我们研制了一个用于测量重离子核反应中轻带电粒子的位置灵敏塑料闪烁探测器阵列,该阵列由六块100 * 10 * 1 cm~3和两块100 * 5 * 1 cm~3的Pilot U型塑料闪烁体组成,所用光电管为XP2020Q型。本文详细地讨论了影响探测器的分辨做了测量,~(252)cf源位于探测器中心时,得到两种宽度探测器的时间分辨为740ps和610ps,相应的位置分辨为5.7cm和4.6cm,探测器中心位置能量分辨为60%和40%。还使用JUHU数据获取系统对探测器进行了测试。给出了由能量确定的位置分辨。最后还讨论了探测器阵列的适用能区和粒子鉴别能力以及今后改进的设想

本论文研制了一个二维位置灵敏塑料闪烁探测器阵列,该阵列由六块100 * 10 * 1 cm~3和两块100 * 5 * 1 cm~3的Pilot U型塑料闪烁体组成,所用光电管为xp2020Q型。本探测器阵列将用于重离子反应中的轻粒子角分布和飞行时间测量。本文对该种闪烁体及对应的光导中的荧光传输进行了理论计算,并用~(90)Sr-~(90)Y β源和~(252)Cf α源进行了性能测试。用~(252)Cf源的α粒子测得10cm宽的探测器的时间分辨、位置分辨和能量分辨分别为740ps、6cm和60%;测得5cm宽的探测器的分辨分别为600ps、5cm和40%。本文还介绍了用本所的MODAS-1数据获取系统对阵列进行联合测试的方法和结果,对粒子鉴别和多重性测量也进行了讨论

The bioactivity screening of fractions from two inter-tidal sponges collected from the north of China Yellow Sea and one sponge collected from the South Chinese Sea was reported in this study. In sponge Hymeniacidon perleve there were 9 fractions out of 15 from CHCl3 extract with anti Staphylococcus aureus activity, 9 fractions out of 19 from BuOH extract with anti Escherichia coli activity, and three fractions from CHCl3 extract which had moderate to strong activity in inhibiting Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans, and Aspergilus niger. The fractions of Reniochalina sp. showed bioactivity against bacteria and fungi. The fractions of Acanthella acuta Schmidt showed bioactivity against S. aureus and fungi. One compound from H. perleve obtained by the bioactively directing isolation was tested for bioactivity against the human hepatoma cell line Qgy7701 (IC50 10.1 mug/ml), Burkitt's lymphoma cell line Raji (IC50 9.76 mug/ml) and chronic myelogenous leukemia K562 (IC50 1.90 mug/ml). 建立了气相色谱-质谱-选择离子监测(GC-MS-SIM)同时测定土壤中10种农药(三嗪类除草剂、酰胺类除草剂和有机氯农药)的多残留分析方法.样品采用正己烷/丙酮(1:1,V/V)超声提取、氟罗里硅土柱层析净化、GC-MS-SIM测定.10种农药在0.01(0.02)—1.0(2.0)mg.l-1范围内线性良好,相关系数介于0.9963—0.9998之间;在10,50和250ng.g-1添加水平下,平均回收率介于81%—117%之间,相对标准偏差均小于14.4%;方法检出限达到ppb至sub-ppb级(0.1—1.3ng.g-1).将此方法应用于辽宁省不同性质土壤中70个实际土壤样品的分析,阿特拉津、乙草胺、六氯苯、丁草胺、狄氏剂和艾氏剂有检出,该法对不同性质土壤具有广泛适用性.

在沈阳市于洪地区采集保护地土壤样品,测定土壤盐分含量、离子组成和土壤pH值,研究保护地土壤盐分积累及其与土壤pH值变化的关系。结果表明:(1)保护地土壤的盐分含量和电导率均明显高于露地土壤,露地土壤平均盐分含量为0.29 g/kg,改为保护地10年左右土壤的平均含盐量上升至1.56 g/kg,相应的电导率(EC)值达到0.53 mS/cm,已超过作物的生育障碍临界点(EC>0.50 mS/cm);(2)保护地土壤酸化趋势明显,建成保护地栽培蔬菜6年,土壤pH值从6.5降低至5.5以下,超过了蔬菜出现生理障碍的临界土壤pH值(5.52),保护地土壤酸化与土壤的次生盐渍化已成为限制当地保护地生产可持续发展的重要因素;(3)保护地土壤NO3-、SO42-、Cl-和Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+等盐基离子含量均较露地土壤大大增加,但HCO3-低于露地土壤或与露地土壤持平,NO3-、SO42-数量与土壤pH值下降关系密切,Ca2+、Na+在全盐中的相对比例下降也是导致土壤pH值下降的重要原因。

Diurnal and seasonal variation of CO_2 flux above the Korean Pine and broad_leaved mixed forest in Changbai Mountain were expounded according to the measurements by eddy covariance technique. The results showed that the diurnal variation during growing season was closely correlated with photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). The forest assimilated the CO_2 in daytime and released in night. The maximum uptake occurred about 9 o'clock of local time in clear day. Assimilation was synchronous to PAR in cloudy day. The night respiration increased with increasing of shallow soil temperature. The CO_2 flux also had obviously seasonal variation that was mainly controlled by temperature. Relationship between monthly net exchange of CO_2 and monthly mean air temperature fit cubic equation. Remarkable uptake occurred in blooming growing season,May to August,and weak respiration occurred in dormant season,October to March,and relatively big release happed in October. Assimilation and respiration were nearly balanced during the transition of growing and dormant seasons. The annual carbon uptake of the ecosystem was-184 gC·m -2 .

在碳酸氢铵(下称普通碳铵)生产过程中,定量加入一种有机化合物DCD(下称氨稳定剂),形成共结晶型新肥种,称之为长效碳酸氢铵(下称长效碳铵)。其特点是:减缓直接挥发损失率47%;肥效期由35~45d延长到90~110d;氮素利用率提高5.9~10.2个百分点;在同等产量水平下可节肥20%~30%;在等氮量施肥条件下增产率为10%,常显示出有促进作物早熟功能。可作基肥1次施入,为免中耕、覆膜和节水农业提供了节约劳力而增产的肥料。

春小麦喷灌的田间观测表明 ,在灌浆初期 ,春小麦冠层的截留水量可达 2 5 %~ 30 % ,冠层截留水量可使冠层下方的均匀系数比冠层上方提高 10 .1%~ 12 .7% .喷灌的水分飘移蒸发损失可达总水量的 2 0 %~ 2 5 % .春小麦喷灌可以降低空气和土壤温度 ,增加空气实际水汽压和相对湿度 ,这对抑制作物蒸腾将起一定作用 .

风除对森林造成了危害外,还对树木的生长、形态以及森林生态等产生影响。随着全球气候变化的发展,更多和更强的暴风出现的危险性日益增加。为了更好地理解风害对树木、林分和森林生态系统的影响,为森林经营管理提供依据,本文对近10年来国际上有关风对林木影响内容进行归纳总结。结果表明,风对林木影响的研究主要在以下几个方面取得了重要的进展:1)风与林木的空气动力学关系;2)树木在风力荷载下其适应性的生长机理;3)树木对风的生理响应;4)森林风害的危险评估。所有这些研究大都在人工用材林中进行的。此外,本文还介绍了该研究领域需要开展的其它研究,如1)天然林或天然次生林的风害研究;2)风害形成的林窗和森林动态研究;3)风害对森林生态主要过程的影响研究;4)风害与森林管理研究。图3参61。
