本工作借助于透镜对探测束发散的会聚补偿作用,设计了一个光热折射光谱的差分式光路构型,可以有效地消除溶剂空白吸收的影响和泵浦激光强度起伏与指向噪音的影响。本差分构型光路简单,容易实现样品池和参考池的定位与调整。文章还详细讨论了光热折射光谱法的实验参数,获得的结晶紫和钴的检测下限分别为1.0×10~(-9)mol/L和0.28 μg/ml,对应的最小吸光度为1.5×10~(-8)和2.5×~(-7)。

The structure is characterized by layers of inorganic ions sandwiched between layers formed by the paraffinic chains.

The crystal structure of the title compound was determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction at -90-degrees-C. The complex crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mnc, Z = 2, a = 12.515(3), c = 17.636(7) angstrom. The structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier techniques and refined by least-squares to R = 0.061 for 788 reflections. The central PO4 is disordered, P-O = 1.54 angstrom, M(M = Mo or V) is 6-coordinate, M-O = 1.62-2.48 angstrom, K is 7-coordinate, K-O = 2.84-3.10 angstrom.

本文提出了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP—AES)法直接测定混合稀土铜合金中13个非稀土和稀土元素。选用了合适的分析线对及ICP光源的工作参数。探讨了观察高度、功率、酸度、载气和基体量的变化对被测元素谱线强度的影响。不用化学分离,可一次同时测定La、Ce、pr、Nd、Sm、Sn、Zn、Fe、Al、Ni、Pb,Mg和Mn。测定范围(%):La_2O_3:0.096~6.4;CeO_2:0.24~16;Pr_6O_(11):0.0384~2.56;Nd_2O_3:0.096~6.4;Sn:0.096~3.2;Mg、Mn、Fe,Sm_2O_3:0.024~1.6;Zn:0.396~6.7;Pb:0.092~6.4;Ni:0.096~3.2;Al:0.0384~1.28。相对标准偏差±3.0~9.1%;回收率85~116%满足冶炼上的要求,得到了满意的结果。

本文报道了热处理四苯基钴卟啉修饰玻碳电极的制备条件。研究了上述电极采用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法测定水中溶解氧(DO)的最佳条件。结果表明热处理钴卟啉修饰电极测定水中氧的灵敏度比铁卟啉修饰电极提高一个数量级,并且精密度高,并为钴卟啉修饰电极测定水中溶解氧建立了新方法。

本文报道了用裂解色谱法分析一种新型的苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物的研究结果。考察了裂解温度、共聚物组成同主要裂解产物之间的相关性。提出了用相关曲线对不同类型共聚物的组成进行定量测定和鉴别的方法。讨论了由于分子链结构的差别导致无规和嵌段共聚物的不同的裂解行为。

研究了丁二烯(Bd)和异戊二烯(Ip)在Nd(naph)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3-Al_2Et_3Cl_3(Nd-Al-Cl)催化体系中的本体共聚合反应。当[Nd]≥4×10~(-7)mol/g单体时,转化率可达80%以上,并随Al/Nd(mol比)值的增大而提高,大于40时,转化率趋于平坦;而共聚物[η]则下降。Bd/Ip对转化率无影响,Bd/Ip=30/70时,[η]有最低值,所得硫化胶性能较好,共聚物T_t随Bd含量的增加而降低,并介于IR和BR之间。共聚物的组成比与单体配比相近似,其中顺式-1,4 Bd链节含量大于99%,顺式-1,4 Ip链节含量为96%。

Mitochondrial genome sequence and structure analysis has become a powerful tool for studying molecular evolution and phylogenetic relationships. To understand the systematic status of Trichiurus japonicus in suborder Scombroidei, we determined the complete mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) sequence using the long-polymerase chain reaction (long-PCR) and shotgun sequencing method. The entire mitogenome is 16,796 by in length and has three unusual features, including (1) the absence of tRNA(Pro) gene, (2) the possibly nonfunctional light-strand replication origin (O-L) showing a shorter loop in secondary structure and no conserved motif (5'-GCCGG-3'), (3) two sets of the tandem repeats at the 5' and 3' ends of the control region. The three features seem common for Trichiurus mitogenomes, as we have confirmed them in other three T. japonicus individuals and in T nanhaiensis. Phylogenetic analysis does not support the monophyly of Trichiuridae, which is against the morphological result. T. japonicus is most closely related to those species of family Scombridae; they in turn have a sister relationship with Perciformes members including suborders Acanthuroidei, Caproidei, Notothenioidei, Zoarcoidei, Trachinoidei, and some species of Labroidei, based on the current dataset of complete mitogenome. T japonicus together with T. brevis, T lepturus and Aphanopus carbo form a clade distinct from Lepidopus caudatus in terms of the complete Cyt b sequences. T. japonicus mitogenome, as the first discovered complete mitogenome of Trichiuridae, should provide important information on both genomics and phylogenetics of Trichiuridae. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. The interleukin 1beta (IL-1beta) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1beta sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1beta (RS IL-1beta). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84 bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1beta genes. The RS IL-1beta had the highest homology with piscine IL-1beta according to phylogenetic tree analysis. The transcript expression was detected in blood, brain, gill, heart, head kidney, kidney, liver, muscle and spleen in the pathogen challenged and healthy red seabream by RTPCR. Results showed that the RS IL-1beta mRNA was constitutively expressed in most of the tissues both in stimulated and un-stimulated fish, and the expression could be enhanced by pathogen challenging.
