Violence in adolescence, specifically sexual violence, is a topic of great relevance. Not only in Brazil but the world has witnessed the increase of sexual violence, becoming the most prevalent morbid occurrence in adolescence. Draws attention to the phenomenon of sexual violence against children and adolescents not only the fact that most of the victims are assaulted in their own home environment, but also the type of relationship between victim and aggressor. Thus, based on systemic approach, this study aimed to compose eend family dynamics of adolescent victims of sexual intra-familial. Participants were seven teenagers and their parents, users and beneficiaries of services offered by CREAS - Reference Center for Specialized Social Assistance in a municipality of Mato Grosso do Sul. The instruments used were the Test of Drawing in Colour of the Family (FCDT) and a questionnaire about the pictures taken and family interactions. The results indicated the difficulty in differentiating family roles, especially regarding the differentiation of the mother and daughter, a fact that seemed to be the motivator for the impoverishment of individuation in groups. Also noted the presence of conflict between the familiar figures probably originated from this abusive situation. In this context, the studied families showed communication difficulties between family members, hindering the integration between them, as well as the existence of an authoritarian leadership and strict rules performed by the father figure. These results may support preventive and therapeutic actions to situations of sexual violence against children and adolescents. Thus, it is suggested that psychological counseling for the study participants and other stakeholders with a view to reducing damage and recovery of quality of life for all family members, as well as the need for further studies in the area in question.

Atendimento psicoterap��utico para crian��as v��timas de violência sexual: projeto Sarauzinho

This experiment report refers to the project named ���Sarauzinho���, which is linked to the extension ���Workshops of Psychoanalysis and Artistics Gatherings��� project. ���Sarauzinho��� was a partnership between UNESP and CREAS, created with the aim to assist children victims of sexual violence though a playful and artistic method and to implement a psychoanalytic listening of demands that appeared during the working group implementation. At the same time, the parents/responsible person who took the children to the meetings also received psychotherapeutic service at the waiting room, in an operative group format with psychoanalytic listening. The project has happened in 11 sessions (once a week, two hours each), with 4 kids and 4 caregivers participating. The service for the kids was organized in workshop models (open and free) and in little gatherings, with preprogrammed contents (playful and artistic). The initiative was inspired by the ���Green houses���, a creation of the French psychoanalyst Fran��oise Dolto, and by the Museum ���Imagens do Inconsciente do Centro Psiqui��trico Pedro II���, in Nise da Silveira, Rio de Janeiro city. This university extension activity has enabled the students to access some of the children���s traumas, as well as to obtain a better understanding of an infantile group psychotherapeutic service, with psychoanalytic listening. Besides, it has provided a playful and artistic environment to listen to the children and enable them to create new meanings of their traumas. For the adult participants, the meetings were moments to talk about their anxieties and to receive new guidance and instructions about their children���s education, especially about sexuality. The results, either related to the children���s meeting, as to the adult���s meeting, were favorable to the continuity of the project.

Doris Salcedo: mem��rias da exclus��o e violência

The Colombian artist Doris Salcedo demonstrates, through his works, the universal vulnerability of human beings. The artist uses a concrete materiality such as furniture that is part of everyday life, and builds abstract works, sometimes unusual images, requiring the reader to excavate layers of memory and adjust his perception to decipher the poetic deviation and establish the sense. The theme is violence that humanity was and still been submitted in all corners of the world, particularly Latin America in the stories of oppression, dictatorships, civil wars, civil rights violated, etc. Her works echo the "silent scream" of the vulnerable.

Encoprese e interven����o psicológica: revis��o de literatura

Studies have shown that encopresis, related to bowel control disorder, can bring significant impact for the individual life, such as low self-esteem and deficits in social interaction. Despite the significant impairment recognized that this disorder can have on child development, the scientific literature has given little attention to the theme, with a low number of publications on the subject. Thus, this paper investigated Brazilian publications in psychology related to encopresis between 1994 and 2013 in data base Lilacs and Scielo. 231 articles were found and were selected those that reported only intervention in encopresis. There were five articles and four published by the same journal and described behavioral interventions, and one author wrote three. The other one was psychoanalytic. The surveys were conducted with children and adolescents and behavioral interventions have been successful with remission of encopresis symptoms. The data affirm the deficiency in publications in the area and possibly limited number of psychologists investigating the issue, which is of significant importance.
