth goes through natural cycles that influence its climate and the development of their societies. In recent decades, climate changes and nature began to call world attention to the unbridled exploitation that was carried by the current economic system, causing unrest among scientific, social, political and economic world. The theory that man causes a warming in global temperatures by the release of greenhouse gases made the headlines of major newspapers in the world. From there, it was only a matter of time before environmental concerns became ownership of capital by its excessive appropriation. The fear of nuclear threat by the bombs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki left in fanfare the world, which together with the devastating impact of the exploitation of man and nature gave birth to the Environmental Revolution, a way of trying to change the development patterns of the time and behavior of the population. However, based on the historical form of capitalist domination, this was another measure that was apossada the economic system being transformed into economic value and political exchange. The origin of the conventions, meetings, conferences, parliaments set up to discuss environmental issues, eventually became forums of political and economic talks focused on environmental governance, valuing an asset that is public and everyone. Environmental and climate issue now has a value, thus turning the agenda on the agenda of the United Nations (UN) for its political and economic regulation in the form of global agreement. Encontramo-nos inseridos em uma crise que afeta diversas dimensões da vida do planeta e imersos em uma sociedade pautada no 'progresso' civilizatório desenfreado que se utiliza da dominação como instrumento central. A percepção hegemônica atual se pauta no universo como um universo mecânico, no meio natural a puro serviço humano e na mulher inferiorizada, padronizada e subordinada ao homem. Este trabalho parte da necessidade de assinalar os mecanismos que dominam, excluem, padronizam e normatizam a maternidade como os mesmos que dominam a natureza e traçam a crise ecológica. For these Russian authors, a sign has to be faithful to reality but what is, in fact, «to be faithful», what is «reality»? They suggest that thought structures itself only by means of signs – as Peirce, who denies the reality of dreams saying that the act to feel hunger is an ideological expression and the shouts of a new-born are already appreciative manifestations of this new human being. The authors had inspired the structuralism, saying that a «semiodiscourse» structures men. Although this instance, word remains neutral, assertion strange to their Hegelian and Marxist roots; their paradigm in contrast, can be Heideggerian, according to which, only the «marked» being exists: looking at one determined thing, I place it, I fit it in its context. To place something is to attribute sense and that is more Stoic than, in fact, Marxist.

A importância da análise dos gêneros para fisioterapeutas: enfoque nas quedas entre idosos

INTRODUÇÃO: O alto número de quedas entre pessoas idosas aumenta a demanda para reabilitação das debilidades físicas consequentes do evento, em clínicas de fisioterapia. Para evitar episódios recorrentes, o profissional dessa área deve alertá-los para práticas preventivas. Porém, trata-se de pessoas com diferentes contextos histórico-culturais e esquemas de rotina. OBJETIVO: Apontar as distinções entre gêneros como estratégia para a compreensão do cotidiano programado desses indivíduos. MATERIAIS E MÉTODOS: Análise qualitativa, utilizando entrevista semiestruturada, partindo do tema da influência da queda na vida diária. As falas são transcritas codificadas e, posteriormente, categorizadas expressando as ideias encontradas no pensamento do idoso. RESULTADOS: A queda doméstica está inserida no campo de trabalho da mulher (o lar) e, por isso, gera preocupação à medida que interfere nos hábitos do cotidiano referentes àquilo que define sua função no espaço e na vida. O homem parece preocupar-se com quedas quando ela impossibilita-o de manter um vínculo com o ambiente externo, o seu ambiente. CONCLUSÃO: Dessa forma, percebe-se que o gênero é uma categoria operacional em que se definem, para cada um, prioridades diferentes. Por meio de tal olhar, consegue-se justificar e compreender algumas relações de dominação existentes no seio da sociedade e que, ao fisioterapeuta, contribuem para que sejam discernidas certas particularidades entre pacientes que interferem na adesão a seus aconselhamentos preventivos.

Sobre o objeto da Fonoaudiologia

Este trabalho tematiza a questão do objeto em Fonoaudiologia, discute a pretensa unidade do campo e aponta a inexorabilidade de sua divisão para a concretização de seu estatuto científico. Para fazê-lo assume a linguagem em seus processos patológicos sob a instância da clínica como seu objeto, mas indica a necessidade de se desnaturalizar a linguagem, redefinindo-a como instância simbólica de subjetivação. Isto a afasta definitivamente da Audiologia, aqui entendida como ramificação das ciências ditas biológicas, e do reducionismo a que tem sido submetida ao ser concebida apenas como prática. Por outro lado, instaura o fonoaudiólogo como clínico terapeuta, comprometido com a linguagem de seu paciente e sua cura. Reconhece, ainda, outra paternidade para a Fonoaudiologia, indicando a Lingüística e a Psicanálise - quando adotam as mesmas concepções de sujeito e de linguagem - como lugares de peculiar interesse na constituição do saber fonoaudiológico. Uma vez realocada a Fonoaudiologia terá, diante de sí, a tarefa de reconhecer a clínica como seu espaço privilegiado de problematização de questões, das quais a primeira será o enfrentamento da constituição de seu método clínico. Finalmente, alerta-se o fonoaudiólogo para a ameaça de nova dominação caso não se marque a distinção entre as formas de interpretação que identificam a clínica fonoaudiológica e a particularizam em relação à clínica psicanalítica.
