Applicability of management theories to developing organizationations and structured process for managing change and create an environment for innovation and adaptation. The study skills resources focus described information science area and your essencial function building a knowledge society. The work process administration involves organizational environment. When working to resolve conflict, it is important to solve parties in personal conflict for success of the organization. For theory of human relations, informal groups influence in the archive workplace. Thus the aim of this paper is to proposed analyse the influence human relations theory for the process archive management. That methodology will follow the recommendation archive university case study. The data analysis for the current case study follows focus group. The conduct the case study was guided by three phases: Motivational elements, the individual and influence behavior, integration of the formal and informal organization. Employees May Be the Key to Success for O rganizations and develop the conclusions and recommendations portray motivation and a good working environment stood out the factors that employees develop skills and competencies. Organizational behavior that is present in forms of rewards, recognition, social man and informal groups. The nature of research contribute to the process archive management. Development and suggested that the findings of the analysis are applied to a larger structure of archive organization, as well as public archive case study.
Resumo:
Considering document analysis as one of the theoretical approaches of information organization, besides subject cataloguing and indexing it carries out a theoretical research on its conceptual dimension as a background to a further analysis of the Brazilian academic environment specially in terms of conceptions of document analysis as well as its interdisciplinary relationships. The results reveal a strong theoretical influence of Jean-Claude Gardin´s ideas which are deeply devoted to the processes involved in document analysis. It also confirms the high level of interdisciplinary relationships to Logical-linguistic disciplines. Neverthless, it feels the need of the Brazilian researches in assuming their theoretical influences in such a way to minimize the huge terminological diversity while naming the specific concepts of the area.

This research was developed during four years, in different regions of the country. Its purpose was to better understand the possible influences that handicapped siblings have on the development of non- handicapped siblings. Participated in the study 80 siblings, with ages ranging between 14 and 26 years. There were 20 siblings of physical handicapped (PH), 20 siblings of auditory handicapped (AH), 20 of mental handicapped (MH), and 20 of non handicapped, in number and ages equivalent.The participants answered a questionnaire containing “characteristics of handicapped person”, “characteristics of respondent sibling”, “characteristics of family”, a questionnaire with eleven closed questions and one open, but for the control group there was on less question. The phenomena studied in this research in some situations present themselves differently for each group of respondent sibling (ex: greater concern of the parents with the MH sibling, calling attention more for siblings of PH and MH, more responsibility in the family, taking care of the handicapped sibling, fear of having handicapped children, and the perception of (in) dependency of the handicapped sibling) and in others present themselves in similar manner (ex: more concern of the parents with the brother with PH, nature of the relationship, to feel or not ashamed of the sibling, talking about the sibling development). In conclusion, some phenomena, so far socially perceived as causing differences in sibling relations and attributed to de presence of a handicap are not, since between siblings of non handicapped these same phenomena present themselves in a similar way. Differently from the control group, siblings of handicapped need correct information, as well as therapeutic support to elaborate feelings of fear, anger, shame that they may have due to their condition. It is important to stress, also, the need that these siblings have to be themselves without the stigma of sibling of handicapped.

Introduction: This paper considers that information science (IS) literature covers a diversity of thematics with low emphasis on researches about conducting research. The study analyzes the scientific production of authors who investigate about research methodology in the information science (IS) literature, and the references used to lay the foundation of the methodological issues regarding the area. It discusses the methodological and epistemological positions of the leading researchers highlighted as the most productive investigators on the subject in the country. Method: The research adopts the content analysis coupled with metric studies to contextualize the indicators related to productivity, to the types of authorship and citation analysis. The bibliographic coupling method is considered an analysis mode which analyzes concomitant citations. It develops a theoretical framework about the importance of scientific production analysis in different knowledge fields. The study investigates, from a theoretical perspective, the concepts about research methodology and the complementarity between methodology and epistemology in conducting research. Results: The results of the analysis showed that the production of the highlighted authors presents the methodology as a thematic focus to be applied to IS contexts, as well as a research object in the field. The prominent productivity of the authors is justified especially by deepening the meta studies about the ways to conduct research in IS. This study also identifies a trend to single-authored studies about the theme. Conclusions: The research considers that meta studies and applied and methodological studies are important to recognize a consistent theoretical and practical core in the IS area. Regarding the epistemological influences identified by the citation analysis, the study observes that the critical rationalist epistemology and the social and political epistemology are highlighted in the construction of the theoretical framework of the most productive authors.

Entre o direito à ternura e a 'pedagogia do amor': a dimensão (sócio-) afetiva da identidade docente

No mundo globalizado, a complexidade dos processos subjetivos e objetivos envolvidos na construção das identidades singulares e culturais exige pensar como o sujeito da atualidade sofre, experimenta e vivencia a diversidade de influências culturais nas quais está imerso. Neste contexto, escolheu-se, de um lado, a figura do professor como objeto de estudo, para saber como esta complexidade de processos perpassa a construção de sua identidade docente vinculada ao desenvolvimento pessoal, mas também profissional. Por outro lado, a influência dos livros de autoajuda também será objeto de estudo por apresentar um papel cada vez mais presente no preenchimento da perda de autoestima do professor, assim como da “perda de subjetividade”, visando elevar “a moral” dos professores, mas que nos passa a compreensão de uma contribuição dúbia para o exercício da profissão. Assim, nosso olhar volta-se para a questão da construção da identidade desse professor e do exercício de sua profissionalidade, considerando a questão da dimensão afetiva como um dos constructos da autoestima docente e de sua identidade. Tendo como referência esses pressupostos, este trabalho tem como objetivos: (a) averiguar nas políticas públicas de formação de professores como a dimensão (sócio-)afetiva (ou dimensão pessoal) vem sendo tratada nas propostas de formação docente; (b) identificar nos docentes que atuam em escolas da rede de ensino, educação básica, os aspectos constitutivos da dimensão (sócio-)afetiva (ou dimensão pessoal) da identidade do professor; e (c) assinalar nas descrições dos professores respondentes (a partir de fonte documental ou questionário) a existência ou não da literatura de autoajuda no cotidiano docente.
