An organo-soluble polyimide was successfully synthesized by two step polycondensation accompanied with chemical imidization. Optical anisotropy of thin films was detected by a prism-coupler technique. The results showed that the optical anisotropic properties of thin films prepared from solutions in different solvents depend on the solution properties. It is concluded that the more expanded the chain conformation in solution, the larger the negative birefringence of thin films. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.

This approach is undertaken to examine the correlation ability of the general a(N)-index (GAI) to predict chromatographic behavior. The test is performed on various types of organophosphorus compounds. The results demonstrate that the GAI possesses a good correlation with chromatographic properties.

The relationship between the alpha-N index and physical properties of neutral phosphorus extractants is studied. Using the general alpha-N index which could describe extractants with minute difference in structure, the good correlation between it and various physical properties of the neutral phosphorus extractants (e.g., densities, refractive index, shift ratio of paper chromatography and IR frequencies of bond P = O) is obtained. The result indicates that general alpha-N index is a good topological index of organic compounds.

The rate constant of very fast chemical reaction generally can be measured by electrochemical methods, but can not by the thin layer electrochemical methods because of the influence of diffusion effect. Long optical path length thin layer cell (LOPTLC) with large ratio of electrode area to solution volume can be used to monitor the fist chemical reaction in situ with high sensitivity and accuracy. It enable the adsorption spectra to be measured without the influence of diffusion effect. In the present paper, a fast chemical reaction of Alizarin Red S (ARS) with its oxidative state has been studied. The reaction equilibrium constant (K) under different potentials can be determined by single step potential-absorption spectra in LOPTLC. An equilibrium constant of 7.94 x 10(5) l.mol(-1) for the chemical reaction has been obtained from the plot of lgK vs. (E - E-1(0)'). Rate constant (k) under different potentials can be measured by single step potential-chronoabsorptiometry. A rate constant of 426.6 l.mol(-1).s(-1) for the chemical reaction has been obtained from the plot of lgK vs. (E - E-1(0)') with (E - E-1(0)') = 0.

Diatom data of 192 surface sediment samples from the marginal seas in the western Pacific together with modern summer and winter sea surface temperature and salinity data were analyzed. The results of canonical correspondence analysis show that summer sea-surface salinity (SSS) is highly positively correlated with winter SSS and so is summer sea-surface temperature (SST) with winter SST. The correlations between SSSs and SSTs are less positively correlated, which may be due to interactions of regional current pattern and monsoon climate. The correlations between diatom species, sample sites and environmental variables concur with known diatom ecology and regional oceanographic characters. The results of forward selection of the environmental variables and associated Monte Carlo permutation tests of the statistical significance of each variable suggest that summer SSS and winter SST are the main environmental factors affecting the diatom distribution in the area and therefore preserved diatom data from down core could be used for reconstructions of summer SSS and winter SST in the region.

Based on Th-230-U-238 disequilibrium and major element data from mid-ocean ridge basalts (MORBs) and ocean island basalts (OIBs), this study calculates mantle melting parameters, and thereby investigates the origin of Th-230 excess. (Th-230/U-238) in global MORBs shows a positive correlation with Fe-8, P (o), Na-8, and F-melt (Fe-8 and Na-8 are FeO and Na2O contents respectively after correction for crustal fractionation relative to MgO = 8 wt%, P (o)=pressure of initial melting and F (melt)=degree of melt), while Th-230 excess in OIBs has no obvious correlation with either initial mantle melting depth or the average degree of mantle melting. Furthermore, compared with the MORBs, higher (Th-230/U-238) in OIBs actually corresponds to a lower melting degree. This suggests that the Th-230 excess in MORBs is controlled by mantle melting conditions, while the Th-230 excess in OIBs is more likely related to the deep garnet control. The vast majority of calculated initial melting pressures of MORBs with excess Th-230 are between 1.0 and 2.5 GPa, which is consistent with the conclusion from experiments in recent years that D (U)> D (Th) for Al-clinopyroxene at pressures of > 1.0 GPa. The initial melting pressure of OIBs is 2.2-3.5 GPa (around the spinel-garnet transition zone), with their low excess Ra-226 compared to MORBs also suggesting a deeper mantle source. Accordingly, excess Th-230 in MORBs and OIBs may be formed respectively in the spinel and garnet stability field. In addition, there is no obvious correlation of K2O/TiO2 with (Th-230/U-238) and initial melting pressure (P (o)) of MORBs, so it is proposed that the melting depth producing excess Th-230 does not tap the spinel-garnet transition zone. OIBs and MORBs in both (Th-230/U-238) vs. K2O/TiO2 and (Th-230/U-238) vs. P (o) plots fall in two distinct areas, indicating that the mineral phases which dominate their excess Th-230 are different. Ce/Yb-Ce curves of fast and slow ridge MORBs are similar, while, in comparison, the Ce/Yb-Ce curve for OIBs shows more influence from garnet. The mechanisms generating excess Th-230 in MORBs and OIBs are significantly different, with formation of excess Th-230 in the garnet zone only being suitable for OIBs.

以奥利亚罗非鱼(Oreochromis aureus)为实验对象,设计了3种不同的摄食类型,分别是鲜活饵料组、饥饿3周后饱食投喂组和人工饲料组。鲜活饵料组投喂冰冻赤子爱胜蚓,利用蚯蚓体内丰富的营养成分和活性物质,以期获得奥利亚罗非鱼良好的生长状况;饥饿后饱食组是指饥饿3周后,以人工饲料饱食投喂2周,用于研究饥饿与补偿生长获得快速生长时血液理化指标的变化情况;人工饲料组作为对照组。纯淡水条件下养殖,水温25±2℃。测定了奥利亚罗非鱼在3种摄食类型饲喂下某些血液生理生化指标变化的情况,并将指标变化情况与增重率做相关性分析,试图找出能够反映奥利亚罗非鱼生长性能的血液生理生化指标。 研究结果表明,奥利亚罗非鱼在饥饿3周后获得了补偿生长,补偿生长时的增重率和特定生长率显著高于人工饲料组(P<0.05),高于鲜活饵料组,但差别不显著;相关性分析研究表明血清总蛋白、胆固醇、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)与增重率极显著相关(P<0.01),血红蛋白显著相关(P<0.05),红细胞、白细胞、碱性磷酸酶高度相关(相关系数为0.580、0.551和0.557),因此,建议血清总蛋白、胆固醇和血红蛋白可作为能够反映罗非鱼生长性能的新指标。 根据序列设计引物,PCR反应条件:变性温度:95 ℃,3 min;退火温度:57℃,20 sec;延伸温度:72℃,5 min,共36个循环,从牙鲆、黑鲪和鲈鱼中克隆出胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ)部分序列,首次证实了IGF-Ⅰ在3种海水鱼中的存在。 利用蛋氨酸与ZnSO4•7H2O,在pH 5.5、80℃下,反应1小时,采用蛋氨酸与硫酸锌2:1的配料比,合成出了产物蛋氨酸螯合锌,蛋氨酸螯合锌外观白色,粉状,室温下微溶于水,不溶于乙醇,并用原子吸收光谱法测定其含锌量为15%,螯合率为88.2%。

Dilution experiments were performed to examine the growth and grazing mortality rates of picophytoplankton (< 2 mu m), nanophytoplankton (2-20 mu m), and microphytoplankton (> 20 mu m) at stations in the Chesapeake Bay (CB), the Delaware Inland Bays (DIB) and the Delaware Bay (DB), in early spring 2005. At station CB microphytoplankton, including chain-forming diatoms were dominant, and the microzooplankton assemblage was mainly composed of the tintinnid Tintinnopsis beroidea. At station DIB, the dominant species were microphytoplanktonic dinoflagellates, while the microzooplankton community was mainly composed of copepod nauplii and the oligotrich ciliate Strombidium sp. At station DB, nanophytoplankton were dominant components, and Strombidium and Tintinnopsis beroidea were the co-dominant microzooplankton. The growth rate and grazing mortality rate were 0.13-3.43 and 0.09-1.92 d(-1) for the different size fractionated phytoplankton. The microzooplankton ingested 73, 171, and 49% of standing stocks, and 95, 70, and 48% of potential primary productivity for total phytoplankton at station CB, DIB, and DB respectively. The carbon flux for total phytoplankton consumed by microzooplankton was 1224.11, 100.76, and 85.85 mu g C 1(-1) d(-1) at station CB, DIB, and DB, respectively. According to the grazing mortality rate, carbon consumption rate and carbon flux turn over rates, microzooplankton in study area mostly preferred to graze on picophytoplankton, which was faster growing but was lowest biomass component of the phytoplankton. The faster grazing on Fast-Growing-Low-Biomass (FGLB) phenomenon in coastal regions is explained as a resource partitioning strategy. This quite likely argues that although microzooplankton grazes strongly on phytoplankton in these regions, these microzooplankton grazers are passive.

在香烟包装过程中会出现不合格现象,通过对缺陷的分析,设计了一种用于香烟包装质量检测的改进快速图像匹配算法。文中通过优化相关系数的计算、引入自适应遗传算法、对感兴趣区域匹配检测来提高算法性能,并将算法在MATLAB中编程实现。仿真实验结果表明该图像匹配算法计算速度快、检测精度高,满足香烟包装质量检测的需要。

Attaining sufficient accuracy and efficiency of generalized screen propagator and improving the quality of input gathers are often problems of wave equation presack depth migration, in this paper,a high order formula of generalized screen propagator for one-way wave equation is proposed by using the asymptotic expansion of single-square-root operator. Based on the formula,a new generalized screen propagator is developed ,which is composed of split-step Fourier propagator and high order correction terms,the new generalized screen propagator not only improving calculation precision without sharply increasing the quantity of computation,facilitates the suitability of generalized screen propagator to the media with strong lateral velocity variation. As wave-equation prestack depth migration is sensitive to the quality of input gathers, which greatly affect the output,and the available seismic data processing system has inability to obtain traveltimes corresponding to the multiple arrivals, to estimate of great residual statics, to merge seismic datum from different projects and to design inverse Q filter, we establish difference equations with an embodiment of Huygens’s principle for obtaining traveltimes corresponding to the multiple arrivals,bring forward a time variable matching filter for seismic datum merging by using the fast algorithm called Mallat tree for wavelet transformations, put forward a method for estimation of residual statics by applying the optimum model parameters estimated by iterative inversion with three organized algorithm,i.e,the CMP intertrace cross-correlation algorithm,the Laplacian image edge extraction algorithm,and the DFP algorithm, and present phase-shift inverse Q filter based on Futterman’s amplitude and phase-velocity dispersion formula and wave field extrapolation theory. All of their numerical and real data calculating results shows that our theory and method are practical and efficient. As the most spectacular and youngest case of continental collision on the Earth, to investigate the crust and mantle of Tibetan plateau, and then to reveal its characters of structure and deformation, are most important to understand its deformation mechanism and deep process. A great number of surface wave data were initially collected from events occurred between 1980 and 2002, which were recorded by 13 broadband digital stations in Eurasia and India. Up to 1,525 source-station Rayleigh waveforms and 1,464 Love wave trains were analysed to obtain group velocity dispersions, accompanying with the detail and quantitative assessment of the fitness of the classic Ray Theory, errors from focal and measurements. Assuming the model region covered by a mesh of 2ox2o-sized grid-cells, we have used the damped least-squares approach and the SVD to carry out tomographic inversion, SV- and SH-wave velocity images of the crust and upper mantle beneath the Tibetan Plateau and surroundings are obtained, and then the radial anisotropy is computed from the Love-Rayleigh discrepancy. The main results demonstrate that follows, a) The Moho beneath the Tibetan Plateau presents an undulating shape that lies between 65 and 74 km, and a clear correlation between the elevations of the plateau and the Moho topography suggests that at least a great part of the highly raised plateau is isostatically compensated. b) The lithospheric root presents a depth that can be substantiated at ~140 km (Qiangtang Block) and exceptionally at ~180 km (Lhasa Block), and exhibits laterally varying fast velocity between 4.6 and 4.7 km/s, even ~4.8 km/s under northern Lhasa Block and Qiangtang Block, which may be correlated with the presence of a shield-like upper mantle beneath the Tibetan Plateau and therefore looked as one of the geophysical tests confirming the underthrusting of India, whose leading edge might have exceeded the Bangong-Nujiang Suture, even the Jinsha Suture. c) The asthenosphere is depicted by a low velocity channel at depths between 140 and 220 km with negative velocity gradient and velocities as low as 4.2 km/s; d) Areas in which transverse radial anisotropy is in excess of ~4% and 6% on the average anisotropy are found in the crust and upper mantle underlying most of the Plateau, and up to 8% in some places. The strength, spatial configuration and sign of radial anisotropy seem to indicate the existence of a regime of horizontal compressive forces in the frame of the convergent orogen at the same time that laterally varying lithospheric rheology and a differential movement as regards the compressive driving forces. e) Slow-velocity anomalies of 12% or more in southern Tibet and the eastern edge of the Plateau support the idea of a mechanically weak middle-to-lower crust and the existence of crustal flow in Tibet.

Seismic signal is a typical non-stationary signal, whose frequency is continuously changing with time and is determined by the bandwidth of seismic source and the absorption characteristic of the media underground. The most interesting target of seismic signal’s processing and explaining is to know about the local frequency’s abrupt changing with the time, since this kind of abrupt changing is indicating the changing of the physical attributes of the media underground. As to the seismic signal’s instantaneous attributes taken from time-frequency domain, the key target is to search a effective, non-negative and fast algorithm time-frequency distribution, and transform the seismic signal into this time-frequency domain to get its instantaneous power spectrum density, and then use the process of weighted adding and average etc. to get the instantaneous attributes of seismic signal. Time-frequency analysis as a powerful tool to deal with time variant non-stationary signal is becoming a hot researching spot of modern signal processing, and also is an important method to make seismic signal’s attributes analysis. This kind of method provides joint distribution message about time domain and frequency domain, and it clearly plots the correlation of signal’s frequency changing with the time. The spectrum decomposition technique makes seismic signal’s resolving rate reach its theoretical level, and by the method of all frequency scanning and imaging the three dimensional seismic data in frequency domain, it improves and promotes the resolving abilities of seismic signal vs. geological abnormal objects. Matching pursuits method is an important way to realize signal’s self-adaptive decomposition. Its main thought is that any signal can be expressed by a series of time-frequency atoms’ linear composition. By decomposition the signal within an over completed library, the time-frequency atoms which stand for the signal itself are selected neatly and self-adaptively according to the signal’s characteristics. This method has excellent sparse decomposition characteristics, and is widely used in signal de-noising, signal coding and pattern recognizing processing and is also adaptive to seismic signal’s decomposition and attributes analysis. This paper takes matching pursuits method as the key research object. As introducing the principle and implementation techniques of matching pursuits method systematically, it researches deeply the pivotal problems of atom type’s selection, the atom dictionary’s discrete, and the most matching atom’s searching algorithm, and at the same time, applying this matching pursuits method into seismic signal’s processing by picking-up correlative instantaneous messages from time-frequency analysis and spectrum decomposition to the seismic signal. Based on the research of the theory and its correlative model examination of the adaptively signal decomposition with matching pursuit method, this paper proposes a fast optimal matching time-frequency atom’s searching algorithm aimed at seismic signal’s decomposition by frequency-dominated pursuit method and this makes the MP method pertinence to seismic signal’s processing. Upon the research of optimal Gabor atom’s fast searching and matching algorithm, this paper proposes global optimal searching method using Simulated Annealing Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm and composed Simulated Annealing and Genetic Algorithm, so as to provide another way to implement fast matching pursuit method. At the same time, aimed at the characteristics of seismic signal, this paper proposes a fast matching atom’s searching algorithm by means of designating the max energy points of complex seismic signal, searching for the most optimal atom in the neighbor area of these points according to its instantaneous frequency and instantaneous phase, and this promotes the calculating efficiency of seismic signal’s matching pursuit algorithm. According to these methods proposed above, this paper implements them by programmed calculation, compares them with some open algorithm and proves this paper’s conclusions. It also testifies the active results of various methods by the processing of actual signals. The problems need to be solved further and the aftertime researching targets are as follows: continuously seeking for more efficient fast matching pursuit algorithm and expanding its application range, and also study the actual usage of matching pursuit method.
