Nesta pesquisa, buscamos aproximar o atletismo das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Entre a variedade de recursos que constituem as Novas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, escolhemos aqui, utilizar os vídeos disponíveis no Youtube, visto sua popularidade e por ser uma ferramenta de fácil acesso hoje em dia. Para interligar o atletismo vivenciado em Centros de Treinamento das Prefeituras Municipais, ONGs, Clubes e Projetos Sociais tivemos como objetivo investigar, na internet, os recursos didáticos disponíveis relacionados ao atletismo, especificamente vídeos do Youtube, produzindo um material didático digital que possa auxiliar profissionais de Educação Física que trabalham com o atletismo para crianças. Para estruturar esse material, utilizamos a Pedagogia do Esporte em seus três referenciais: Técnico-tático; Socioeducativo e Histórico-cultural como forma de incentivar técnicos e praticantes para vivenciar o esporte para além dos gestos motores, integrando valores afetivos, sociais e cognitivos a sua prática. Sendo assim, foram selecionados, através do Youtube, 171 vídeos relacionados com o ensino do atletismo pautado na Pedagogia do Esporte. Desses 171 vídeos: 75 estão relacionados ao Referencial Técnico-tático, 29 ao Referencial Socioeducativo e 67 ao Referencial Histórico-cultural. Desta forma, os vídeos foram organizados em banco de dados, separados pelas suas características. Através deste banco de dados, foi possível confeccionar um material didático digital no formato de CD/ROM com a proposta de subsidiar o trabalho...

The air part of the cassava is a residue which presents possibilities of being used as a non-wooden raw material in the production of pulp due to the fact that its 81 % of the adult plants air part, besides having high availability and presenting a high concentration of fibers. Studies were developed with the purpose of producing the pulps through the kraft process, which is a mix of the Na2S and NaOH in water heated up to the temperature of 160º C for about 90 minutes to the extraction of lignin. The paper sheets obtained in the practices went through an experimenting process. Studies related to the paper characteristics were accomplished in order to assess its use in the visual communication through printing techniques, silk screen, pictures and others graphical processes. The research results are able to conclude the utilization viability of this material in graphics communication.

This paper aims to show some advantages brought by the computer graphics and inter-disciplinary communication within the academic institution UNESPBauru, using it as a teaching tool in undergraduate engineering and design. The communication in the classroom could be reconfigured through the adoption of new technologies by drawing a parallel between old and new programmatic contents, setting goals and parameters to improve communication between teacher and student, transferring and sediment of the given content and increasing production in quantity and complexity of work undertaken by students. As an example of computer graphics use, this work presents a final graduation work that was successful in the market, "Teardrop Trailer Caracol", as result of the final adoption of CAD technology as a teaching tool, design and production.

This article is part of a study that seeks to understand the main barriers to the inclusion of visually impaired students in learning Physics. Analyzing modern physics classes, we examine the difficulties in communication between teachers and visually impaired students. Our study emphasizes the analyses of empiricalsensory and semantic structures of speech, indicating factors that may hamper students’ understanding in the classroom. We recommend alternative procedures that aim to facilitate the effective participation of students with visual impairment in the communication process, such as: elimination of the interdependent audiovisual structure and the exploration of the communicational potentialities of a speech based on empirical structures whose accessibility does not depend on visual skills.

Amongst thematic networks, strategic laboratories and master and doctorate scholarships awarded by the National Program of Nanotechnology, an actor of great relevance can be distinguished due to its relative absence: the lay people, once more relegated to a secondary agent in Brazilian democracy, although citizens’ views have been increasingly recognized all over the world as an indispensable factor to the science and technology public policies which are intended to be democratic. Whereas Europe and United States have incorporated public values and feelings in the policy planning, Brazil is still waiting for opportunities of public participation in the definition of research guidelines. This paper examines contemporaneous demands of science communication to the strengthening of citizenship, aiming to offer contributions to a debate directed to question the present arrangement — of antidemocratic indifference towards the public — adopted in the formulation of public policies in Brazil.
