Análise dos problemas de comunicação permeados pela cultura organizacional e estrutura de gestão de projetos em uma empresa na área da construção

In a supplier of building products were identified difficulties in communication between the Product Development area and other areas of the company that could spoil projects and processes. The process of product development is important in placing the company in the market, and through research and planning, design new products and seek to comply with the costumer in relation to deadlines, quality and cost-effective. The development of a product involves many areas in the company and communication is essential in this process. The goal of this study was to identify possible communication problems permeated by organizational culture and structure of project management working in the company. A survey was applied using a Likert scale in three different areas of the company, with questions including the topics: communication, culture and organizational structure of project management and subsequently conducted the median test and the Spearman test to analysis of responses. With the understanding and analysis of the survey it was confirmed the difficulties of communication between people and the areas of the company, besides there is an influence of the type of culture acting in the company and the current management structure of the project in a good performance of internal communication

Sensibilidade ambiental ao derrame de biocombustível e óleo: uma análise da estrutura genética populacional do Curimba (Prochilodus lineatus)

As atividades humanas vêm causando grandes pressões nos ecossistemas aquáticos continentais e nos organismos que ai vivem, sendo os peixes o grupo mais afetado. Para compreender o grau de impacto sofrido por uma comunidade é necessário conhecer como esta se encontra estruturada. Este estudo foi organizado em dois capítulos: 1) dedicado a compreender aspectos relacionados à comunidade de peixes da represa de Barra Bonita; 2) análise sobre a estrutura genética do curimba (P. lineatus) no rio Tietê, em diversos segmentos antes e depois das barragens. A estrutura da comunidade de peixes reflete a integridade ecológica do ecossistema, uma vez que diversos comportamentos dependem de determinadas condições ambientais. Por se tratar de um ambiente modificado e exposto a diversos agentes impactantes, estudos sobre a comunidade de peixes na represa de Barra Bonita (rio Tietê) se tornam essenciais para verificar as condições ambientais, auxiliando na gestão deste ecossistema. Para uma análise mais profunda das condições ambientais deste ecossistema, foi realizada também uma análise genética da população do curimba (Prochilodus lineatus), uma vez que o conhecimento da estrutura populacional é fundamental para auxiliar no manejo e conservação das populações de peixes nativos. Os resultados das análises populacionais mostraram que a comunidade de peixes encontrada é típica de ambientes represados, sendo formada por uma maioria de espécies de pequeno e médio porte, do tipo restrategistas, com desova parcelada, sedentárias e que apresentam uma alta plasticidade trófica. No entanto, a presença de espécies com algum grau de ameaça mostra que a região ainda mantém espécies sensíveis mantidas provavelmente pelos tributário que deságuam no rio Tietê. Tubo digestório de Urostreptus atrobunneus (Diplopoda): estrutura e função

Millipedes are macro-arthropods of soil which perform a important role in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem, since they feed on decaying organic matter and because they promotes the soil enrichment, aeration and humidification. These animals are usually found in humid with low light places, under rocks and trunks. The diplopods exoskeleton is much resistant and impregnated with calcium salts. Due the secretion of defense, with strong and unpleasant smell, the animals of this class have few or no predators. Large diplopods populations are not observed, but explosions population can occur for unbalances enviromnmental, by climate change and by use of pesticides that may eliminate potential competitors. In this sense, the millipede Urostreptus atrobrunneus Pierozzi & Fontanetti, 2006, has presented points of infestation in urban centers of Sao Paulo state, causing many disorders of the human population. Because it is a newly described species, little is known of its aspects biological and morphological. Thus, the purpose of this study was to describe the structure and function of the digestive tract of the species U. atrobrunneus by means of histological, histochemistry and ultrastructural techniques. The results demonstrated that the digestive tract of U. atrobrunneus is similar to the descriptions given for other species. The foregut consists of a simple epithelium, composed of cells of different heights, covered by a cuticular intima, leaning on a thin basal membrane, followed by a well-developed muscular layer and an external membrane, around the foregut have a pair of salivary glands. The midgut epithelium has a pseudostratified, supported by a thick basal membrane, followed by a muscular layer and a layer of hepatic cells. The main purpose of this research is to raise, through lab rehearsals, the geometric properties of some oxisols from the region of Vale do Paraíba as well as comparing them to demands prescribed by Technical Specifications ESP08/05 of the Road Department of the State of Paraná, for sub-base or fine grained lateritic soil base (SAFL) and in the Technical Specification ET-DEP00/006 of the Road Department of the State of São Paulo (DER/SP) for subbase or crushed stone base. According to the results that were obtained it will be feasible to appraise the usage of these sorts of soils in structure layers of low-weight traffic pavements

Ichthyofaunistic studies aims to broad the knowledge of composition, abundance and distribution of species in certain areas, and when possible, to infer patterns of distribution, as well as extrinsic factors that affect these patterns in space and time. The Paranapanema River suffers the impact of the construction of hydroelectric power plants in cascade system along its main channel, changing the characteristics of lotic to lentic and semi-lentic. These changes affect the entire biocenosis and the surroundings of the reservoir and, in particular, the fish fauna. In this context, the aim of this study was to characterize the fish assemblage in two lakes and stretches of the main channel, located near the outfall of the Paranapanema River, Jurumirim reservoir area, comparing them to their composition and structure, using ecological indices as tools. Fish were caught every three months from April 2011 to January 2013, using gill nets of various mesh openings in four stretches: Environment 1 - Calha Sete Ilhas, Environment 2 - Calha Poço da Pedra, Environment 3 - Lagoa Sete Ilhas and Environment 4 - Lagoa Poço de Pedra. After the capture, the specimens were identified and biometric analysis was performed (total and standard length weight). We captured 4,006 individuals belonging to four orders and 34 species, 31 native species and three non-native species. In abundance (n) and number of species (S), there was a predominance of Characiformes (57 %) followed by Siluriformes (31%). Overall, most of the species was constant concerning the frequency of capture. The five most representative species in abundance were Schizodon intermedius, Cyphocarax modestus, Pimelodus maculatus, Hoplosternum littorale and Serrasalmus maculatus, contributing with 60% of total individuals captured. Análise comparativa de tensões e deformações específicas em uma estrutura treliçada, utilizando abordagem experimental e pelo método de elementos finitos

The process of knowledge construction is associated with physical or mechanical view of the phenomenon. In mechanical engineering courses should supplement their courses with physical or virtual learning devices to aid visualization of these phenomena. For the purpose of improving the mechanical engineering department laboratory practice was developed, through a project, a didactic device a trellis. The purpose of this work is the detailed study by comparing the theoretical results with the experimental results collected through the specific strains collected in the Catman. The study was iniatially done with nodes made of aluminum, giving results with high errors not allowing a good conclusion of results. For best results were achieved an improvement of the structure with strict we support the lattice and, thus, further study and greater quality of lattice structure
